Winning rate in roulette was 40-50% before covid and now 0% !!! They might have done something with the roulette trying to cover their losses during covid. So, I stopped playing roulette there, because it is impossible to leave roulette table even one day with profit... I played like 10 times and always left with total loss... It is statistically impossible... I think they really do some tricks with the machines now... Dont waste your money...

Everything would be fine, if security guard wouldnt secure interests of one of customers. We were huge company of 5 people, just having fun, customer who was gambling on other side of slots started to complain, which finished with my friend pushed to leave place, even despite other people were laughing and having fun for winnest. In the end it turned to coflict with gambler who complained and secutrity wasnt listening to other side. Looks like it was friend of security, because he was protected even despite he was only one complaining on noise from people who were winning. Very disapointed with actions of sexurity who just lead innocent person to exit, even despite we who were screaming told it wasnt him who could disturb others. Very dissapointed with side taken by security, which pushed 5 people to leave just 1 person satisfied.

Such scenario is like one in the trilion but the dealer didn’t event blink. I understand that it’s been hard times for casinos but this was beyond anything what I could imagine. Two other guys left almost crying.

The best casino in the entire Baltic region! I love the attitude of the dealers, always a great time and they make sure you feel comfortable and welcomed! Drinks are free as much as you want if you play blackjack, roulette or craps, but you only get 1 or 2 if playing slots. Friday nights are always extra special with live concerts and later DJ performances! Definitely a TOP place if you are okay with spending quite a bit (you get what you pay for!)! 5/5 stars well deserved, would give more if I could!

As for poker, I came there to play poker. for 25.000 chips 100 Euro then when i came to play.The service in this casino is very good and I like the way security works as there are also a lot of helpers who work at the casino who can help at any time. There are many casinos in Riga Lativia and most of them are nothing to write home about. Casino voodo olypic casino tops the worst casino list for the following reasons;1The Service. Oh, the service. If you can even call the employees there servers! I dont know if it is the most incompetent HR department on the planet or because the workers are paid starvation wages but they are the most miserable team I ever saw in any casino (I visited more than a dozen casinos in riga so I have seen my fair share but this team is really on a league of misery all of its own).2The odds. The rule of thumb is that when it comes to slots the casino wins two out of three times but the jackpots won bring the odds nearer to 55% to the Casinos advantage. In Casino olympic however the jackpots seem to only exist in theory which is why you wont find any lativians playing slots there.They have huge screens that advertise Jackpot with huge amounts in addition to four smaller jackpots that are themselves very impressive except that... they never materialize! I suppose the ploy is to make players in Riga think that the jackpot they were hoping to win fell onto the lap of a fellow in Tbilisi and vice versa (clever indeed!). The slot machines seem to be programmed in a way that you lose 90% of the time. On the 10% of the time you win this is at most 10%-15% more than the amount you initially inserted into the slot machine. I played there a dozen times and this was the case every single time. After speaking to local players in other casinos my theory was confirmed because the locals keep away from Casino olympic Riga as if it was the plague.3The food and beverages. If you think that being a five star hotel you will get delicious food think again. I have absolutely no idea what purpose this time wasting practice is supposed to have because they always check your card when you enter so why would they want to see it on departure?!5The Electronic Roulette Table. Yes, a technical error can and does occur once or twice a day and that usually invalidates a bet but when this happens every twenty or thirty minutes you can not but help to form your own theory as to why this is (for those in need of a hint scroll up to the section on the olympic voodo Jackpot...6The Air Conditioning System. The Casino is on the Riga which means it is open to the huge lobby and first floor of the hotel so cooling is lacking due to the poor planning.BOTTOM LINE: Go there if you want a more time consuming and painful way to part with your money then to throw it into the sea or flush it down a toilet.Especially the guy from casino mannag called osacars shows his attitude very shamefully...do care for the people who is with them..

The worst casino i ever been, after i lost 5.500€They refused to give 3€ for the taxi. I spoke with the manager and she still refused to give me 3€ she said I’m sorry this is our rules. Thank you manger, you’ll never see me again!!!

So, long story short. 20 euros in cash to charge a phone, its quite pricey. If youd like to pay by card, you should give your id and wait for a long process of registration and then 20 euros will be charged from your card. Their stupidity might be their own saving grace, but its not. Gambling is a cruel mistress. I put 50 lines by mistake and it cost me 5 euros, and I repeat, I did it by mistake. Ive asked the manager, if I could play some more, because it was my first time and I have no idea what buttons I pushed, but Dinara (by the way she was really severe and she told me shed help me another day, because she doesnt have authority and the only thing she could offer was a cocktaildeclined my request. Thats it folks, the next story will be about Radisson Blue on Brivibas street, but its another story. Really bad attitude from security staff (racism)I use to visit here almost everyday last day i had really bad experience from your security staff, i just took selfie of mine I wasn’t aware of that im not allowed to take photo here , but because of simple selfie your security staff behaved to me very badly and rude way he send me out from the casino because of this simple reason , even he didn’t allow me to talk to to the manager he push me from the casino to outside , in the middle of the conversation he said that he is racist. At that point i understood that why he is behaving like this , please place educated staff there this kind of person really shame of casino, not only casino your country as well, we use to spend thousands of euros but if this is the attitude to your customers its really shameful,Please educate your staff or fire him this kind of guy not deserve to work there , because of this incident me and our friends stopped visiting your casino,The same security staffs bad behavior isn’t the first time we are facing , please take action against him ,His name is RuslanWaiting for your response

Nice casino if you are considering that you dont really have a choice, however some women who work there think too much of themselves and can be really arrogant and rude.
