Bad service, after looking at the pieces for babies I didnt like anything, so I decided to custome make a bracelet for a baby girl, they took almost 2 weeks to draw a design I sent them, after I confirmed the design, the person I was dealing with there told me it needs a week and it will be ready, 10 days after that nothing was ready, and not only that, they even didnt start with it nor the order was sent to the workshop!!! Eventhough I explained how much I needed it to be done before a specific date!!!

I left the store crying today because of the terrible service we received. I was excited to do two things: 1. pick out my new piece for the holidays and anniversary and 2. get my diamond ring cleaned because a previous person told me to stop by anytime it takes less than 5 minutes.The man helping me said they are way too busy to clean my ring without even knowing it’s platinum and diamond which is a quick clean. I asked 2 times and both he said no without even double checking, he said there is other appointments but didn’t even offer me an appointment. I asked to look at gold bands and he did not care to show me the other options when i asked for it. I found something I liked, but it wasn’t my size. So my husband asked for my size and he said he didn’t have it. After my husband said if you find the right size i will come back to get it, he then started looking probably because he knew we would buy.Even though I wanted it, the Imseeh rep RUINED the experience of the holidays and it is also my anniversary gift. I rather have nothing than how I was treated. I will never go back or recommend this location to anyone.

You need to negotiate the price..Also make sure the bracelets and chains keys are solid and lock well as I bought some that they kept falling off.You collect points for the jewelry you buy and they are quite considerate... Imseeh Taj mall customer service is horrible. I asked to see a bracelet for my mother, the guy told me iam very surprised you chose this model because it not for your age and its very expensive!! I explained that it is for my mother.. looking at the incident now i should have left and refuse to deal with such class discrimination, he decided that i cannot affored this bracelet from my look!! I am very disappointed especially iam a lawful customer to um uthaina branch

So I mean I walk in there at 8:30 so I can look at a couple of things and they were open and have customers but right away someone comes to me and ask "how can we help" but not open upstairs and he cant help me I mean your open show me what u got. They definitely lost 1000s of jds on sales

So sad to say how bad the service is at Imseeh! Its a classic "Dont judge a book by its cover" mistake.The service was SO horrible, I couldnt believe it. Employees had no eye contact, no smile, no respect to what the client has to say. And then when I had to pick up my item the employee was so frustrated with my questions! No service. Its like walking into a government office, not what is supposedly to be high end experience.Few years ago; they made plenty mistakes with my wedding rings, I was hoping things have changed.I choose not to do business here again.
