My meal was delicious and they were very quick today! The man we had as a waiter checked up on us frequently and was very polite.

Took our niece and her boyfriend out to lunch. Since she loves pasta this is where we went. Not that Im complaining cuz I do love or salad breadsticks and most of their food. The strawberry cream cake dessert was absolutely delicious.

Not bad for an olive garden.The food was hot. Wich was amazing. The staff was attentive, very on time with refills.The only reason Im only giving a 3 star, is because the food was kind of bland. There wasnt much seasoning at all. And the sautéed shrimp was kind of overcooked. Maybe a minute less woukd have been perfect.

Salad was composed of ends of lettuce and tomatoes were tasteless and looked like they had been frozen. Dinners were OK but nothing to rave about. We ordered late so that may have been why. Not happy.

Ahh Olive Garden! The McDonalds of "Italian" food. This restaurant has gone downhill drastically. Krista is one of the worst waitresses Ive ever had (dyed red hair and heart tattoo behind right ear). Disappeared several times for 10+ minutes. Ran out of soup, water, breadsticks and waited 10+ minutes for refills (cold soup and breadsticks). First bowl of soup my friend got was straight broth with nothing else in it. Pathetic service.

Shawn was our server and we had excellent customer service.We took the staple menitrone soup, house salad and breadsticks.The food was delicious, so was the wine.This team is doing a great job, very welcoming and cozy atmosphere.

This is a reliable Olive Garden with updated interior and kind staff. Its not a fancy neighborhood but its relatively clean and safe along a commercial road of various small businesses, and the bigger Home Depot/Target shopping center is just a couple blocks down. Weve been here twice while doing our "errands in town" and its been fine, feels safe.

We celebrated our child’s birthday there! Great food. I preferred it over the Bedford location. The kids are so many bread sticks! I personally like the never ending salad. My wife loves the dessert there.

Food was good and the company made for a great evening. The ladies waitressing did an amazing job, well choreographed, attentive and pleasant. The prices were okay, not great, but the food was done very well. Id recommend for a quick bite or casual night out.

I am so glad this place had steak and Alfredo noodles. Best combination I could have asked for. The service was speedy and very knowledgeable. Will return for sure.

This Olive Garden was our saving grace after the Nascar race where we turned away at other restaurants in the area, due to the staffing shortage. Only a 10 minute wait and our server Linda was very kind. The food was amazing and service was fast. Of course the staffing shortage was effecting them too but it did not hinder at the overall experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the Concord area.

I use to love olive garden i went to ohio it was gross i come home and decide to try it again they give me my salad i asked about the bread sticks she said i will bring them 1 min she comes back with my food i asked again she said owe there comeing out of the oven 5 min later after im eating she brings them and dosent evan give me a refil on my soda

Nice atmosphere, great service and the meal was delicious! Had a large crowd but everyone was very accommodating, definitely would go back again.

My husband and I live nearby so we usually get takeout from here. I order the half gallon soup (usually either Zuppa Toscana or Chicken Gnocchi). The Zuppa barely has any sausage in it and the Chicken Gnocchi might as well be called Gnocchi Celery Carrot soup since I usually only get maybe 5 pieces of chicken in a half gallon soup. The soups here used to be really good but sadly, not anymore and I will be sticking to making my own from scratch. For breadsticks, they seem to be really tight with those now as well. I remember they used to send 6 breadsticks along but now they give 2.Also, it shouldn’t add an hour to the takeout time to get a half gallon of soup (this has happened multiple times).

It’s Olive Garden, so it’s great! Seriously, the restaurant was very nice. Appointed tastefully along the same Italian them as they all are. It’s smaller than most I’ve visited. We attempted to call ahead and make a reservation, but were informed reservations are only taken for large parties (we only had three people). Parking near the entrance is limited, with several spots reserved for delivery services and take out. A large parking lot is located to the rear and the sidewalk from there to the front is covered. The staff was friendly, attentive, and professional.

Im not USUALLY impressed with chain restaurants, but today (21 Jun), I was. Our server, Jess, was outstanding! Very polite, attentive, and professional; all with a refreshingly positive attitude that can be so hard to find these days. The salad was crisp, cold and delicious with just the right amount of dressing. Bread sticks were less salty than I remember, but still quite tasty. My chicken scampi (fairly decent portionwas tender and flavorful, and the angel hair pasta was cooked just right (neither al dente nor mush). My wife said her chicken parmesan was great, as well. We certainly do plan to return here.

Always freezing no matter the location. It doesnt need to feel like a meat locker!Food is consistently good though. Need more non-alcoholic beer selections please. My dear husband would appreciate and I imagine alot of other people would also.

Salad and bread sticks are always my favorite the food is pretty good. A quick place to stop when hungry for a meal

We have been coming here for a good year - we have had the best experience in the past. While they have done well, today was not the best experience. Our waitress was racist.At first she seemed kind in taking our drinks but when we began to speak in our native tongue she became incredibly rude. She haphazardly tossed the plates onto our table, broke the cheese container, and ignored us for 20 minutes. To our neighbors behind us she kept coming back to them, every 2 to 3 minutes and checking up on them. Being extra kind and going that extra mile... wanna know their race? White.I spoke with the manager and all she did was knock the main meal from our bill and switched our server half way. The second server was much nicer and was understanding. The manager couldve done more when it came to speaking with her server but all the server did was laugh at us.Kind of sad to say but we will not be returning to eat at any olive garden if they are okay with hiring racist individuals.

Ordered a large order on the website for Mothers Day arrived at the set time it was ready and accurate. Parked in the car side takeout sports and sent the text and the server was out in just a minute with the order. The server ran back in to get me some plastic silverware as I had forgotten to add those to the order.

Waitstaff was very good. Food is average. Best part was the soup and salad before the main course.

I had chicken Marsala and the chicken tasted like processed meat. Almost $19.00 for an entree..the chicken should taste much better. So disappointed.

Had a decent meal, salad was served cold and bread sticks were hot. The soups was also hot. Our meals were prepared nicely and they were also hot. For an Olive Garden it was a surprisingly delicious Italian meal served quickly and hot. Our waitress was also quite genuine. Thank Olive Garden for the nicely prepared and hot meals.

Food was excellent as usual but the waitress was a little disappointing. She never came back to ask my husband what kind of soup he wanted. He ordered the all you can eat soup and salad and she forgot our refill.on our breadsticks. Our waitress was Cat.

Service was great. Ryan was our waiter and was great. Food was good. My Italian margarita was delicious. The front vestibule could use a cleaning. Lots of finger prints on the glass.

My most recent visit to this Olive Garden was for a lunch to celebrate my daughters 10th birthday. The food was delish and service was great although our server seemed a bit scattered and frantic. Wish I would have known they were going to sing happy birthday so I could have been ready to record a video (completely missed the whole room singing happy birthday to herbut, my daughter was surprised and happy and she received a complimentary dessert. The waitstaff was friendly and attentive, the food was yummy, hot and delivered surprisingly fast for how busy it was. Overall, we enjoyed our meals and had a great experience.

Went yesterday, 2/21/22 for drinks and appetizers. Our server was Cat (Kat). When we ordered our deinks, we asked for water. Our drinks came, however no water. She brought us breadsticks with dipping sauce (that we ordered with no bread plate. Then brought our apps to us. And still not plates. So I asked and when she gave us plates, they were the salad plates that are chilled. I gave them back and said I am not putting hot food on refrigerated plates. She hardly came around, I had to order our second cocktails on the kiosk that is on the table. Also, very bland personality. Overall, not satisfied with the service at all.

Well, where do I begin. You guys are usually pretty good and pleasant. I came this past Friday, Feb. 18th and had a large group of 15 people. I asked in the beginning if they wanted to know who was together for the checks. They said no we will get that at the end. Things seemed to be fine we were seated right away and everything went well until the end. We are a pretty quiet group mind you. Pretty much right after we got out dinner we were getting our checkout receipts. People were not even done eating, no one was asked if they wanted another drink or desert and to top if off each person got a separate receipt so couples were made to get on the table top check thing and pay twice when it should have been combined and we felt like we were being kicked out. A few people did get dessert to they had to reprint receipts. To top it off the morning after my son and a few other kids(that ate the same thingwere horribly sick and throwing up everything. I took my son to the doctors and they said he had food poisoning. He had the kids Mac and cheese with spaghetti and fries. This is such a big disappointment not only for me the for the group I was with. We should not have been rushed out of there and they should have handled the receipts a lot better. My son will never return now because he is afraid of getting sick again. From a heart broken customer

Were on the keto diet and had no problem finding good food choices that were very tasty. Waitress was awesome theyre when you needed her but not a ghost till the end of the meal. They were busy after each party left sanitizing the tables. Did well with spacing every other tables. They all wore masks. All around great experience.

Good service, nice restaurant. Always warm and friendly hostess and servers. Can be pricey depending on what you get. The addition of chicken strips was $4 on top of a $14 meal already. Can never go wrong with the salad and breadsticks though!

To start off, I had planned for a party of ten. We ended up with 6 because four had to cancel. The staff made appropriate accommodations and were very helpful and kind. 4/6 enjoyed their food, I personally loved the Chicken Alfredo meal and had a beautiful 22oz Draft Bud Light. The beer tasted good, wasnt flat or disgusting like some places. Only other problem I had was with six bills, problems would ensure. Confusion set in for the poor waitress and some incorrect charges were applied. But, nothing out of reason. They swiftly fixed the issue and we had no further problems. We had a great time that day.

My last visit to an Olive Garden was 10 years ago. I love the salad and have good memories of eating here. Soup, Salad, Calamari, Breadsticks and Pastas were great and our server was very kind. Restaurant was clean but silverware/plates were not clean and some areas had an off smell.

Love olive garden! Everything I have ever ordered has been delicious! Always comes out steaming hot! The servers were very attentive, and came back often to check on how everything was and if we needed anything. They have great personalities, and are pleasant to speak with throughout your encounter. The restaurant itself is pretty inside, very calm environment. I love the Alfredo dipping sauce for the breadsticks! So good! Some of the best Alfredo Ive had was here! Cost wise, for what you get is worth it

Our waitress Michelle made my birthday dinner so special. She was efficient, attentive, and hasa great sense of humor. Five stars for her service alone, but the food was also great!

In a time where more folks are cautiously dining out, I give this particular restaurant 5 stars for the service and safe dining experience my husband and I received.We were greeted outside. The greeter had a device in her hand with an active seating display. She radioed in our number of diners and assigned seating location. We were then greeted inside the door my the manager, who was holding the door open for us and wiping the handles down.We were brought to our seats by another pleasant person, who gave us paper menus, and our waitress was in top attitude and service.Last, the food and cocktails were everything we had hoped for. Well done, Olive Garden of Concord, NH!

The service was really good, friendly and fast especially for a Friday night. I had Shrimp Scampi and my husband had spaghetti, meatballs and sausage, we shared a slice of Italian lemon cream cake. Everything was so very delicious...I will remember this meal for a very long time. We ate the cake as soon as it came to the table and forgot to take a picture.

Another wonderful visit today May 2018. Gunner did a great job. This is my previous comments. They are wonderful people. Though it may not always be a perfect experience, you have a genuine sense the goal is to provide you with a great dining experience. There is usually some new idea, updated decor, new menu choices, and a friendly face. They are usually very busy, and there can be a wait. Especially during the "typical" dining hours. Planning and patience if you are wanting to have dinner at 6pm on Friday or lunch at noon in Sunday.
