Good as always and the music was good too. I would give it 5 stars but they no longer allow our dog. 😒

As always very nice place to hang out, play 🎯 Darts, 🎱 Billiard, drink your favorite cocktail 🍸🍹 or 🍺 beer, enjoying live music.

One of those waitresses had attitude my friend over some chicken wings tasted funny another waitress was pretty good

Food Was great like Always.. But I have been coming to Franks for years and will continue to do so but the service yesterday was terrible I was treat like I wasnt sitting there waiting to order nor did either service come check on me after I got my order but they check on the couple beside me twice. I wasnt treated fairly but this was only the first time this happened 😳 I still love Franks ❤ tho

Had a good time, ate some food here then went over to the Caribbean club for more drinks and music. Great night!

A beautiful view of the lake. Limited Menu but all I tried was good. Good local band, not too loud and just a great place to watch the sun go down. Also the cocktails were really good and unique.

Food, service and music was very good. Sat out on back deck overlooking the water.

The atmosphere is great the food was good we had the specials Tuesday taco I believe it was called.

A little bit of old Florida with resident gator. Choice of indoor air conditioned or covered patio with fans. All with beautiful lake and sunset views! Side patio is dog friendly, but no table service.

This was our first visit. The food was very good, and the service was great. Theyre on the water, so we loved the view and the awesome live band. Wed definitely go again.

Too many drunks being rude. Had to leave after about 90 minutes. Employees just kept serving him more booze. Not cool.

Great spot on the water. Simple menu which I personally like. Had the crabcake poboy. Excellent! Beer was fresh and ice cold and a wonderful view as well as excellent service! This place does not need a review, the locals already certified it which is why it is a hidden gem. Cheers and enjoy!

Good food, friendly service. Music on weekends. The sunset is supposed to be beautiful here, but unfortunately it was raining when we were there. Will definitely be back!

Florida style dive bar on the lake. Bar food. Wings Hot sauce was good. Mysic by The Rusty Wright Band was the highlight of the evening!

Is there any "Winter Haven" RESTAURANT and or BAR around with a better SUNSET?I dont think so.Please advise if there is?

Wont waste my time going here. Had a question about their menu and they never answer their phone, the voice mailbox is full so cant leave a message and they dont have an email address that you can use to contact them. Why have a phone number if your customers cannot use it to contact you. If this is any indication of the quality of the service you will get, DONT GO!!!!!Update: Note the owners reply. With an attitude like that, why would anyone want to eat there? Try answering your frickin phone once in a while and empty the inbox! I tried calling your place several times over several days and same problem. I really wanted to make the trip and try your food. BUT NOT NOW!!!!! Think Ill take my money down to Ovation Bistro and have a nice prime rib. See you all at OB!!!!

Cool place to hang out. Stopped in several times on my way home from work and grab a beer and a taco. Right on the lake, great environment.

A good hole-in-the-wall place to grab a beer or two. The foods are good. The sunset view is Awesome to catch. Even got live music sometime.

JUST KEEP BOATING!!!! We were there today (7/5/22and it was the worst service I’ve ever seen. The two ladies working were super rude, horrible customer service, and the bartender skipped the alcohol in our drinks- legit ONLY FRUIT JUICE (we ordered the buckets). Isn’t that illegal?? Not to mention we dropped 50$ on fruit juice. Watch them closely when they make ur drinks.And when my friend questioned why each of us were getting 2 cups of whatever drink we ordered, the bartender interrupted her, literally told her to stop talking and listen and proceeded to tell us how they don’t have “buckets” anymore so they give you 2-16 oz cups. Next time let my friend finish asking her question and then maybe just kindly update us rather then reprimand a customer for asking a very fair question.Boaters, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Anywhere else is better then here. Super disappointing and you don’t want to ruin your boating trip bc you ran in to employees/women who’d rather be anywhere else then there.

Shrimp 🍤 🦐 was great. Has a boat dock, outdoor seating 💺, indoor a/c, pool table and a huge bar 🍸 area. Great service. Live music 🎶.

Walked in, not much going on.Sat down, not a waitress in sight for 15 minutes.Bartender never even agnolaged we were there.Got up n left.We would have easily spent $200 + tip...🤦

Food is good. Presentation is excellent. Service could be better and friendlier. It would appear that they only have one server for the lunch-time weekday crowd and shes not very happy. Dont expect to be checked back with after your food order is delivered to your table. We were just about ready to leave before getting a drink refill and had to request that when I received the bill.....Hey Frank, update the online menu. The prices are wrong and apparently there is no longer an upcharge offer for fries or tater tots with a sandwich order.

I have always been a firm believer that you can often get the best food at dive bars and this place makes my theory true. My husband has been in search of a good crab cake like the ones he got in Philly every week at the Mayfair Diner until they changed hands after being in business for a million years. He must have tried 100 different paces as well as frozen ones from the stores. He FINALLY found a place he will come back to AND they are reasonably priced to boot!! They only have it as an appetizer but at $7.99 for 2 you cant beat it!!! He also got a dozen oysters on the 1/2 shell but next time I can see him ordering a double appetizer of crab cakes. The best part is that I dont eat a lot so he gets to eat the 2nd one from my order! Coincidentally our waitress was ALSO from the Philly area having lived in Atlantic City before she moved to Florida. We talked to her and reminisced about the good old days before they were lost to the current governing that exists there now which was part of why we moved...the other being that white stuff that falls from the sky in the winter, just another 4 letter word to me...SNOW.

Three years ago I gave this place a four-star rating. Unfortunately, the service has deteriorated to almost zilch. Hope they correct this.

First timers here for my nephews 21st. Birthday . Had a great time here drinking and eating Tacos 🌮 The waitress was very fast and helpful with any questions asked. Beautiful bartenders as well as a beautiful view of the water. Would love to give it six stars if I could.

There was 4 of us that visited this establishment on 4-30-2022. We love the food but, on our visit my husband walked to the bar and talked to the waiter about drinks. They were packed. My husband had to give a card to run the tab. We ate and the bill came to us and the other couple took care of it. Our drinks were on that bill. Being on how we only had a bucket of beer and 4 teas, they somehow put it on the bill. We leave and yes our fault forgot the card. Go back on 5-1 and the same waiter, looks through 2 big stacks of card that never got returned to the card holder, and says I can’t find it. The card was immediately canceled. Please do not give cards for tabs. This establishment needs more employees for the crowd and they need to be held more accountable. I will never return.

Its a nice bar, right on the water. Ive been a few times now. The food is about what you would expect for bar fare. The outside atmosphere is what makes the place nice. Its a local watering hole, so in the evening the crowd gets a little intoxicated and rowdy. But a nice way to enjoy the afternoons by the water.

Poor timing, poor service, very poor food. Cant recommend. If you like to get fresh fish, oysters and/or shrimps stay away!

Had such a fun time. Oysters were well shucked and fresh. Shrimp was a bit overcooked but still edible. The view from the back dock was fabulous. We sat at sunset and enjoyed a few cold beers. Inside had pool and karaoke, which would have been a great time if we sat indoors. Will definitely go again.

Excellent bar food! I have not tasted better! Great view and one the water seating! An unexpected treat, but, watch out for smokers! They do ruin the atmosphere for the non-smokers!

If I could give -5 stars I would. My husband is a disabled veteran with a ADA certified service dog. When we walked in we saw a sign that said dogs no longer allowed so when we walked in we said to the server she is a service dog. He was a bit abrasive but said “Ya that’s fine.” Our service dog was also wearing a service vest. We ask another server if we could sit at a table outside and he snapped at us that it was open seating. We sat at a table outside for 10 min and no one came to help us so we headed back inside to order a drink. Then a woman server snapped at us and told us our service dog could not be inside the business. My husband said we have her identification if you want (which by law we don’t have to showAs he was trying to inform her that by law his service animal can go anywhere he can go we decided to leave and she continued to let us know our service dog was not welcome. We were discriminated against and treated like trash. My husband served this country and this is the way this business treats veterans. Deplorable, Absolutely unacceptable. Refusal to provide equal access to people with disabilities with service animals is a federal civil rights violation provided by the American disability act of 1990. Even without the service dog incident the staff here was not friendly

Really enjoyed our visit. Service was awesome and my hot steamed shrimp were very good. Also enjoyed a basket of funky cut French fries with garlic and Parmesan. Crab cakes a bit too breaded for my taste but overall nice experience right on the lake. Can’t beat the view!

It is an amazing place to go spend time with your family and friends! Beer is always good- they also serve very good shrimp plates!

We loved the band Proper Wednesday. The service was fantastic. Wings were good. Oysters were amazing.

Not too busy on a Tuesday night. Awesome atmosphere, attentive bartenders and servers. Just an outstanding view of the lake.

We were not too crazy about the food at all, but the band and atmosphere made up for it for sure!!!!!! We will definitely go back and give it another try. Our server, Rose was great!

Them alligator bites tho!!! It was our first time eating here and we had a wonderful experience! Food was amazing and so was the staff! Our waiter Maria was a Doll!! You need to try the fried gator and the fried catfish!
