My partner and I had an amazing time at Omah Cilik! It served as a perfect base to explore Yogyakarta from and had great facilities. Our hosts were very friendly and gave us good advice for transport and places to eat, helped us get our laundry done, and provided complimentary tea, coffee, water, and breakfast. We were there in the low season so it was quite quiet, but was good for us to relax and go at our own pace. Thanks!

Very nice budget hostel best for backpacker traveler

Its affordable hostel, near with some tourist attractions (walking distance), such as Malioboro, Pasar Beringharjo, Museum Fort Vredeburg, and so on. But I think there are some amenities that need to improve, such as bathroom and parking area. Overall is good. Sorry if the pics are not helping 😁

Very basic, rooms are cool from the aircon beds are basic but we got given breakfast every morning. Helped us hire a bike too good location if you want to see the temples.

Super nice little hostel. If you stay there youll feel like to stay with a Indonesian family. Well, its an family business. Nice standard bank beds, toilet, shower, kitchen area, free tea and coffee + breakfast. Its all clean. Friendly people, they are helping you out very good 👌 Id come again!

Penginapan murah daerah kota Jogja, dekat Malioboro dan tempat wisata lainnya. Sangat murah untuk backpacker, share room, share kitchen, orangnya ramah2, semua barang bisa dipakai atas ijin yg punya. Strategis, tempatnya bersih. Rekomendasi buat traveler atau backpacker. Atau yang touring.

Biaya murah, kamar nyaman ber AC, dan dapat sarapan juga. Ada fasilitas kamar mandi (sharing), kitchen, dan teras untuk santai. Pemilik sangat ramah dan siap membantu. Lokasi dekat dengan Malioboro, bisa jalan kaki sejauh 20 menit. Suasana tenang karena berada di tengah pemukiman warga dan masuk gang.

Cheap hostel, not too far from airport, got local breakfast daily, 15 minutes walk to malioboro

Amazing! Best hostel I have stayed in. Very clean and perfect location but what made it so special were our hosts. They made our time in Yogyakarta easy and fun by renting bikes for us, introducing us to their local community, and doing anything else they could to help. They even surprised me with a cake on my birthday! Cant wait to go back and would suggest to every traveler

Omah Cilik is very homy and comfortable place to stay. The people are so friendly. I will always come to this place when I come to Jogja because I have family there.

Les hôtes vous mettent tout de suite à laise, vous invitent à partager leur repas, vous indiquent leurs bonnes adresses et vous donnent toutes les infos sur les choses à faire et à voir dans les environs. Un vrai plaisir dy avoir passé quatre jours

These wonderful welcoming people are the best. I was spending a whole month in Jogja and stayed the entire time with them. They are welcoming, joyful, helpful, delightful people who give every bit of logistical help with schedules, transportation, destinations both local and across the archipelago, whatever is needed. They are very knowledgeable about cultural activities, tourist sites, anything that a visitor would need to know. While I was there, some people changed their schedules either to stay longer or come back, simply because there was such a welcoming community there.

The air conditioning did not work. The shower had almost no pressure and did not drain well. The bathroom stunk. The staff was very nice however.
