i was so impressed with this restaurant and the boss (maybe the owner?who was so friendly and accommodating.The food is outstanding. Im often disappointed in Western dishes at Malaysian restaurants but the dishes here are quite authentic with high quality ingredients and taste great.The beef rendang dendeng is outstanding. We ordered some extra to go after the meal. On top of that is excellent, local live music performing from a beautiful little stage. This is a great local restaurant in JB with good people. Come out and support them.

I would say this place is "malay but make it modern and classy" with western menus too. Great for meeting and for proper dinner.

Very generous portions. I think for the price, it is worth it. Their staff is friendly and the deco is very nice.

The fried rice were too oily, and kinda salty. They should maintain the moisture of the cake too, as it was dry. Nasi lemak doesnt taste much like it, not using santan i guess. Luckily the western, and beverage were fine.

This musical ambient restaurant has left the best impressions! Hospitable and friendly staffs, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, and wonderful dessert. I recommend to everyone! We had mushrooms soup with grilled chicken rice, boxing chicken and chicken salad complimented with craftly made teh tarek and watermelon juice. The chicken rice is a must try.

Ordered salad, fried calamari n fried rice.. Alhamdulillah, not bad. Quite a cozy environment. Latte was quite good too..

I order lamb grilled n chicken wing....yeah gravy n the taste really superb 4 the lamb...only thing too tough..if not 5 star 4 the lamb

Nice ambience. First time here, decided to try the Beef Lasagna, Beef Meatballs and a cup of mushroom soup. Overall it was ok, Lasagna could use a bit more pasta and the mash potatoe and mushroom soup tastes watered down. Will try again next time and hopefully the orher food on the menu fares better.

The salmon is juicy. Well prepared and well presented. Ambience is nice.

Dishes are tasty with big portion where you share. The place has good vibes to it, suitable for family and friends to have dinner with some live band performances too. Kudos!

The foods here were super scrumptious...I ate spaghetti carbonara and it was really good... The music played was very peaceful.. its only that the band wasnt there on that day... Anyway its a great place to have your iftar or dinner here...

Exclusive and the food is good....but the band singing was only for Friday and Saturday... Not everyday... Anyway the price is for food is worth it.. Its a good place to chill out and relaxing my mind... I like this place

The food and the price are ok. Order nasi lemak with rendang and it was delicious. Not that spicy. The staffs are very nice to us. The place are also clean and bright.

Ambience was good. Staff was okay but 1 staff kept forgetting the order, Food was just okay. No steak, grilled lamb was full of fats, aglio olio had no taste, vut the prawns was fresh, prices affordable. Theres live music on Friday, Saturday & Monday. Sound systems was good.

Good and fast service. Unfortunately the food are not so great. Me and one of my friend ordered grilled chicken chop.mine with mushroom gravy while my friends with pepper. The chicken itself was ok but the gravy was bit tasteless.The most dissapointing thing was the mash potatoes.it was literally just potato being mashed with no salt or butter or whatever..i mean that was the worst mash potatoes ive ever had. Still Give 3 stars for the service

Awesome ambience, mouth-watering dishes, excellent service

Desserts were okay. Chocolate brownie were chocolatey and vanilla panacotta had a nice creamy and sweet end taste. Food however was a little let down. I expected the burger patties to be made out of actual beef.. not something premade like ramlys, especially considering the burger price is above 20 ringgit. Fried rice was told to be spicy but rather than tasting chillies, I tasted bottled sauce. Maybe I would recommend people to go for the fully Western dishes. The local dishes are just average.

Best place for music n food

the food was delicious.. portion is ok not to small... not too much.. drinks are great.. got lot of choices.. i sit outside area.. lots of smoke.. parking is easy to find..

If you want to have dinner with good ambience with live bands playing your favourite tunes, this is the place. Delicious yet affordable food, as well as good service along with the friendliness of the staff.

Its friday nite. Live music + cosy environment. Less attractive waiters. Ask for mango pudding, waited for 30min. Ask again. Waited another 15 min. Give up to ask again. End up it appears in d bill. Ask to change the bill. Waited another 15min.Here u go.

I would rate the food taste as mixed. Some were good but some I consider average for the price they are charging. Ambience is nice and comfortable but service not quite tip-top.

Do you like music? and how about eat? This place offer western food but you also can find rice here only one though. The best thing about this place they have their own band, while enjoy eating you can listen to the band playing and singing. You also can request birthday songs for your loved one.

The Restaurant is serve food and beverage at middle range price to the people. the food is rich and very tasteful and no wonder every weekend there will full seat on this restaurant.The menu consists of burger, pasta and even malay dish such as Nasi Lemak, Mee Soto and fried rice/mee.Highly recommended.

Read some reviews before coming, all good reviews but seriously people. This place deserves only 3 stars. Ordered grilled lamb. When grilled i expect that the food will be late but was disappointed when it arrived cold. Same goes to meatballs. My first and last time coming here. Lost appetite when the food is cold. Not worth the expensive price. No wonder bigfood next door has more customers.

Cafe serves western n local cuisine. Johor Laksa wif sambal belacan is a must try! N/lemak beef dendeng, lasagne, pasta, s/wich n many more ... excites yr tastebuds. Save some space for their desserts like b/butter pudding. Yums ...... All dis wif nice ambience, lovely song n music every Fri-Sun. Bring yr fmly, young n old.
