Olde Falls Inn in Zanesville

Going home is just that great people great food great drinks and great atmosphere! And Russ the owner has now expanded the outdoor dinning area and it looks amazing! Thanks .y old friend

Enjoyed a late dinner. Food was great. Super hamburger, certainly not a fast food burger.

The food we had was typical for this type of restaurant. We went for lunch, it was good but nothing to rave about. 5 stars for the fantastic service!

Second time here . This time Food was not good . Prime rib came out cool no taste and tough . Rybye same way . We didnt even eat it all and waitress didnt even ask why half the meal left on both plates . Very disappointing .

Loved every bite.. A Hamburger just like mom used to make but bigger and with a twist. My new favorite: Blue cheese crumbles and a dash of A-1 gave this burger 🍔 a unique flavor. The service was friendly and top notch.

It is a very nice little place with great food. I went in based on googles hours , which were incorrect , they were cleaning up for the night . They were very welcoming and cooked me up one of their great burgers. I would highly recommend this place if you are in the area. The food and service were great , seemed like very nice staff and patrons. I will return on next trip in the area !!

Updated - No sink flies the last two months, yeah! The food is consistently good pub food and the beer is always cold. There were quite a few sink flies the last visit which was annoying and I think a health inspection issue. Hopefully this gets rectified before our next visit. There will definitely be a next visit.

The food was disgusting. The biggest thing that I remember was my French onion soup which way too strong. You could tell they put too much of the mix into it. They didnt cook anything.

The worst meal I have ever paid for. The food was very poor quality . Nothing was fresh or prepared well. I would not recommend Old Falls Inn to anyone. The only positive was our waitress, she was very nice.

Our server Cookie was very kind & nice to us. Well run place, clean & relaxed. Very good food. The prime rib was perfect medium rare. Butterfly shrimp was smaller than expected. The onion ring were very good. Sweet potato fries were perfect. Coleslaw was a bit runny.

I really hate giving this place three stars and I will be more than happy to change my rating the next time I go back.As far as the food goes I was extremely disappointed. Im a huge fan of a fried fish sandwich so when I go into a restaurant I have never been in and they have a fried fish sandwich on the menu that is the way I tend to go. Unfortunately I ordered the fried fish sandwich. There was absolutely nothing special about this sandwich and if I had to guess the Patty was frozen and came from a food supplier that way. The real kicker was the tartar sauce. It was not homemade tartar sauce it was tartar sauce in packets.My wife had ordered breaded shrimp and Im pretty sure it came from a food supplier the exact same way my fish patty did.My disappointment on restaurants like this are many of them have huge menus and can do a few things great and everything else mediocre. Narrow your menu down to what you do better than anybody else and thats what you should focus on.I do plan on going back and trying more of the items on the menu just to see if the entire restaurant is mediocre. I will give big kudos to the staff. Our waitress was one of the nicest people I have ever met in Zanesville. She said she was new and I do not know her name but she was more than helpful when it come to ordering our food.Once again I am sorry for the three-star rating and will be more than happy to change that the next time I go back.

Great local place with a good selection on the menu. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. Good food.

Been here a few times and ya never know how the food is going to be. This last time we waited 45 minutes for our food and business was slow. The salad was brown and very wet, food wasnt bad but not great, a little on the cold side. Our server only came to our table once other than delivering our salad and food and we received no re fills on our drinks. Bad experience for a $70 meal. Thats not to say our food hasnt been good in the past.

Took awhile to get drinks and to order. The wait was long but the food was VERY GOOD. I would recommend BUT also know it is quite pricey. You do get plenty of food but still a little pricey.

When we got there we were seated right away. But when we got our food we got a baked potato with tomatos and onions on it and they forgot the mushrooms that we got with it not to mention they also forgot the waffle fries i got with my meal but thats only the start, The steak was bland and the shrimp was raw almost. When we got my 1 year old baby sister her the chicken tenders the insides were completely raw, luckily we found that out before she ate it but when they brought it back it looked pretty good from there.That was my second time going there and my last time... For anyone that does go there just check your food first to make sure its cooked

Burgers are legit, definitely hand formed. Mine was a but over cooked for my liking but the BFs spot on. Chicken wings solid. Beers were cold. Service at opening of 4pm, really great. Appeared they have a solid crew of regulars. For the not chain options in Zanesville, this one is swell! Ill go back for sure.

Theyve come a LONG way from way back. The wings have definitely gotten better and my oh my are they good. Hits the spot when you arent what to eat. When theyre busy, expect to have a bit of a wait all around, so do movies before or have dinner early.

Worst meal and service ! Over 2 hour wait for a fried food meal. Waitress couldn’t get drinks to us, when asked for a refill was told they ran out of cups?! And then waitress told us she didn’t have tone to get us limes for our drink!Meals came at varying times -I will NEVER recommend this place!

Single to large groups available. Good family feel, nice, friendly and clean establishment. Servers and staff welcoming, knowledgeable and delightful. Kudos to the chef, Kenny! He knows exactly how I like my Delmonico prepared! My small group of 3 ordered the Delmonico steaks with different sides choices, which with this dinner, you may pick 2 sides (or more for additional charge). The cost for a Delmonico steak dinner is more than reasonable and will leave your wallet room for spirits and dessert! We were happy with our dinners and our palates were pleased. A must go to place to dine in or carry out, enjoy spirits as well. I highly recommend this establishment to everyone. Bon appetit and Godspeed everyone!

Food was phenomenal! There were 7 of us and all the food was scrumptious! Fried pickles were delish. Chicken wings (and Im from Buffalo, NYwere great! Steak was out of sight! Grilled chicken done to perfection. HIGHLY recommend!

They were very busy, so the we waited a bit for our food. It was very well worth it. We highly recommend this out of the way place.

Great food, and drinks. Safety first in the ChiCom virus times. Wife had a 8oz ribeye, I had Ham steak with pineapple. Both was delicious. Masks, and both screens in place.

Wow... who owns this place now? Things have gone down hill in a big way!!! Poor girl working tonight clearly had no training and was so overwhelmed with 4 tables that she was about ready to loose it. No bar tender so she was doing her best to pour up foam for the awkwardly silent dinning room. We have been patrons for more than 15 years... hope someone saves this place she won’t be around much longer with this kind of service and atmosphere....

Terrible Service, and Food wasnt very good for either, very bland and didnt taste our Appetizers didnt taste very fresh at all ! My bill was $42. For her and I .. I dont mind paying at all, if the food is good, and service is good ..we went there in Hopes to find a new spot when we are on the road and away from home.. we love to eat out and have new experience, but this wasnt one of them at all.. very disappointed to say the least I dont usually share bad Reviews, but this place wasnt even busy when I took my daughter there for a new foodies experience .. neither one of us were pleased with our food at all.. and neither of us are very picky at all. So I dont know if it was just a cook who dodnt care what he sent out to your customers or if thats just how it is there.

First time visit, but will definitely go back! Tried the Olde Falls Burger with bacon and cheese! It was one of the biggest burgers I have ever had the pleasure of eating! It came out freshly made and hot! Their menu has quite a selection to choose from on it! Definitely worth the trip!

Our second trip there after hearing how good it was, being there reminded of restaurants when I was a kid, a plus. Ive has 15oz NY Strip and Steak fries both times. Its great so far.

Great prices. Took family of 4 out including two LARGE Killians beers, appetizer, shrimp dinner, prime rib dinner, and more I think Includibg tip it was around $60. They use cheaper quality food, but at the price they charge you dont even care. Everything was cooked well, prime ribs tender, beer cold, etc. Was our first time and we WILL be back.

Long time local establishment serving all the standard diner and bar food in a fun old schoolenvironment - enjoyed my evening here.

Had some issues with the seafood I ordered.I explained it to the waitress but didnt ask her to do anything about it.She took it upon herself to bring me a new steaming hot plate. She made.it right and thats why we will go back and try it again.Overall, the food was really good. The service was excellent.
