Lively, family-friendly chain featuring Italian standards such as pastas & salads.
We had the best waiter ever service was great food as well
The wait was about 15 minutes and then were told to sit in the bar area. Just the two of us, but very uncomfortable. The restaurant had some kind of internal construction going on and they were moving chairs/tables around! The server whose name was Joel did not speak much English and did not understand the things that we were asking him about! I think he was a very poor server for Olive garden standards. However dinner was served very quickly. Soup, salad, breadsticks and entrees are always consistent in quality. The pace of the meal was good. For dessert we had black tie cake which is a four layer dessert of mousse, rich chocolate cheesecake, chocolate cake and very dark chocolate icing with chocolate chips on top! Highly recommended! Melts in your mouth!
My girlfriend and I love the food here. We recently went and had a very rude waitress. She wouldnt even acknowledge us or reply.back to us when we asked for more soup or a refill of our drink. She would just turn around and walk off.
My wife and I are celebrating our anniversary so we decided on Olive Garden for the dinner. Its been a while since weve been here. Our waitress was the best. The food is sooooo good. I cant help but stuff myself. For our desert... some type of pumpkin pie, delicious 😋.
Worst experince. Sat for 20 minutes before we even got our drink order in. Food got to us fairly quick however never got any refills. Then had to ask 3 times for containers which took 20 minutes to get. Even hit call server twice with no response when it came time to pay. Machine wouldnt let us pay so we had to wait even longer to pay. We had 2 different waitresses and neither one of them paid enough attention. The manager had to help.
The announced wait-time of 25 minutes was, in fact, only 15. That foreshortened interval brightened our visit. Staff teamwork was flawless and impressive, much more impressive than the food. Still, the food was adequate and as expected. I think that’s part of the chain establishment character where a customer should expect consistency among sites. The water, however, was clearly tap-drawn and potable. A bottled alternative should be offered IMHO. I had hoped for mushroom ravioli, but none were menued. Everybody in our party of four left Olive Garden satisfied.
Busy-For a Wednesday night Atmosphere is good ( just like any other Olive Gardensat at the bar & had dinner( single, Service was good(standard). Food was good - I just had a craving for Pasta ,I think we all have this from time to time.I like olive garden, so Ill definitely be returning-Note I completely understand this may not be accurate " Italian " Cusine, but other competitors just do t cut it in my book for spaghetti & meatballs..
Olive garden absolutely lovely every time there are Italian margaritas are delicious the lasagna appetizers are amazing the tiramisu dessert fabulous as was the salad and breadsticks as usual
We went with 4 people on a Monday and were sat right away at 5:45. The never ending pasta soup and salad were excellent, we tried almost everything. Our service was extremely fast, our server was great even the manager came by and checked on us and cleaned plates. We felt very attentive the whole time.
The to go Service was super fast. Food was good. Only downside was the order taker missed my request for Spaghetti and Meat Balls, and I missed the error too. I got Spaghetti with meat sauce. The upside in the end I saved money and calories 😀
Waitress was nice and service was great! The food was alright… of course the bread sticks and soup were yummy. But I got the salmon which was dry and over cooked, and the Parmesan broccoli that was really just steamed and flavorless.
The area is always clean and the food is filling. The service is great. Its not exactly like home but its definitely quick service.
It was a gift and blessing we got to dine here my first time ever. Everything was great our server was awesome he did a exceptional job. I just dont like how the bowls make it seem youre getting a decent amount of food. For the price it is worth when its really just the size of the bowl to deceive the eye. Besides that everything was a delightful experience.
Walked in and got a table immediately.front desk was friendly.we where told our waitress would be andrea and instead got a tall older bald man with zero patience.was rushing us at every sec.looked very irritated. When we got our soups and salad we only got 1 single bread stick for 4 people...where we suppose to pass it and lick it???? Eventually we got some bread sticks the guy just tossed them on the table and took off..never saw him agin...eventually andrea came and presented herself and that was the first & last time we saw her she never came back to our table agin.victor eventually seen us trying to get our waitress help & immediately stepped up and helped us with everything we needed he was very sweet and so professional..Victor thank you so much..
Below average service by our waiter. She couldnt even get refills in a timely manner let alone bring the second salad we asked for. Another server did help us out at the end and he was very respectful and was very quick to bring a to go box and asked if we needed anything.
Poorly managed place. First of all I’m sure the food is great! Too bad we didn’t get to eat here today. We were greeted by TWO friendly hostess. I get that the waiting area of Olive Garden sometimes gets busy and two people is ideal to handle all the reservations. My son wanted to run around the place so I had to step outside to allow him to run around the perimeter of the restaurant to burn some energy. MY mom and daughter were seated right away. I told my mom my order over the phone because we were hungry and ready to eat. 20 minutes later, No one had stopped by the table to take our drink order. We sat there looking around but since we got seated in the back dark corner we must have been hard to see. After some time we decided to get up and leave. I told the TWO ladies in the front (waiting area is still emptywhy we were leaving. One simply shrugged her shoulders and said sorry- not that I would have stayed had she offered to get my drinks herself but the lack of care was ridiculous . I hope they get their place managed better. If the place is busy I get it but it wasn’t.
I really had an awesome time . The food was absolutely delicious 😋. And our server was so friendly and professional. I Love ❤💙 Olive Garden Restaurants.
Food was good. Make sure to stay on top of waiter/tres for your refill or bread serving only complaint...but other than that it was delicious..
Well every thing I asked for they wouldnt have together. I asked for a drink that was brought to me and it didnt look like anything on the picture. I asked for a spinach salad instead of the regular salad. Was told they couldnt make it. When I have had it made before at another Olive garden. It was not the best experience for a Olive garden for me.
Olive Garden ALWAYS makes me feel welcome. The servers are very kind and when I asked for cheese on the salad and soup, I got as much as I wanted till I said, "stop". I like the variety of entrees, but always stick with my FAVORITE...unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks!
Love this place! My parents and I had dinner here at it was great. Our food was nice and hot and our server Chrisy provided excellent customer service. The only negative is we were stuffed😊
The food was excellent although the lasagna could have been heated more thoroughly. The salad here is always the freshest you could ever find and a salad dressing is excellent. One highlight of our dining experience was our bartender/waiter Bryan who was personable, friendly, attentive and never let my soda glass become empty, always having another full grass waiting for me before I emptied the one I was working on.... And Im pretty sure I worked on six or seven. Well done sir!
The food was great, they served us so fast, we were in and out of there in 45 minutes.
Lunch ends at 2 lol I missed it but still wanted my soup and ravioli. Was told 15 min wait but no one at bar so sat down right away and had the absolute best service never had an empty tea glass always was asked if I needed anything great great time here wish it was always this way. (When they are busy I get it, it cant bebut two big thumbs up for this experience!
Slow to bring out the food, waited to long decided to do a carry out instead. Waitstaff was not apologetic at all. I did leave a tip though.... "Dont take wooden pickles".
Overall a great experience. Food was a bit salty. But other then that amazing people.
The woman who sat us was very unfriendly so I’m unsure why they’d use someone like that as the first point of contact in a restaurant. She sat us down, didn’t saw a word, then walked away as I said thank you.Thankfully the server we got was literally the best server we have ever had at Olive Garden. Joy was amazing- so kind, helpful, and attentive. I give her 5 stars for her service alone! Thank you for making up for the terrible customer service we got upon entry. Food was standard Olive Garden food but the service made it outstanding.
Went here for my 2 year anniversary. Staff were so nice and attentive. You have to try the green apple Moscato cocktail!! 10/10. Chicken Alfredo us always good! Will be coming back
I’m really disappointed with how I was treat today, not only by the bar tender & waitress but especially by the manager Lateshia (I believe was her name). First off I’ve NEVER been charged for water with orange slices, so I was shocked when I was denied that. When I went to the bar it was like I was being a burden to even ask for 2 orange slices and then when I called and spoke to the female manager she rudely said “noooo, the bar tender isn’t having a bad day she’s happy and laughing with coworkers, and we charge you for orange slices” and proceeded to argue and insist I was suppose to be charged for orange slices. Then my waitress was annoyed that I pointed out that she charged wrong and talked poorly about me to another associate.Keep in mind that I am a weekly customer and I am not impressed with how I was treated today, especially when I called to speak to a manager. Olive Garden, do better about customer service. I am not willing to spend $60+ weekly for poor service and to be rushed
I wish I got our waitresses name! She was awesome, I brought my babies with us to dinner and she split their food into two plates, asked if they needed more water, checked on us multiple times. Food was better than the last few times weve gone!
We haven’t been back here since the middle of Covid-19. Last time we had dinner here it Was disappointing. So we decided to give it another try. We decided to have a early dinner and beat the crowd. Omg so glad we went back as Olive Garden has always been one of my favorites. It was delicious and better then before. Our server was excellent !!! her name is Shelby and we sat at table #82 Thank You SHELBY for making our return visit an excellent one! We will be returning!
Our server was nice, funny. However, our orders for a party of 10 was brought out sporadically. 4 of us were served quickly. We were almost finished with our meals before the rest of our party was served. Refills on drinks took quite a while too. One of us was ignored when requesting refills. The food was great ,as usual!
5 stars for our severer I think her name was Michelle she had her hair in a bun. We had a minor complaint (not really a complaint more like something brought to attention to do with our shrimp pastaand our server was so nice and handled it well and was very compassionate and so was the manager. I also loved the Sangeria and artichoke dip also very clean establishment.
The food was delicious I just didnt like the attitude of the waiter it was as if they didnt want to work and I still left a tip
Chicken parmesan and shrimp fettuccine Alfredo pick up. Staff service was quick and efficient. Chicken overcooked and fettuccine needed more sauce, a little too dry. Salad was not fresh and although not dressed was a little soggy to start off. At these prices Im going to point out everything.
1st, let me just say, I understand there are supposed labor issues, people do not want to work even if they are getting 15-20$ an hour, prices have gone up on everything and everywhere, no surprise. But what I done get, is the total lack of a sense of urgency from the work force out there. The server I had was very nice, she did check up on me a few times, but it took over 10 minutes just to be acknowledge by her, then more time to come and take my order. When I wanted to check out, I was paying in cash, I pressed the botton for the server, she never came by, I waited more than 8 min, she did walk by, but never stopped to assist me. I had the lunch special with spaghetti and salad, the bread sticks were hard and not even enjoyable. To the people who read this, come on, lets get back to work and care about what we do and do it quick and efficiently!
My wife and kids went here after our daughters graduation. Staff was unprofessional. We were with a group and wanted to pay separately but they insisted on taking the orders one side of the table at a time. I ended up not eating at all because I was to upset to do so. I will never visit this Olive Garden again.
Wow, ask for medium rare you get it! Bread took a bit to get but thats the norm since its so popular. Ordered the 6oz sirloin. So delicious, pasta was spot on. My wife got the Chicken Marsalis with an alteration to no onions. This is usually looked over. Server checked regularly and offered extras. Cups never empty and never waited for her. We brought our 3 year old daughter who grubbed down on the spaghetti 🍝 Great night of dinner
I think its very good value for money, all you can eat bread sticks/soupthen your entree leaves you full and satisfied. their chicken and shrimp carbonara is the best thing ive tasted on their menu. the atmosphere is very pleasant, and compfortable. they offer complimentary wine samples, its very nice place for occasions
Service was EXCELLENT! Antoinette was an absolute joy! With that being said, I ordered the 6oz sirloin and it definitely left many things to be desired. I feel like it was pressed to speed up cooking time and there was absolutely no juice left in it, not even a drop on the plate. The included side of fettuccine was both dry and cold as well.
Terrible food and bad service. While waiting for marinara sauce for bread sticks, got served vinegar supposed to be wine. Sent it back. By the time the sauce arrived late, the bread was cold. Asked for warm bread and the server rolled her eyes and told me to relax. What? Entree was terrible. Sent it back and walked out. Wow.
Very clean. Wait staff was cheerful and professional and we were there the restaurant was full with a wait line. Food was excellently prepared and of course the breadsticks were amazing!
Our waitress Elena was polite, friendly & very attentive to our needs. And of course the freshest salad in town & our meals were great. Well continue to go to Olive Gardens on Hospitality Lane. 👍
Good times with Birthday Girl (Office Managermy Co-worker Lauren 💜🙏 @ Olive Garden near Loma Linda #CaliforniaRocks!!
Olive Garden never disappoints. Food is always great and quick.. these 2 have been my fave for a while. Tortellini and Black Tie Mousse Cake
Very scrumptious food. The Italian Doughnuts were amazing. Recommend yhe raspberry sauce. IPA was delicious. Salad and breadsticks as good as ever. Shrimp Misto appetizer definitely started us on the right path to food heaven. Able to pay, order more, and call server from the desk tablet. Very clean establishment. Server was very attentive, but not imposing.
Its been a while since Ive walked through the doors of an Olive Garden restaurant. Online it said no wait. We got there we had to wait 30-45 minutes to get seated. Waitress was very friendly and helpful. Took a little bit to get our drinks. My drink Jack & Coke was pretty much all Coke. When i brought it to the Waitresses attention, she took it back and it was a wait to get my drink back. When she did bring my drink back she said the bartender said if I wanted to taste alcohol, I need to order a double. I refused my drink. We ordered and received our food quite quickly. The food was great and filling. No complaints about the food. At the end, they did charge me for the drink I returned. At that point I just wanted to leave. Best advice, order your food to go. The food was excellent.
Food was decent. The staff was rude. Very short and not friendly. They even forgot I was waiting and seated three other tables, (btw the lunch rush was well over). Typical fake hello and goodbyes. I won’t be back. ✌️
Are server was Great his name.. I believe was Brandon.. But, Are food was the worst.. It was my Moms Birthday. So it was a party of about 15 people. They start serving us. The ones that ordered soup.. We go to eat.. And the bowl are super hot. But, the soup is cold.. Then I ordered Chicken Alfredo fritters.. And inside are cold.. n They were suppose to be a fried item which you would have thought.. It should have been fresh out of the Grease n hot when it got to the table. And this picture show a shrimp next to the lemons.. That was cold.. And it was found in a batch of fried Calamari rings.. Poor Brandon working triple hard to keep us Happy while the kitchen was messing up so badly.. But, we Thank you Brandon for your hard work..
Lunch was delicious. I chose the Taste of Italy allowing me to make three different choices from the menu served together with my choice of soup or salad and breadsticks. The service was friendly and available offering extra drinks or condiments and the food came in a timely manner. The inside and outside of the establishment was clean and well kept.
