Beautiful architecture. It is in the city center, so make sure you go through it, it will take you only few minutes but its definitely worth seeing it.

The most famouse passage in the center of Zagreb called by its center part. It is connecting Preradović square or Cvjetni trg (The square of Flowerswith Ilica street, one of the most famous streets in Zagreb. It is renovated and reopened in its full glory in Autumn of 2021. Magnificent interior. Great shortcut if you want to avoid crowded places between Ban Jelačić square and Preradović square.

Lovely place to visit… the architecture is beautiful, I lovel the stained glass are simple stunning. This place has small unique boutiques they are worth to visit…. I never tired of this place I feel like I’m waking back in time

Oktogon (The Octagonis the name for the passage through the building of the former First Croatian Savings Bank in the Lower Town of Zagreb. The whole building was built according to the project of the Croatian architect Josip pl. Vancaš, and within it, following the example of the then European cities, the Octagon was built, Zagrebs first covered pedestrian passage with a central glass dome and stained glass.The passage has two entrances connecting Ilica with the Flower Square or Preradović Square (Cvjetni trg, Trg Petra Preradovića). There are various shops throughout the passage in the middle of which is an octagonal three-storey hall covered with a stained glass dome, after which it is named. A part of a music school also operates inside the building.The floors of the passage are covered with square tiles in two colors, which are laid in bordured fields, one of which carries a meandric motive.Somewhat damaged during the 2020 earthquake. Repairs are currently being processed.You will frequently hear street musicians in the octagonal hall due to good acoustic.

It is a great place to rest , maybe needs to repair it a bit and you also have shops

Oktogon is a very special and even a mystical place. Very beautiful, and full of colors. Before going in I recomend to look for some info on Internet about it. There are some very interesting high fashion shops. Also if you are searching for a place to make memorable selfies this is a place you have to visit.

Architectural gem, has a great little spot that serves only knödels, an Alpine specialty made out of potato dough and filled with sweet or savory stuff. Delicious!

This Oktogon is being completely renovated at the moment and so there is nothing really to see besides a lot of construction stuff. All ceilings are covered.Shops are still open so perhaps take a look at dumpling/knedel store.

Very pleasent today because of the staff that dealt with me.....however few days ago was very dissapointi g due to a male member who was very unpleasant/unwelcoming....he should not be dealing with member if the public....he was there today....and yes...still looked miserable...plus, he did not shave so he looked very unkempt .....quite a contrast to a beautiful surroundings of the bank,which must be one of the most beautiful banks I have been in I would give you 5 stars but for this member of the staff....so only 4 stars
