Oceanside Hotel + Suites in Miami Beach

The hotel is comfortable, good location and great stuff. We got checked in by Brando and he was great!We found one cockroach 🪳 in our room , people is smoking weeks outside in the hotel chairs. Other than that we were comfortable they need just improve a little bit .

My husband and I came down for vacation/honeymoon..mind you we had already previously book a hotel for our stay here in Miami Beach but once we arrived at the hotel it was very nasty and so not us everything looked run down we left with a quickness..upon arriving at Oceanside Hotel immediately we felt a relief it was much cleaner, it has no odor including heavy smoke smell..Mr. Carlo at the front desk provided us with great customer service and a great experience.. the rooms are very nice, cozy, and comfortable! Thank you again Carlo on such a short notice!

Nice mid range hotel. We had excellent service from Carlo at the front desk, despite him being very busy. We found the walk to public beach access to be a bit long, but it was manageable. We ate one meal at the restaurant that was very good, but found no one available at breakfast around 8:30A. Not much else to eat nearby. Be aware if you dont have a vehicle.

This boutique hotel with beach access is my no. 1 choice for Miami. The front desk staff was very helpful. They upgraded my room to a 1-bedroom suite with kitchen. Free beach towels when going to the beach. Free ice water in the lobby etc. Most importantly, the hotel staff, specifically the General Manager Zach Burke, went above and beyond to locate a bag of clothes that my daughter forgot to pack during checkout. We didn’t realize it until she opened her luggage back in Tampa. Zach helped us ship the clothes back to our home in California. Top-notch service!!!

This was my 4th time staying here . Love it , not just great prices but great location. Room service is excellent, they come on the 3rd day of your stay. I had an early flight which resulted in me getting here a bit early before check in time. Guillermo (front desk was awesome in letting me check in early and was friendly. Definitely looking forward to booking this place again soon ! Also restaurant is a plus , conveniently located on the side of the building. With happy hour for guest staying at the hotel as well .

If you like cheap hotels and don’t mind a family of cockroaches in your room and stressing about parking every night this place is for you. I’m not complaining because it was sort of what I expected from the price and everything, just being honest. If I knew it would be $35 a night for parking I would have just got a nicer hotel. If you stay for a week just add about $250 for parking costs because it’s impossible to get one of the few spots in the street nearby and you’ll have to pay for a lot nearby every day. Even though it clearly says the hotel has parking on their website and booking.com. This is a lie and I would not have booked this hotel if I knew this. I realized on the last day you can walk about 15 minutes over the draw bridge down Alton and there is free street parking that is usually empty in that neighborhood if you don’t mind walking. Also there is no washer and dryer. The hallway/stair clearly smells mildewy/mouldy/smoky not sure how some of these reviews could miss that, it is very evident. I can attest that the floors on my room were cracked and loose but I honestly don’t mind that type of stuff. I did see multiple cockroaches in the room on second floor. Some of the staff were helpful and some were completely clueless. The restaurant was surprisingly good so if you get stuck here make sure to drink as many free gin and vodka drinks from 5-6 to make up for the rest of the bs this hotel offers.

I arrived to the hotel around 630am because of a red eye. The staff allowed me to sit in the lobby and keep my luggage there so I could get coffee and sleep on the beach. The two assisting me were extremely accommodating me, asking staff to clean my room as quickly as possible. I was able to check in earlier than check in time. Great customer service. Also, the beach in less than a 5 minute walk, its a perfect location.
