On a street lined with cafes, this modern hotel is 1 km from Granada Cathedral, 2 km from both the Palace of Charles V and from Alhambra, a medieval palace complex. The elegant rooms and suites with wood floors and furniture feature free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs, plus minibars and desks. Soundproof suites add balconies, living rooms and whirlpool tubs. Room service is available. There's a sleek cafe/bar, and a barber shop. Parking is available (surcharge).
This is a great hotel just a few minutes walk from the centre. Theres a metro station right next to it, theres a big supermarket at a stones throw and the rooms are very spacious and neat. Fully satisfied with the stay.
Good hotel, modern and near the city center. The staff is polite and kind, the dinner good, but not perfect
Excellent place to stay. Affordable price per day (6 nights for ~350€); close to Metroligero station; 30 mins walk to Alhambra and 10 mins to Cathedral; Plenty of access to restaurants n bars closeby. Highly recommended.
top and good prices
Very good, specialy for spain, no noises.Loots of bar nearby bus stop to the bus station
The hotel was really nice, clean, spacious, and comfy beds! The only thing I did not like was it is not too close to the center. We definitely had a long walk to get to the major attractions.
It’s a very decent hotel in the right spot of the city; plus, they’ve got good food and it’s super clean!
Ok 👍👌
We are spending 4 night in Granada. It is a spacious room with a huge bed (actually they combined two single beds and turned into a double bed…???). Room is clean. However we have a few things to note as we expected more from a 4 star hotel.1. There is no facial tissue paper anywhere in the room.2. There is no mini bar, no water, no coffee/tea sachets, no kettle. Literally you have two glasses and that’s it.3. The safety box is not working. We checked with the receptionist and they confirmed there will be no tissues/water etc. I find this unbelievable given it is a 4 star?I don’t think it is too much to ask for 2 bottles of water, and a kettle.Neighbourhood is fine and quiet, 10 mins away to the city and around 15 mins to the cathedral.
Hotel is relatively close from main tourist attractions in Granada. Breakfast is very good and have reasonable choices. Rooms are clean and modern. Parking is a nightmare if you have a bigger car, space is very narrow.
This is a very nice hotel with an excellent location. The beds are comfy, rooms spacious and well equipped. We liked the hotel restaurant very much. But what makes it 5 star experience is having really fantastic staff. Helpful, professional and going the extra mile in every possible aspect. I highly recommend staying here. Well be back for sure. Thank you
I stayed for 6 nights. The rooms are spacious and quiet, and there are very friendly staff who speak English. The best was probably the restaurant waiter- he was so nice and excellent service. Definitely recommend :)
All good, except lack of coffee/tea in the room
Very good option to stay in Granada if you find it in a good price off season. Good location 15 min to old part of town. The decor is a bit too much but the room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is reasonably priced and good quality
Comfy beds, nice bathroom, good water pressure, heat light to help you earn up and In a good area for transport and bars.
Clean and friendly
Good service but noisy room
Very good value for money in the centre of town. Clean spacious rooms, friendly service. I stayed in hundreds hotels but thats actually the first one that had a clothes steamer instead of iron in the room. Great!
Very good business type of hotel with in Walking distance to the center of old town. Full breakfast with a decent variety. Easy parking facilities.
Good price for an amazing hotel
Very clean and big rooms. House keeping is perfect. English is not great for the staffs but good enough for communication. Room without breakfast and cant comment about breakfast and food
Good welcome the staff are helpful the rooms are clean and spacious but need a small renovation and decoration
Maybe the best hotel memory of our honey moon!
Fantastic location...comfortable beds...quiet rooms. Worth 5 stars.
Sitting in the lobby now thankful to leave. We reported that our room would not cool down. They sent a maintenance person who came, saw we had the thermostat on correctly then told us we have to leave the key in for the air to circulate. However, we have stayed in a hotel before and the key had never left...even from the last tenants. It is something an air conditioner repair person would have to fix (check the capacitor). As we sit in the lobby enjoying a cool outside breeze, other customers are also expressing issues over being to hot. We advised the front desk twice of the heat and nothing was done to rectify the situation. We also had dinner in the hotel as paid for by our company. The food had already been mostly picked through and they did not refresh anything. We had leftovers and eventually group members were told they would be closing. Had I paid for that out of my own pocket I would have been very unhappy. 10 group members commented on how bad the food was. One called it cafeteria food. They have canned fruit and other foods on the bar. Although I will also address these issues with the company who booked us here, because of the poor service, room temp, food I cannot recommend this to others and will not be back. *I do appreciate the professional response by the hotel.
Hotel room is clean and tidy breakfast was ok day time cafe/bar is never open and evening meals in the restaurant are only served when their is business groups in the hotel and the barbershop is never openThere is no pool to the hotel but you can use the leisure centre 500metres away for 10 euros per person which is very good if you use all of the facilities gym/indoor and outdoor pool but no meals are served only vending machines with drinks and sandwiches
Nice, clean and good lication
The best in Granada. The breakfasts are amazing.
Dodgy A/C and loud hammering every day from 8.30am let this hotel down.
The food was amazing, we were travelling with a baby and the room were clean and spacious. I love it
Nice hotel.Enjoyed the stay here...............................................................................................................................................................................................MW..............................................................................................................................................................................................
The view is fantastic and the breakfast is pretty darn decent. Far from everything, unfortunately.
I reserved tree rooms with double bed. I obtained tree rooms with split beds. The worst the bedroom smell like somebody was smoking. And finally the heater of the badroom dosent work
Need to fix some details ; like service room and check the bathroom products
This place is amazing. So clean. Good location. The bathtub is lovely. Excellent view of the mountains.
Good service. The room looked a little bit "old" from certain points of view. It would be nice if there was a kettle in the room.
My room was really noisy during the day and night. It was facing the main road. One of the room windows was not even closing properly. Breakfast was really poor and coffee really bad.
+ Comfortable beds+ Nice location+ Clean- Breakfast is bad and absolutely the same every day.- Really noisy if you have a room with boulevard view.
Modern hotel, well appointed. About 30 minute walk to popular areas. One block away from Metro.
Beds very comfortable. Service and staff....needs a lot of work! Amenities very old and needs refreshing. Bar in restaurant closed for two weeks for summer vacation.... in a hotel!! Hair dryer....Fromm the 1960’s
Sigh... good location I Guess
Very nice rooms small lobby
This hotel is very clean and has everything one needs for a short or long stay. The dining room is a little on the moody side when crowded because of the lack of acoustics.Howeber there is a very good selection of food. The salad bar is plentiful. The selection of German TV programs lacks the First German program and CCN news is soosding. Need to addore TV programs. The staff very professional and more than willing to help. Recommend stay in Granada.Jim Barrante
A magical place that fusions the Christians and the Muslims, the gypsies and the people brought from northern Spain by the Catholic Majesties. Charming, poetic, magical. Delicious food, fresh ocean products, excellent local wine.
Very comfortable hotel, with a great bed and a convenient location just a few minutes walking to the city centre. Front-desk staff was nice and helpful. The parking garage is a great amenity, but it seemed to be a bit overpriced to me.
Great hotel, however it is lacking a gym. This is easily remedied by going running in the city and exploring the area!
Possible to have a coffee. Hotel at 5 minutes walking distance from town center
Low standard for a 4 star hotel.
Stayed for a month for work. I wouldnt pay to stay here on my own. Hard beds, no cable TV, WiFi is sporadic, TV is very small and old. The breakfast was the same each day. Hotel is busy with tours as a new bus arrives daily.
Everything was fine when I was there for a job trip! I wouldnt go there if i had to pay from my own pocket, though. I would prefer something cheaper closer to the center!
