What a GREAT time!We got there early, so we waited a bit while they got the wagon before us ready. The check in process was quick and painless. Once our group was called we were set to ride in about 10 min! The driver and Bartender were both amazing! The tour was great! We got to see so much of the city and relax and party safely while doing so! We had a party of 14 so with everyone pitching in, the price was right! I definitely recommend these guys and would book again if we come back to Nashville with a group!

Thank you for an awesome ride. Nick & Brandon were great. We celebrated my daughters bachelorette party. Nick was a gem, when my daughter did a thumbs down to a song he quickly changed it. The before time at your location was amazing, cornhole, photo ops under the sign and Jenga. We hit the ground running as soon as we stepped on the tractor trailer. Would definitely recommend this to all our friends.

We purchased a private wagon, for our group of 12. Our bartender, Sevyn was awesome and Brandon was our drive. Highly recommend doing this during your trip to Nashville.

We had a "50th Birthday" Getaway w 11 of us girls, we all grew up together, went to Elementary school to High School together & we dressed in all red ♥️ in "Sally OMalley" kick & stretch w aka comedian Molly Shannon outfits! We had a wonderful "off the wagon" experience

Hands down THE most fun! We booked a Friday afternoon tour with Off The Wagon for my sister’s bachelorette party. Our driver Nick got us around safe & sound while our bartenders/DJs Chelsea & Nick got the party going from the minute we stepped on till the minute we got off. They were helpful, friendly & so much fun. From keeping our cups filled to taking our random song requests to being our personal photographers, they made our tour one we will never forget. There’s many tour companies in Nashville to choose from but if you choose Off The Wagon, you will not be disappointed! Thanks guys!

We had a tour scheduled for 9 pm tonight. Paid our $570 online before the tour and they never showed. Waited until 9:45 and no call, no show. Watch out!

This was the highlight of our group trip to Nashville! We booked a private tour for 9 of us celebrating a bachelorette party and thoroughly enjoyed the Party Wagon. The staff were funny, friendly, and accommodating. I highly recommend!

This ended up being a very mediocre part of a weekend in Nashville. Despite forecasts of temps near 100 and having asked if the wagon was covered with a canopy (both ahead of time and at the desk when we arrivedthere was zero shade as most all these types of tours have some form of. This is a pretty rough ride, and they warn you when you board but you can get bounced around pretty good. Covered a decent route and a pretty good way to see the city but for the price there seem to just be a lot of options and we wouldn’t choose this specific one again. Bartender was friendly but basically there to pour the drinks you bring with you and play music. Would have been cool to hear a little more about the city, etc. Overall this would have been fine if cloud cover had hung around but with no shade once the July sun was out it was just too hot to enjoy

We had an amazing bartender and she was so fun! Definitely recommend if youre coming to Nashville for a bachelorette or birthday trip!

We went here to see the music city gents. It was a last minute venue change but they communicated with everyone very well. There are no words to describe how much fun we had! Mama D was amazing. If you dont know who that is you need to find out!

We had an amazing time for our bachelorette party celebration! Chose the share option and met some amazingly cool people. Also the driver and bartenders were awesome and so attentive. Highly recommend!

Unreliable & not worth the money.They called us a day or two before our reservation (several friends flew in for a birthdayand canceled our entire scheduled ride with no warning. Allegedly they had an "error" on the website and "overbooked" for that day--but the story didnt really make sense. It was for a Saturday night, so there were no other companies available to book somewhere else. The woman I spoke to, Julie, did not apologize for canceling on us and said she could "maybe" give a discount if we chose a different day. We went on the Sunday instead, and she never gave a discount or refunded us for people who couldnt make it on a Sunday. The driver and bartender were great, and the ride was fine, but many of us are still waiting on a refund and the discount we were promised.

We celebrated my best friends bachelorette party over the weekend and had a blast on our off the wagon tour! Our driver Chad and bartender Serena were awesome and it was so much fun getting to see all the main sites all around Nashville while we got to have fun and have a few drinks on the tractor. Would definitely do again when in Nashville!!

This was most disappointing experience of my trip. We booked this trip months in advance, the day of the company claimed the did not have someone show up to work and then the wagon did not have a battery. They did not try to accommodate us to get in for the tour and tried to booked us for the next day. We did get a refund but the communication was extremely poor. While we we waited for an hour and half to hear something about our tour the owner refused to work with us and try to accommodate our party. I do not recommend.

Booked Off the Wagon for a friends Bachelorette Weekend...we has a GREAT time. The staff are wonderful. But please note that your experience is not 100% the staffs responsibility, it also depends on your participation.

We had booked a private tractor many months in advance for a bachelorette party. They cancelled on us a few hours before it was scheduled to start and were very unprofessional in their communications, even refusing to give us a refund.

Off the Wagon Tours gave our Bachelorette Party group notice the morning of our reservation that a tractor had been damaged and they were going to reschedule us for a day after we were leaving. When we asked for other accommodations or a refund they were rude and did not fix the issue. They said they’d give us credit which was no use since we were their that weekend only to celebrate the bride. It was a terrible experience and I don’t recommend this company.

We toured around buildings that were under construction a lot more than actual downtown so it made for a boring ride. With the amount you pay, they could afford to finish off their restrooms and not need those horrendous port-a-johns outside.

Our Tractor - CRASHED -We booked a Tractor Trailer with this company, and read the reviews and was expecting a fun safe ride. This was not the case. Firstly the music did not work we went back to the office THREE times on the third trip back, the tractor breaked suddenly and the trailer came off the hitch. We were all thrown around and number of girls were hurt, cuts bruises, sprained wrist. Thankfully not too serious. I understand we signed a waiver but to not even offer to refund or give us a discount was a disgrace. When the girl who arranged this tried to talk to management was basically told - leave a bad review it wouldnt be the first time and proceeded to block her number. How rude and unprofessional. So here is your bad review seeing as you dont care.

We had a great time on this tour. I was part of a Sorority group from College and our group opted to book this tour. One of the ladies was put on a different wagon, at a different time. When we arrived we alerted them to this situation and they were kind enough to work things so that our entire group could all be together on the same wagon. Our driver and "bartender/DJ" were excellent. The weather was perfect, too.

We had an absolute blast on our Off the Wagon tour. We started out feeling a little disappointed with the weather outlook, thinking it wouldn’t be as much fun, but boy were we wrong. Our bartender Ivy made our trip so unbelievably fun that we completely forgot how cold we were! We were very grateful that part of the tour included a stop back at the storefront for a bathroom break and to pick up some gloves. Even though it was soooo cold and windy that day, we had the time of our lives!After our outing was over we started noticing other companies doing their party bus tours and we felt that they weren’t having nearly as much fun as we had. The other tour companies had enclosed tractors/buses to shield the groups from the cold/rain, but we think it also shielded them from fun interactions with the crowds on the streets. We had so many outsiders laughing and dancing along with us, making our trip even more fun. I would highly recommend ANYONE interested in a group outing to book with Off the Wagon…..you won’t regret it! And ask for IVY…..she was the best!!!!

We had a great time at Off the Wagon Tours for a 16-person bachelorette party! Justin and Julie were AMAZING and made it so fun for every single person. I would HIGHLY recommend getting a private tractor if youre able! So FUN!

Loved it!! The staff was friendly and our tour guide Serena was a blast. The tractor takes you around several different areas and you have the option to get dropped off on broadway when you are done which was ideal for bar hopping afterwards.

Highlight of our trip!! I’ve done this wagon three times now lol it’s easily been the best part of every trip. The bartender Ivey is so dope and really made it fun for us all! Can’t recommend enough. Reccomend going at sunset time so you get both day and nighttime on the wagon and also get to see the sunset!

Cant recommend this enough! Seriously was the highlight of our Nashville trip. We had SO MUCH FUN. The Jonathan duo was fantastic (staff), and having fun/friendly staff is truly what can make or break an experience like this. Cant wait to go again the next time we are in town!

Awesome time. Erika was the best DJ and bartended on the party bus. Like she was so enjoying herself and ensuring that we were putting on whatever music we liked, and she was opening our drinks and stuff for us. She encouraged us to enjoy ourselves. The man driving the party bus - Jared I think! - was lovely and also strict reminding us that we have to keep all limbs inside and so on. We just had a blast. Highly recommend.

My ride was originally scheduled for a Monday night but got rescheduled for Friday night which also happened to be my birthday. Wasnt sure what to expect but I ended up riding with 2 beautiful Bachelorette parties. The girls were very friendly and sweet and I had a great time with them and your staff. I cant remember the driver or bartenders names but they were great. Best wishes for a lifetime of happiness if the two brides happen to read this.

This is a must when visiting Nashville! We had an amazing DJ and bartender in Ivey, who made sure the booked ride had drinks as needed and took music requests as well. We will do this again next time we visit Nashville!!
