Management treatment was very bad. Bad House keeping service
No water in the hotel and not notifying the residents! So rude from your side. This is the last time i reserve at your hotel. This is disrespect!
Basic decent hotel not really suited for international travellers. Rooms were nice, facilities are decent.
Hotel is looking tired ,definitely needs a revamp and breakfast was sad
Worst hotel ever, the rooms smells and the house keeping not collaborated at all.Even the managements were not collaborative and the bathtub was disgusting
Mixed feelings about this place but it did the job… I enjoyed the spacious clean rooms with the family but the service was very poor room service was very bad and limited no menu just chicken and beef burgers and one more thing when I asked what it was they could not explain… the bread at breakfast or the beef burger was old and stale… the action station for fried eggs in the morning was there but no one to prep for us almost felt like doing it myself… if you stay here just stay the night even breakfast would be better outside the staff are quite helpless.
Rooms are good and spacious, but food is terrible good we only paid for one meal breakfast but it was really bad, staff need to learn English, they were good people but didn’t understand what we wanted
Even though I cant give this hotel even one star rating, I feel compelled to do so in order to post this. The very worst experience Ive ever had at a hotel.Even after making a dozen requests for something as basic as water, you may still not receive it. I finally bought four large cases of water from a nearby store after being so thirsty and frustrated. The food is quite basic and nothing special better off ordering food from local restaurants. However, after three days of whining about the air conditioner not working properly, staff members suddenly acknowledge there is a problem. This hotel is not fit to be called a four-star hotel.I honestly dont understand how its possible I was mislead by all the reviews of this place.
This was a great value for my family. Sure, there are more luxurious hotels in Amman, but we were happy to have a clean, quiet room for a great price. The location was ideal for going on to the airport the next morning.
The location is perfect. The breakfast was great hotel is clean.Staff are very friendly.
Location , Room Size, Clean , Staff , Food
I love every bit of my experience at Olive Tree Amman. The staff are courteous, friendly and ready to serve... The rooms are spacious and the location is central well enough.
Very nice rooms and service.
Nice hotel, location and servicesSpecial thanks for Ms Bara to be professional and always following up with us.Will come me back
Overrated and overpriced vs what could be available in the rooms
Amazing stay and team specially front desk Ms Baraa too professional she sent us nice amenities and gave us beautiful room
Lovely and cozy hotel, services at reception really nice specially Ms Baraa.Thank you for all employees there.
Excellent choice as a 3 stars hotel, but normal as 4 stars hotel. Large and comfortable rooms. However, the foam mattresses are excellent. One small issue, the toilets are small and need some supply attention.
Unfortunately not like a knew it. Maybe coz of COVID 19 restrictions service is less than normal, no good breakfast , and no restaurant for dinner. Im so sad for this amazing place I was before.
No more than 2 stars hotel , no room service. Cold breakfast. No proper house keeping ,bed sheets and towels are very old, generally overpriced with no proper service.
First day descent but my take points so far, breakfast so poor. Gym closed for maintenance hopefully for today only! but I have assured that will open latter. First impressions 😊2nd impression service are limited even the buffet for the breakfast some days will start 7:20 am.For the 3rd day they start the breakfast at 7:35 and I have commitment at 8. If you have a time plan consider thatThe room service one day refill the coffee tray and another day not 😊
Breakfast is below average & no dinner ...The receptionist mainly at night doesnt understand english properly !!Rooms are average - Neat but old !!!Main drawback - there is no any hotel/ supermarket nearbyOverall i did not like this hotel much !!!Speaking about the positives -Staff are very friendly & caring !!! They have a small grocery (just for soft drinks and foodstuff the location of hotel is in a calm and quiet place !!!!
Staff is very friendly and hospitable. Rooms are bigger than normal with wonderful view.
Facilities are nice, clean room. The bathroom was clean too but it had a lingering septic odor coming from the drain.ZERO English Television channels. Insulting really, being less than a mile from the American Embassy. To make it worse the Wifi was unusuable. The breakfast was decent but it was not fresh and even the olive oil on the hummus was icy.
i cant even give this hotel a single star but i have to in order to post this! literally the worst hotel experience ever!!! you ask for the simplest things such as water a thousand times and still dont get it! food it absolutely horrible!!!!! 3 days after complaining about the air condition they realize it doesnt work!! this hotel can NOT be rated as a 4 star hotel!!!
The room we were in was spacious but definitely was old and needed maintenance especially their air conditioning system in which we had no way of turning up the heat during our stay. The breakfast was not great to be honest. I thought the cereals was the only thing that would save the breakfast but they got that wrong as well. Lots to be improved.
Very very bad service and the restaurant no one had a professional training for how to deal with guests.Wifi is very good.Room is not very new have alot of defective items.
We sat there for 15 minutes no one took our orders and we left. Also on thursday there will be a singer and the sound is so loud like if you are in a wedding hall.
Hotel is very good standard. Nothing to complain about the rooms. Breakfast was plentyful. Staff is nice.Things to improve (but not enough to lose 1 star). Room fridges not cold enough, bakery and bread in breakfast not very fresh and coffee should be real coffee not nescafé.
This is a nice clean comfortable place to stay, walking distance from town (or a short cab ride if you prefer), the food and service were both good, Id be happy to go back and stay there again.Note: If youre in Jordan, make sure you take the opportunity to see Jerash whilst you are there!
Nice, clean and tidy rooms, but has a very small parking lot for cars. Coaches with big groups always find it difficult to get very close to entrance in order to unload luggages. Rooms could be upgraded if you complain to the receptionist about such issues. The hotel has a gift shop inside with reasonable prices. Breakfast has a lot of assortment to pick from as well as dinner. Its location is just off the highway on the right side as you reach to the seventh circle of Amman (the capital of Jordan).
Great place for business and tourist stay. Dead Sea is 45 minutes drive from here. Restaurant is good but staff hospitality needs significant improvement . WiFi and room hygiene are top class
Review from 2016.Nice hotel but it was hard for me to bring food up to my room! I had to sign a petition or something that states my responsibility just in case I got poisoned by food ... Seriously ..
Nice place, the room was big and pretty clean. Our biggest issue was the smoking in the hotel. Our room constantly stunk of smoke. Oh and don’t by sofa drinks in the restaurant, they are extremely overpriced.
Great bed and room good size, bit noisy at nights, breakfast is very average, not fresh, but they are putting in an order station soon, that might help. Shower took a while to heat up, but overall good value for money, but far from downtown, but uber is cheap.
Absolutely amazing. Warm welcome and generous hospitality. I loved it.
Ive been there for a business work, their meeting and conference rooms are fine, clear and well equipped. Their service and support were great, very kind and friendly staff. They have very delicious dishes at the restaurant.
It has been 4 years, every time I came to Amman I always stayed in this hotel because its homy, cozy, the staffs are friendly. Keep up the good work Olive Tree.
One of the best in hospitality and service. Wonderful selection of breakfast. The ambiance of the hotel and rooms, in general, is nice. Rooms and conference rooms are very spacious and very clean. Gym and Sauna are a bit small which gives you privacy.
Weve been coming to this hotel for the past 4 years, but this year the hotel lacked the outstanding service they once had. The lady at the check-in desk was rude, the housekeeping was extremely slow when we would call, and when the housekeeping came to clean the room they left the carpet and countertops dirty to the point where we had to call for them to clean it again. For the price of the hotel you would expect outstanding service, but you would get a bigger bang out of your buck if you book a hotel somewhere else.
The worst hotel experience I ever had the air conditioner was not working and I was left waiting for the maintenance or changing the room untell I got dehydrated from sweating and was about to lose conscious in the lobby that the air conditioning was not working as well.Made complain and asked to check out they fully charged me extra 8 JOD for hotel taxi and refused to call normal taxi. Also asked for breakfast box in the first day as I was leaving early and never had it.I dont recommend the place for sure moved to century park hotel which is much better and with swimming pool parking place etc... and still cheaper 30 JOD.
Generally poor standards... rooms were not cleaned properly, lots of hairs in the bed, sheets and towels were stained. Food ok but not 4* standard, very limited menu during the day and no bar. Not very friendly for Western guests. Possibly was a good hotel once but has lost its way. I stayed as part of a small group and we all had the same problems so not just a one off bad experience. Not recommended unfortunately.
You will get empty plates for breakfast. Internet slow. Rooms was huge but bathroom real small. The structure is OK, the only lack is there is not organization. And for the restaurant, please serve fresh bread and pastry and clean towels.
Nice located hotel close to the highway and good to start the tours in all directions. Rooms are very nice furnished, Clean and quite. The food quality is not the best could be better the service at the restaurant is done by amateur which are not really qualified. Big problem with parking.
Nice Hotel with good hospitality and service
This hotel is nice and clean. We stayed here for 2 nights and food is good. Just bring your own water though because a 1 liter of water costs 5 USD here.
Had the breakfast buffet. Very nice and clean presentation. The staff from the front doorman to the receptionist to the wait staff were very friendly and professional. Highly recommend this place as the prices are very reasonable; 7 JOD per person including tips.
This hotel is amazing. We had a very pleasant stay here. I reserved deluxe jaccuzi room. The room looks like a 5-stars hotel room. The breakfast had variety of foods and was very delicious. And the most important thing is that the staff are very welcoming and polite. Even some of them refused to take tips saying that this is their duty. Personally I was surprized by this and how much they are dedicated to their work. Also I went to the barber shop twice. I had the best brushing ever there. Definitely will repeat it.
Positive +Good hotel facilities. Bed , shower room , pillow , wifi (best).Gym room, all facilities are working well, it is small, But complete.Location about 10min to Town. But easy access by cab.Negative -Breakfast staff some are bad..very forgetful what order.Breakfast spread are very bad. As u can see in my photo.
Very clean, new interiors, good connection with airport. Isolated, virtually no shops or restaurants in 1.5km radius. Next to highway, noisy if you open a window.
