Nice place with a big Pool

HiVilla is excellent place for privacy n also for family.Swimming pool is very clean n well maintained.Food is so delicious but expensive n we like it .As far as service from swimming pool is absolutely not good at the price we pay . They need to bring well manned n well etiquette persons. We are not at all happy.We request the management to keep you up your level .

The best view u can ever imagine

Beautiful beach view, clean and spacious swimming pool over looking the beach. Good and friendly staff. Currently a 30 room with beach view is being constructed, to be completed before December.

It’s a great location & it has great potential. Needs more work to be done on the environment as the beach is really dirty.

Not really an organized place....need some more investment around beach resort area

Very poor service. I wouldn’t recommend . What you see is not what you get. The manager is rude. Staff is unprofessional and beach is dirty . Given room with a spoilt AC. Tv in the room is so tiny might as well be a monitor.

The service was terrible. Almost everything advertised was false. My family and I arrived at about 1 pm. One of our villas became available after 3:30 pm. One of our villas was also stuffed with furniture and other appliances and when we asked one of the staff how we would be compensated for the inconvenience, his response was that nothing could be done as they had no where to store it. The power current was low and as such fans and air conditioning was not working properly. Again, there are no air conditioners in the hall of the villas. Just fans. We were given a small standing air conditioner in the hall. No room was created for the vents of the a/c so we had to open a window to allow for the vent to go outside this defeating the purpose of an a/c. Extremely disappointed in the place and the service. The pictures on the website paint a different picture than what actually is. I can’t stress on how disappointed as a family we were. To add to that, we were told we couldn’t have access to the resort pool and beach due to some military men trooping over there and beating their guests. No other alternatives were however created for guests of the villas and resort. Management here has been very disappointing. We left Accra to come here hoping for a break but were faced with one challenge after the next.

Id give the reception here 5 out of 10 -the receptionist didnt seem friendly enough. And was a bit rude too.Food 5 out of 10 - the food didnt taste fresh at allThe rooms were quiet standard...a bit of a walking distance from the beach.The place has a pool area and allows night swimming.It is very serene too... beautiful setting and there is an access to the beach.

A serene beach front a holiday relaxation and vacation. Beautiful, serene and cool breeze environment with all facilities intact for a good time. Recommending for every aiming to have a good feel of a beautiful beach front experience.

The atmosphere is serene, the beach is clean. The food is good.

I like the place, not bad of a sightDestressing environment. For the photo lovers, you would love the place esp the pool side and a great view of sunsetHowever these are some of the issuesNo water heater seeing that the place is close to the beach, ants and other insects all over the room, some lights bulbs werent working, door handles needed fixing. TV connection, the fan switch and others needed maintenance.

Really enjoyed my time here. Cant wait to go back

Very cool quiet place with very neat environment and there are lots of "BUTS" around them..thier pictures of chalets posted are not what they have over there..the owner I think is too much interested in the money being sent to him and after he receives payment, the rest is up to u to survive all by yourself. Bad power systems, air conditions doesnt chill well,no security, no reception, no channel of communication within the premises, TV sets and DSTV decoders not working and many more.My little advice to the owner, fix the few you have now very well, paint the right pictures to your potential clients and most of all let your staff feel at home so they can enjoy what they do for you.

Ocean view has a new oceanic view as the name says but their foods are not up expectations.

Good place to relax to take a break from the city life.. Development in progress... Will be an amazing vacation location when completed... With Waterpark etc...

Ocean Green Beach Villas has very nice apartments for holiday getaways. However the house we got to stay in was not fully furnished. It lacked the basic amenities like sink in the kitchen area, utensils for cooking and some basic needs. We had to improvise most of the time to make our stay comfortable. This will make longer stays impossibleOne other major thing the facility lacked was security. What they had was not reassuring at least for us. If these things are in place ocean green will be the best getaway place for everyone.The villas are also close to the beach and there’s a resort that has a very clean pool 🏊‍♀️. Really nice ambiance as well

I recently visited ocean green Beach Villas and I must say it has an amazing team working there. Very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool area and beach are clean and welcoming..Wow. The food is of good quality and a great dj by the pool side. Visit them and release much stress away from work.

Perfect get-away place with a big pool for adults and kids. The facility is currently getting a facelift. Perfect place on a low budget.

Beach side wasnt very clean, the pool was okay, good setup arrangement, music was good.

Beach Resort located at Prampram. Have swimming pools for adults and kids. Have limited accommodation as well

The plastics in the sea doesnt make swimming in it, appealing. The plastics can be gathered and disposed off or even burnt.Nice place though. Serene for couples and fun for families with little and adult kids.😊😊

Okay for a day trip. Beach is nice and a wide shallow area allows for some safe swimming/wading. Restaurant offerings are good especially tilapia dishes.Accommodations leave very much to be desired at the price. The room rates do not increase in price based on the quality of the room but the size of the bed (go figure)Sleep quality was less than average as the bed literally caved in the middle.Pool unclean for duration of overnight stayBreakfast as pictured...very basic

I cannot but start by stating that this place and its owner and staff are complete frauds and would urge all to see this as a Caveat Emptor.We had paid for a three bedroom "villa" only to arrive and find an uncompleted building that had no cooling or heating system, the owner claiming it was designed with a "special cooling system from the water in the ground". Hogwash!!!. There refrigerator did not work, there were no cutlery in place, eventually when we insisted on things being put in order, the owner suddenly disappears and left us to deal with the staff.We could not leave as we had paid him over $2000 in advance and he claimed we had to wait a couple of days for a refund. On the second day of our stay the staff stole first $300 from my room whilst cleaning and when questioned, they thereafter did not come back to clean our rooms, yet, we still did not see the owner who no longer took our calls.They claimed they had a generator, yet when power was lost only in our section, they could not switch on a generator and had to wait for an electrician to come in from Accra, a good forty five mindsets away. When he arrived, he confessed having told his boss the place was yet inhabitable.As we sat in the heat one day, a gentleman (not Ben whom we knew as the "owner"without announcement, sauntered into the building with seven other persons. When asked who he was, he claimed to be the owner of the place, and even as we pointed out the place was duly rented he laughed and began opening doors whilst persons got dressed. Even with this, we did not see or hear from Ben. His staff however told us casually the matter had been reported to the police, who never came to investigate the matter.Whilst we were complaining we discovered he had also rented out the next house to three young couples, only for them to arrive and find the place completely unfurnished, no chairs, no electricals, nothing but beds.I have had dealings with Ghana and Ghanaians for years and I must say, the owner Ben, is the worst kind of Ghanaian imaginable. I urge all not to have any financial dealings with this gentleman.
