Olive Garden Italian Restaurant in Wekiwa Springs

Went for drinks, the drink I had was recommended by the server which was great choice! Not too overwhelming with a right amount of everything combine. To make a smooth drink.

Food was good. Same as always. Service was not good waiter would disappear. To long a wait for drinks and salad. And the restaurant was not that busy.

Everything went well. The server was attentive. The manager checked on our table. Ample food, enough to have leftovers to take home for another meal. The Stuffed Pasta Shells entre, unlimited breadsticks with alfredo sauce, and Pasta E Fagioli soup are my go-to favorites 😋.

Not the best experience weve had at an Olive Garden. We were a large party. Some meals had not even been delivered when to go boxes and checks were being handed out. Like we were being rushed out.

Good food & fast service. The food is always fresh when I go here and i’ve never really had any complaints. The desserts weren’t as good the last time I went, but that could possibly be just a bad batch. I would definitely return here to try again

I was visiting my sister in Altamonte Springs and we stopped in to have lunch at this Olive Garden. Our server was very friendly and attentive throughout our entire stay. We had a very nice lunch and visit without any issues. The food was fresh and hot. Not much more we could have asked for.

I didnt not eat so I am not able to talk about the food Quality for the day But, Nordmann knows Crete.

This is my first poor google review, as I’m someone that likes to give people the benefit of the doubt. However, I had such a terrible experience that I need to share. I first arrived with 1 other person about an hour before they closed, but as regulars of Olive Garden, we knew exactly what we wanted to eat (just salad, breadsticks, and soup).When we walked in the door to the host stand, the two hostesses did not greet us until at least a minute of whispering among themselves. Once we were seated, we ordered immediately. The server from the very beginning had a very rushed tone and reminded us multiple times throughout the night that they were closing soon. I understand this because they want to go home, but we also asked what time they close to confirm we weren’t staying over time, and we still had 40 minutes. Not only was the server rushing us the entire time, but we were told multiple items, the cappuccino, Bellini, and soup, were not available “because we’re closing soon.”To top the night off, towards the end while I was eating my food, an ENORMOUS roach crawled behind me. One of the servers attempted to catch it with his bare hand, then claimed it “must’ve gone outside” because he lost it, even though the windows don’t appear to open…After this ordeal, I stood up and did not sit back down. The server came up to me and was laughing about it, followed by the manager who was also laughing. They claimed they never see bugs in the restaurant and gave a very insincere apology as they laughed through it and we were never offered any sort of compensation in any form for this experience, even though I had just told my server I wouldn’t be finishing my food after that, to which she again laughed and replied “yeah I don’t blame you.”All this to say, we had an atrocious experience here and will absolutely not be returning. Had the customer service been better, I could have overlooked the other issues.

Ordered soup and salad to go and it was ready in a jiffy even though the restaurant was very busy. Very generous portions of food - quite good.

Sever was excellent, food was amazing, salad was super fresh, bread excellent....overall was an excellent expirience! We!! my family and I, recommend this place.

Its an Olive Garden. Fancy Drcor still doesnt cover up for over cooked pasta and canned sauce. The Breadsticks arent what they used to be still good, but liwer quality then they were. I mean what can you expect from the McDonalds of pasta.

We waited over 40 minutes to get our order taken. Many people who got there 10-20 minutes after us had their orders taken and had their sides brought to them before we finally decided to leave.

It was my birthday and the food was delicious and our server Michaela was amazing! She got me the chocolate lasagna! Thank you so much!

Wish I wouldnt have wasted my night here. Tried to go in for a quick bite with the family, but left hungry and disappointed. After a few bites I managed to find a hair in my food, once telling the waitress she immediately laughed?? Had my plate taken away and was told a new one would be coming out. But it never did

The food is pretty good. However im finding the chicken and other items more like frozen food. Not freshly prepared as before. Still i find myself recommending them due to flavor. Be prepared for higher prices.

This use to be the location we frequent often when we lived closer, but after buying our house last year weve tried locations closer and its always a let down. This past week we tried the Leesburg and Clermont locations, after wasting 30 minutes we ended up walking out hungry and frustrated. Today we drove back to this location and was seated immediately and our waitress was Kay. She was absolutely AMAZING! Friendly, prompt and accurate and the quality of the food was perfect! I told Kay what a breathe of fresh air she was after our last several bad experiences at the other 2 locations, I feel people need to be just as quick to rave as they are to rant so I spoke to the manager as well about how much we appreciated the service we received from Kay. This location is over an hour drive from our home, but definitely worth the drive when we get a craving for some Olive Garden.

I havent really tried any dish that I dont like at olive G. Of the last ones I tried, I loved the ravioli, what I havent liked lately has been the bread at the entrance, I feel it getting greasy

We still love the Olive Garden, for its consistency and reliable service. We had a particular great experience here tonight. The breadsticks were particularly soft and warm, and our server Jess was fantastic, the best weve had anywhere in years. Everyone was friendly and greeted us when we arrived and everything was clean.

This Altamonte Springs Location never disappoints. Every time I have visited, the staff is kind and courteous. Its always clean, and the food is amazing. I hope all my experiences here will be even more wonderful than the last. Macaroni Grill used to be my favorite until they changed up everything. Olive Garden, especially this one, will be my forever choice for a quick and easy five star experience

Came for our birthday girl, and couldnt ask for more! Both the hostess and waiter made her day super special❣️It goes without saying that the food was amazing as well (& soup was not watery like other locationswell definitely be back!!

My experience was GREAT! The food and service was worth me going back there. Everything was on point. Im an individual that doesnt mind giving credit where its due. Thanks OG for the GREAT service. 👌💯😋

This place was AWFUL. One of the absolute worst experiences I’ve had dining in somewhere and 1000% the worst Olive Garden I have ever been too. We were a party of 10 including a small baby and they sat us in a room where there was no functioning AC. Not even 2 minutes after being seated I got up and went to the hostess at the front asking if we could be moved and told her how hot it was her exact words were “I can ask them to turn the Ac down but if not then there’s nothing I can do”. Great customer service if ya ask me. So we’re all sweating and we asked the waiter to speak to his manager, Tamara comes over and doesn’t do a thing to address the problem tells us it’s hot because there’s too many people in the restaurant, she was extremely nonchalant and just rude, not sure why she’s a manager when it’s clear she is not customer satisfaction driven. So about 10 more minutes pass by and everyone in our party is sweating, complaining, just not even enjoying our time, we finally ask for another manager other than Tamara, he comes over (very nice older gentleman, didn’t catch his nameand what do ya know? He offers to move us to the cooler side of the building. All in all, we sat and sweated for about 45 minutes and were finally moved the last 15 minutes of our experience. They did not once offer any compensation or even apologize. This place is awful. Go somewhere else or to a different location.

Had Giselle as our server and she was fluent in Spanish, for my family which isnt great at English that made a world of difference. Food is always top notch here but truly when we were here, we were family.

The food was not very well done. The chicken marsala smelled and tasted like a banquet frozen dinner from the 19 80s. Marsala wine was not used either. Too acidic. The shrimp app was burnt. We were very disappointed usually their food is quite good. We usually go to the Sanford location, but this time we were in the Altamonte location. Never again. Our waiter was very professional and prompt thats why we gave it 2 stars.

Nikki was an excellent waitress with efficient service and asked the right questions guiding me through the menu for the perfect meal also on her top game with refills and making sure our experience was great which it was! Would definitely have another dine in experience at Olive Garden Altamonte. Thank you Nikki!!

We held a baptism celebration at Olive Garden. I will say that up to the event its self the process and managers were wonderful. But the day of the event it was a nightmare. The day before they called go confirm the day and had the wrong date, no big deal we got that fixed and they assured me everything for our big party would be ready for us. We arranged a hour time window so if the baptism ended quick they would be ready if we got there sooner then later. We arrived and were told they dont take reservations and were 30 minutes behind as they had to wait for servers to come in. When speaking to the manager they never told us this no reservation as they helped me plan the whole event and said everything was ready for us and our big party at the time I arranged and no worries. The person who called our party and was walking our party to our section to sit down suddenly disappeared and we were all wondering where we were suppose to sit and found a random server and confirmed that was the right spot. Once we got to the tables the adults didnt have all menus. Then the food was ordered and everyone was angry because they were coming out and going I have a spaghetti and meatballs and asking everyone who was the spaghetti and meatballs and all the other dishes did the same thing so they didnt know who had what. They forgot a kids meal and messed up a kids meals and completely forgot another guest who was the first one to order and he didnt get it till people were finished with meals. People were asking multiple times for items as they werent being brought after asking. It was crazy unorganized and just a mess.All this in mind, I wouldnt host an event at Olive Garden again but I would continue to have a family meal there.

We had salad breadsticks Alfredo sauce and minestrone soup.Service was perfect.Thank you Nintz! Food was all great..except some of the lettuce was wilty and seemed old. Not crisp as I have had at other Olive Gardens.

It was 2:30 on Fathers Day in a party of 7. The wait was a short 20 min. Our waiter was efficient and polite even tho the pressure was on. We never felt hurried. The food came out quickly and spot on... taste, temp, and presentation.

Our waitress Melina on Saturday night at this location had to have been stoned the amount of times she messed up. She practically battered us with our drinks then brought me my chicken parm with a nice topping of her hair. She even denied it to be hers not two feet from me to all the other waiters. I asked that my food be brought back in a box as I had lost my appetite. She brought our checks and even had added the food back on after her manager had taken it off. I woke up this morning regretting leaving her a 20% tip to which she did not deserve. They never brought me food back 20 minutes later while I watched the rest of my table eat, I left out of frustration and never got my food back.

Discrimination… we walked in and we were looked at in a very uncomfortable way. We asked for a table and in a Tuesday when the place was EMPTY we were waiting for about 15 minutes, someone told us the table was ready and another girl (the one who looked at us weirdsaid the table was not ready. The other girl said wait what, they have a very low voice conversation and we waited another 15 minutes when we decided enough was enough, we left. The sad part is none of us like Olive Garde, it was a 10 year old birthday and that was what was asked, even when we suggested better places. The attitude of the employees was very out of line and no one deserved to be treated like that because they speak English and another language that you don’t understand. Learning two languages is a choice ANYONE can make, if you can’t understand what we are saying is not my problem and I should not be mistreated because of that. Olive Garde should be ashamed.

Best location near me..... very friendly and attentive staff. Food is always on point. Definitely recommend this location whether youre going for a big meal or their lunch specials. A must try is the appetizer fried zitti its amazing!!!!!!

Service was good along with food. Breadsticks were not as good as before, use more garlic butter like they used to. Prices were too high for what you get.

Even though I were denied placing a take out at 9pm.. My mothers day was AWESOME

our server was awesome! food was good. My lemon drop martini needed work. Didnt taste like a true lemon drop. Sent it back but was given the same except less of it.

Its mothers day and we expected to wait in order to do dine. We did not and the place was full. The staff was excellent! Our server was awesome! They were efficient, but we did not feel rushed. The food was hot and delicious.

I love this place service was good and food was tasty it takes a little bit time to get your food but overall its great.

If you are a diet and nutrition freak, then it is an excellent place for you. Healthy soup and salad options are available to serve. Also, it comes with delicious bread, which is a beautiful compliment. Chicken and seafood Alfredo options are available. Good quantity and quality food for every dish. Many cocktails, lemonade, and fountain sodas are available for an unlimited refill: a clean restroom and ample space for parking are available. Perfect place for Office team lunch, family dinners, and get together.

Food was good. But we came in as a 11top. And the poor girl was just overwhelmed. So it took awhile for food, and drinks. But other then that this is our preferred Olive Garden

We had a delicious meal, Tour of Italy. Our waitress was attentive and took good care of our table and the others she had. We have visited this location for well over 15 years. However, the cleanliness has gone down. The air vents are showing lots of dust, the lamp above our food/table has food and grease marks. The window sill had dust and debris on it. I do understand they are short staffed due to the current situation. But they could hire a cleaning crew. I also do not like that they use throw away menus. Such a waste of paper. You could use your old menus and just sanitize them in-between uses. Or use a QR code sticker on your table. That is being more sustainable and kinder to our environment. They also have a limited menu just like most places.

Phenomenal service, mouth watering food, what more can you ask for?? My waitress Lexy was fabric fantastic I highly recommend for a nice evening out

Tamara was an amazing server on point with our orders and coming to check up on us without us asking!!! She not only needs a pay raise she definitely needs to be recognized for her impeccable customer service and serving skills!!! We will most definitely be coming back to the Altamonte springs olive garden!!! Keep up the amazing job Tamara!!! Its people like you that dont get recognize and really should!!!!

Being a vegetarian I find really less place to go for food! Vegetarian with Indian taste buds but Olive garden is always a good stop for lunch or dinners, I like Lunchs more because of the portion size and free sides. The vegetarian soup is really good, and Their salad is one of the best ones if you are vegetarian or vegan.Best bread ever! ❤Great food and amazing staff! The option to order from table is great and makes it easy to place order and get it fast.

Food was good but the service sucked.I ordered chicken and shrimp Alfredo she forgot to put in the order right. No refills at all on drinks or salad didn’t even offer.When we were seated she did not ask us if we wanted to try to wine omg service was horrible. I saw every one else being offered wine, suggestions on food etc. this girl was not a good she needs to be retrained.

Informative without being intrusive..Our meals were prepared to order in a very timely manner..The reason I left 3 stars was because of the menus..Yes..Menus..Just how many different menus should you have to use to be able to make choices for your dinner..It took us longer to inspect and dissect the menus ..Yes..Menus..than it took to enjoy our meal..There is by far too many "meal deal" offerings..As I sat there trying to make the right choice..I discovered that all of "deals" cost about the same when you added in the extras..Thank You Again Heather for helping us navagite.."The Menus"

Absolutely loved the food at Olive garden. Thought the service could have been a wee bit better but everything else was alright compared to most places I eat at so I guess that evens things out. They have samplers which is so cool (pun intendedbut sometimes you need to ask for more choice because we werent aware and our hostess did not inform us about it, we had to got with what we were offered. Lesson learned.

I always get good service at every Olive Garden Ive been to - NY, NJ, SC, FL. Love the soup and the salad. Soft bread sticks go well with either. Entrees are tasty. I always order berry Sangria.Our entrees were served hot and well prepared. Shrimp Scampi was light yet filling. Lobster Ravioli with shrimp and scallops was delicious but very heavy.The complementary Chocolate Mint candy at the end is always a welcome treat.
