Best place for a nice meal in ngara

We visited this place with my wife and was greatly disappointed, first we had to wait more than 30 min for our order and when they delivered the food was not properly cooked the pork steak was like rubber very hard to chew and the beef not cooked at all I couldnt eat ,it was like chewing a rubber, we had to return to kitchen and wait for another 30 min, when they delivered then I noticed small fish bone while chewing the beef, strange no one seemed surprised when we informed them. Cant recommend anyone to come here.

A serene environment for meetings. You can take their cold beer and barbeque from the area outside..its a beautiful restaurant.

Extremely slow in service and food delivery u have to wait around an hour for food to be served plus the staff are no where to be seen in case you want to place an addition order. Though its a nice place to watch a sport you follow it blocks outside noise

Worst place you can visit, took my girlfriend for a date one Saturday afternoon. The food we ordered was not what was in the menu, even after waiting for 45 mins (mind you, we were told it’ll be ready in 15minswe got served cold food - probably gotten from another restaurant. And the waiter was not helpful at all. We requested for the manager, nobody came. The platter we ordered was supposed to be meat, the meat we got was just full of bones, tasted like boiled meat added nyanya and royco. They spoilt a very good day, don’t visit this place. I asked the waiter why they served such bad food, he said it’s the chef’s duty. Worst place you can visit, don’t go to this place!!!!!

The food is good, I went for a graduation party and they have lots of spaces for group functions. Great music as well. Though it isnt a place you can have a quiet conversation.

The decor was simple but well done, service was friendly and fast and the food was equaly good.

Service was very fast. The margarita pizza was perfect. Prices are very fair. The ambience is nice, very clean place. Security on front door. Im definitely coming back for dinner this days. Ps: I went there last night thinking I might not like the place because of some comments here, and I dont know what happened to these customers but my experience was perfect. 👌

Location is good. Only really liked the pizzas and milkshakes though. Their Hawaiian is extra cheesy 😋. Everything else was sort of a disappointment though. All the meat was tough (we tried pork, lamb, chicken, goat). Thayer slow service. Even their potatoes tasted bad for some reason...how is that even possible?! They also ought to designate a smoking zone. My friends and I didnt appreciate constantly smelling cigarette smoke at every position we tried to move to.

Nice little place. The drinks are very well priced. The food is pretty tastey and also well priced. The music is just ok, but sometimes way too loud and destroys the ambiance. Occasional sports viewing with the volume turned all the way up makes it a poor place for a date, as you can barely hear each other as you try to hold a conversation. Other than thee occasional high volume, its a decent place to meet up for an enjoyable evening.

Hated the experience. Terrible cuisine.The lady who was waiting on us had poor customer service. First, we had to wait for nearly 2 hours to be served our order, which when it finally arrived, was nothing short of horrible. Food was overly salted, tasted stale to some degree (its like the salt was overdone to cover up). Yet this is nothing compared to what we underwent there.So at some point (a little after 11pmpolice on patrol stormed into the place and rounded up customers for allegedly disrupting the peace of the neighborhood. Mind you the DJ had left by this point. There is no notice anywhere that says the restaurant shouldnt operate beyond 11pm, as I gathered later on. So to cut short a long story, we were taken in(everybody who happened to be there just thenand spent a long Friday night and the entire Saturday morning in a police cell? For no offense of our making. The worst part is, the management did not show the least concern for our plight, which is really the reason I feel so incensed about the entire ordeal. (I felt like they even set us up). So the long and short of this is, Im never going to Odyssy (not if it were the last restaurant on earthand I cannot advice anybody to go there.

We had our last respect for our fallen friend there. It was a long night. The upstairs was all left for us. Thr food is excellent and the music was on another level. Will be back there again

this place sucks. they “didnt have the food i requested” and asked me and my colleague to change our orders. our table was covered with flies the whole time and they charged me twice on my card for the same order. Avoid this place!

I ordered fish and Chinese rice take away...only to get home and find fish and ugali..I returned the order for replacement.. ...they gave me Chinese rice and fish.. Their fish was not fresh... I felt so bad and disappointed.. When I called customer care all he could tell me was that ningewarudishia hiyo samaki...it was already 10:30pm...kwani did you guys serve me spoilt fish knowingly??Thank you for the quick and positive response towards my complain. Im a happy customer now. The hotel has delivered my food within a very short time after reading my review. Thank you.

3 out of 5 of the waiters are clumsy and have poor skills in the hospitality industry. I asked for a drink and a meal I got it after an hour with much reminders and nugging . Your security is non existent. I parked right outside the gate and on leaving walked out to a scene of a lost tire from the car beside me in the parking. Thats very bad.

The food was good. However, the security was pathetic. A tyre was stolen from my husbands car and the guards claim to have seen nothing yet they were right there. Very disappointing. What is the point of enjoying good food if Im worried about my property?
