this will forever be the location of the greatest photos I have ever taken. We came here in July at "sunset" (12:40 am and witnessed the red and purple sunset from the hill. It was a true wonder to behold. It gives an amazing view from the lofotens here and is a simple 5 min climb to the top. We really enjoyed our 30 mins up here from the start of the rostad retro rubruer.

Petite balade rapide (5-10min de marche, très facile même avec jeune enfant).Suivre le petit sentier depuis le parking, vers la croix en haut de la colline. Donne une belle vue sur les îles

Scenic place

小屋真的太小了，雖然位置很好，但睡都睡不好

An easy 40 minutes return hike up for a spectacular 360 degree view of Sakrisøy and Hamnøy, even if you are not fit at all. If you are driving, you can park at the trailhead at Olenilsøya (enter the small road next to Rostad Rorbuer on Moskenesveien, stay on the right and drive all the way to the end). There is a small car park, can accommodate 3-4 cars max, no toilet facility. However, do take note of the weather where the trail can became very wet, muddy and slippery to walk up.

Managed to catch the Northern lights on a low kp index night with clear skys from here. Stunning pre dusk views also. Glad I found this spot! Worth the small hike!
