This Obees is located in the mall at the corner of Harborview and Kings Highway. The dining area is open and very clean! Ive eaten at another one, so I was familiar with what they offered. The food is fresh and well-prepared! You cant go wrong with one of their subs, thats for sure!! I even have the card they punch for a free sandwich! Yes, I will continue to treat myself to their delicious sandwiches whenever I am able! If you havent tried it yet, go ahead and give it a shot; youll be happy you did!

The meats and cheeses are good, but the bread is the real star of the show here. Always soft, perfect, and tasting freshly baked. You could put anything on this bread and it would taste great. I’ve had these subs since I was a kid and they taste just as good today as they did 20 years ago. Come here before Jersey Mike’s or Subway

Brought my elderly mother in today for her first visit, she asked the gentleman behind the counter what he recommended he said the best seller was the Italian we got it as is a 16 inch and shared it it was amazing, she had hers for lunch I had mine for dinner. I have had Obees before I knew how good they were but this was her first time and Im pretty sure shes going to come back. Thank you Obees for 100% making an awesome first impression on a new customer.

I enjoy Obees I work nearby and having a place that sells great sandwiches is very important. I enjoy their meatball sub and chicken salad sub. I also like that when I walk in one of the girls knows me by name. Thank you for serving great and hot 🔥 good. They also have good peices .

Great bread on the subs. Very helpful staff. The place smells very good with the aroma of cooking. I still need to try the soups.

We are not from port Charlotte but we’re in the area around lunch time. Stopped in and had a giant sandwich with my wife it was more than enough for both of us and it was delicious! You gotta try this place we will be back

At my place of employment, we love ordering delivery from this Obees. Not only is the food delicious...but the order is always correct. Which some other places struggle with due to its volume. THANK YOU OBEES!

I want to enjoy this place, because the food is usually pretty good. Its just unfortunate that the last few times I have placed an order for myself and my colleagues, we have been displeased with the customer service. Please work on this.

the staff was very rude and needs to work on listening to orders better. Dont give attitude just because you messed up.

The store is clean and welcoming. There are a couple younger guys that seem to work a lot, theyre exceptionally kind and hospitable. Would recommend any Obees but especially this location!

Sandwich is huge.. Price is Very good. Quality of food is there for sure. Quick about getting orders done. Soup is good.. Clean place to sit and eat also.

Way overpriced. Barely had anything on the menu. I ordered a Cuban and the kid making it drenched it in mustard. Ruined the sandwich. This was my 3rd visit and it gets worse every time. I always hear good things from the locals but I havent had a good experience personally.

This is a sub joint with soup. It was good. Got really busy after we got our food.

Yummy food but I had asked for my sub warmed twice during the call and had it repeated back to me .. it still showed up cold with cheese not even melted a little bit :/ just gonna assume it’s a busy day !!

Their Italian hoagie are really good, everything is sliced fresh when they make your sandwich. However I also purchased a Philly steak for my daughter and it was disappointing. The meat was so full of gristle it was almost inedible. I will return but not for the steak.

1 is only because 0 today was not an option. I have always loved Obees. I looked forward to picking up my to go order for lunch. I wasnt as bothered by no masks as I was paying and looked up to see an employee licking his fingers and eating his sandwich on the food prep counter of the hot sub station. Pulled up a seat right there with many empty tables in the lobby area. I did get a refund but thought others would want to know what was on that counter before their sandwich.Disappointed!

Good sandwiches! I shy away from chain restaurants, but I make Obees the exception. The meats, veggies and breads are delicious. I have always enjoyed their Philly steak but have had their Italian sandwich as well. This review is written during the coronavirus pandemic and the restaurant isnt following the recommended guidelines of masks and social distancing. I assume they are compliant with the third part, which is hand hygiene. Lack of respect for their customers was disappointing, to say the least.. Really good alternatives in the area include Sams Subs (locally owned and so good!and Jersey Mikes (a chain, but oh so good!.Both of their restaurants are following the current guidelines and I can recommend them without reservation. But maybe Ill be back to Obees once vaccines are available.

The #7 is amazing one of the best sandwiches I have had, puts subway to shame definitely a must try if you are up for an awesome meal

Steak and cheese sub that my husband and i split. Still lots to eat and oh so good. Very accommodating as my husband wanted veggies and steak sauce on his half - no problem!

bought a Italian sub on 2/26/2020 ... still have diarrhea, cramps, fever n chills on Sat 2/29 .... reported to health dept by doctor .. wish I could give a negative star count ... sub also made the dog sick ... great place to stay away from It will Publix subs from now on !

Always fresh, always delicious! Love that the owner, Dennis, is right there behind the counter making sure we get the best quality. Staff is friendly, too. Great spot for a quick lunch with authentic deli offerings. Fair warning: after you try one of these subs, you’re gonna crave it again! :)

I wish I could say that Ive tasted the food, but unfortunately I never even made it that far. I called to get an order delivered, but the woman on the other line was incredibly rude. She told me that we are out of their delivery zone which would have been fine because I would have picked it up, however I have no interest in spending my money somewhere that talks to their customers like that.

Walk in is great but they slack when it comes to delivery...i dont want the sandwiches ive been waiting 2 hrs. This will be goodbye obees

Can get really busy but thats because theyre good. People are great even when super busy. Lots of seating and Id definitely label it as a casual relaxing sub and soup shop.

I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap to go. When I opened it back at my job I noticed the wrap wasnt fully closed so the fillings had spilled out all over the outside of the wrap and was a big mess to eat. I just hope next time I go whoever is preparing food takes an extra few seconds to properly roll the wrap so that everything stays inside. Other than that the food tasted good just very messy.

Nothing but an overpriced Subway. Staff got my order wrong and then decided to blame it on me. Worst customer service Ive received in a long time! Had the chicken salad and it was very bland. Wont be going back.

We call from our office frequently to place orders, and we always receive attitude.This last time we ordered, we gave them almost 2 hours to deliver the items, with a specific time for delivery, as we have scheduled lunches. Now we sit without food with an excuse that they were too busy.

I usually buy a gluten-free wrap Cuban sandwich. Here is 1/2 of that particular sandwich. . . juicy and delicious! They have a TV and a book nook. So sit down and enjoy! I do!!!

Best subs Ive ever had. The bread is so light and delicious. And the service is friendly. I never miss a chance to stop in when Im in town and you shouldnt either!
