Great Service, food iz authentic.

Sat at the bar 10 minutes while being ignored. Ask for a sangria the employee at the bar was unfamiliar with what it was. Goes around the bar opening jugs and smelling them. We cancel the drink and ask to place a to go order. The employee storms to the back and doesnt return.Very unfortunate experience at 1 of our favorite restaurants.

If I could give you less than one star you would get it. I ordered 2 fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and did not get the protein. When I call, the message says mailbox full and hangs up.

The soups were served cold, and they do not carry cutlery to eat. We were never offered the grated cheese for the pasta. Although we left more than 20% tip to the waitress. The site left a lot to be desired.

First time having lunch there. Food and service was great!

Spent a week in San Juan to celebrate my son’s 18th birthday. He chose his favorite place - Olive Garden. We were in early and there were no other diners. My son forgot his birthday gift on the table, a new pair of custom Ray Ban sunglasses with his name engraved on them. We called the restaurant 5 minutes later, only to be told no-one had seen them. Very disappointing. I hope the waiter and bus-boy enjoy them…😡

I just ordered something on the menu that the host give it to me and the price on that menu was $14.99 but when I proceeded to pay the charge me $15.99. I asked why ? And he said he gave me the menu but the prices are different. He never said it before I ordered, that’s not OK. If the prices are different DONT offered the menu or at list say something before. I’m so upset . Also online they have some others specials but because today it’s a holiday 4th of July you can’t have it … Really. He said I can order it tomorrow 😡

The soups, pasta are great, chicken marsala curry is a little sour for my liking.

This is one of my favorite restaurants and the service is outstanding but the chicken dish had so much salt that next day my hand was swollen.

Food is fine but service was before average. Server never even bothered to look at us until we called few times and this was when restaurant was almost empty. We had to wait for long time even for bread sticks. We went there thinking this is safe option with familiar food and service but that was not the case.

I was staying at the Hyatt House for a month. Olive Garden was right next and went there few times during my stay. The cheesy Alfredo pasta and mozzarella cheese sticks were my favorite. The soup which they always provided was also yummy. A good collection of beers and wines too. Not to mention superior customer service, they have some of best waiters in PR. Olive Garden deserves 5 star. Appreciate guys!!!

The service was the bottom tier. The host started serving me because none of the servers served me. I sat right at the opening where the servers always come out with the food and they continue to ignore me for over an hour. I ordered a green apple Muscato but I got a watermelon Muscato instead and still ended up paying for it. Because I was ignored for over an hour I just decided to get dessert and I thought dessert was free when I asked the host about that regarding my birthday but I still ended up paying for that. The only time the servers paid me any mind was to sing me happy birthday and bring me the check which I appreciate but that’s unacceptable service. Unfortunately I also ended up having to pay for the desert as well. As someone who has been a server before I have to say I’m very disappointed because I would never ignore a customer who I see has been sitting there for over an hour and still has a menu on their table. I’m also extremely disappointed that I spent over $30 and my appetite was ruined by the horrible service so I barely ate anything. I can’t believe the owner is there and he doesn’t pay attention to customers who are being ignored and he doesn’t make servers take accountability for their actions. I highly don’t recommend this place unless you wanna waste your money on bad service. I’m only giving two stars because the host sort of went the extra mile to do what isn’t in his job description.

The food was delicious.It has good parking space.It has a cozy ambiance.Only downsize is slow service.

Avoid the place the waiting is crazy and once on the table you will get lucky if you get a waitress.Good luck.

The best chicken marsala Ive ever had absolutely incredible

Nataly forgot different items during our meal, if not bread all you can eat or all you can eat salad, my niece drinks, my sister in law chicken scampi, she got a shirmp scampi. Her excuse was "she was running three tables at the time" last time to eat there. Sorry I cant recommend it...

Great service, drinks where consistent and food was great

When we first arrived at our hotel in Puerto Rico and saw an Olive Garden next door, we had a good laugh. Who comes to Puerto Rico to eat at the Olive Garden? As it turns out, that was one of the best dinners we had during our stay. We ordered dinner to go one night and the food was fantastic. Heads and shoulders above what we have gotten in our local Olive Garden back home - and it is literally the same dishes. The calamari was just ok, but our entrees - shrimp alfredo and smoked mozzarella shrimp rigati were delicious. Both were well seasoned, and loaded with cheese and alfredo sauce; so much flavor! But the real star?? the tiramisu. I have never had a tiramisu that was so light, so airy, so creamy, so delicious. It just melted in your mouth. Since it was right next door to our hotel, we went back on a different night, just to have the tiramisu. What a delightful surprise!

It was amazing. The service was great, the atmosphere setting was great. The food was awesome. Great experience. The waitress was fantastic.

It took a while to get a table, even though there were empty ones. The issue was actually not enough employees. Its happening everywhere so the 4 stars is due to the Shrimp Alfredo having like a Mac & cheese sauce, not what I call an Alfredo sauce. Full of shrimp though. Tuscan soup and bread sticks are awesome. The value is excellent.

I order pasta with garlic sauce but tasted like it had nothing on it. salad was not good.missing ingredients.

No soup and salad for us….Not only were we clearly skipped in the waiting line by several groups, we were “forgotten about” when it came to the meal. Waited over an hour and a half to simply be ignored. We ordered the most simplistic meal possible, the endless salad, breadsticks, and soup meal, and yet continually saw tables all round us being served salad and breadsticks before us even though they were seated after. This was just your ordinary HORRIBLE SERVICE or perhaps intentional. As the only primarily English speaking group we saw/heard while waiting all that time, I’d hate to say this was all on purpose but one too many “coincidences” for my liking.

Just walked in for dinner. Sat at the bar and waited for 8 minutes. The bartender entered the bar area one time, didnt acknowledge me at all, then went to the back. The host and Im guessing the manager told me thanks for coming when I left before ordering.

It looks like a typical Olive Garden. I ordered the lasagna. It arrived late. It was obviously reheated and burned around the edges. It had a dull appearance, none of the bright white melted cheese look. I would not go there again.

Amazing staff, atmosphere, and the food was off the charts great, but best of all for 32 dollars for two people. Cannot beat the prices fo r everything that you get. Great place.

Oh God where do I startSo, we are on a vacation from the USA and were like "ooh olive garden." So we went there and were treated to bad service and pretty bad food. Soup was runny and eggplant parm had 1 small piece of eggplant. Our expectations were high so if u go here know that you will be getting mediocre food and bad service

Honestly this is the Worst Olive Garden i have ever been to in my entire life! >_<They literally forgot about my order when they literally writed it down on paper,the bathrooms was horrible! it was dirty as hell, this is the worst olive garden ever i recommend not going there if you want dinner, lunch or whatever, dont be fooled, dont go to this horrible olive garden, it is the worst! and it is NOT clean, dont spend your cash on this place that also charges you alot of cash for each soda you get.

We just love the Olive Garden. It has ambience, neat food, and GREAT and FRIENDLY service. Service this nice, is such a rare gem 💎 in Puerto Rico, so you better embrace it when you see it. Here Olive Garden excels - make us come back.

We wasn’t let in because we didn’t have a covid test. So we ordered to go and ate outside. Food was nasty!!! My steak taste like rubber. I asked for A1 sauce they gave literally 2 drops. I asked for money they me they same thing in a different container🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ That spicy soup is nothing was water it was sooo nasty. The staff was helpful though

Went with my family to celebrate my mothers birthday. Everything started nice and smoothly until the preppy customers started arriving, thats when the service went downhill. Didnt ask if we needed refills, did not remove empty plates and glasses on queues, even served drink on a broken glass. Wouldnt be visiting again (Centro de Convenciones). If you want good service, the more preppy the look, the better...

Food was good and staff was very nice. 45 minutes to get water and bread sticks. Over 1.5 hours to get food. Asked for birthday dessert for birthday girl and we never received although they said they’d bring it and candles. Restaurant was not busy yet extremely slow.They don’t sing happy birthday either.

Sooooo far on this vacation Olive garden has been by far the best customer service we ever had compared to everywhere else we dined in at. My husband and I were very pleased at our waitress, I forgot her name but she had braided hair with red on it. She was so patient with us because every time she came around, we wanted more of something and she got back to us at a timely manner. So thank you to this young lady!

Was glad the server spoke English and she was very nice however it took over an hour to get our food! My chicken Alfredo was burnt and my dads steak was not medium well but very well done instead. Given that the power momentarily went out, it would have been nice to have been notified that this was an issue in the kitchen and that it would take long to sort out.

I didn’t have high expectations, but it was even more disappointing than I expected. They burned my steak that was ordered “medium.” After waiting twenty minutes for a replacement steak, it was just as burned. They did not refill waters and disappeared for thirty minutes after giving us our meals. I promise I’m not a negative reviewer. This was way below even mediocre levels of service.

I love it, they attend quickly, we follow Covid 19 protocols. Parking is very comfortable, their employees are very attentive and they take the dishes correctly and hot, if you go in a group everyone receives their drinks and dishes at the same time.

Service was good, however they were out of the zucchini for my dish, and as you can see, what I received looked nothing like the picture. They did make a great mimosa though!

Unlimited salad was 1 full bowl of salad and then like a scoop full in the next bowl.. I think the portions were smaller than usual... we had 2 keep asking for napkins because the easiest would only bring 2 or 3 at a time with a table of 4 adults and 1 child

Menu items unavailable, and had to change the order 3 times because of this. Soup was more like a stew, hardly any liquid. Pasta was gummy and seemed like it was waiting under the heating lamp for a while. Had to ask for everything for it was not offered. Even water or refills. Plates were bare and ungarnished. I could go on.

That new dish "shrimp & lobster mac & chesse" is awesome.

We visited here at Christmas. They served decent Italian food. We liked most of our food and drinks. The peach Bellini was great.Our server was curteous and friendly.

Excellent Italian food, fried lasagna appetizer is a most. Free unlimited soup or salad with the main dish, chicken and gnocchi soup is delicious. Wine selection is fair, they also have cocktails, sangria and flavored lemonades. Loved thier tiramisu.

Great food selection, but didnt have the advertised specials that were on television and the service was extremely slow :(
