Oasis Restaurant in Singapore

Great atmosphere with reasonable price. Cant find a better one at a 5 stars Hotel. Highly recommended for everyone!

So far so good. Table of 4, had 2 bottles of Prosecco, bottle and a half of not bad white wine and 2 servings of prawns. Waiting for the mains. We said "give us 20 minutes" and they have. 5☆ for no hurry no hassle eating. Impressed. Will update. Some of the best fish EVER in Singapore 5*

Fabulous grills in a fabulous setting

Extremely Disappointed.This was my favorite place (pre-COVID), especially during weekends where they had the full self-service buffet, but I would also go during the week with a-la-minute. They were never cheap, but quality was fantastic, and had all you can eat Bretagne oysters (flown in), the best place for a BBQ focused on quality rather than large spread. The location is also breezy and beautiful, with all the green around. So, why did I go from 5 to 1 stars ?Their way to handle the COVID challenges was:1Switch to only a-la-minute buffet [perfectly understandable, due to restrictions]2Remove oysters from the buffet, and telling servers to claim that this was temporary (its now been well over 10 monthsdue to quality issues - when it was obviously cost-related, as everyone else has them - also in other restaurants of the hotel (same supplier)3Reduce the spread to slightly lower than the original week a-la-minute4No chance for full spread like weekend at any time5The best part ? INCREASE PRICES !That said, the staff overall is quite nice and attentive, and the place has very few tables - so it doesnt feel crowded, even when its full.

The menu at the cabanas says satays are 6sticks for $8. I ordered ordered one portion and got served a portion with 12sticks in it for $16++, not sure how that happened.The food itself is mediocre. No different than the typical satays at hawker centres but ofc its nice to have options to have snacks by the pool 👌

Good food and friendly staff esp. Emannuel. Kids love coming here.

The most worthy free flow with good meat and nice service!

Went to Mezza9 at 5.15pm they said they are not serving food but I should go to Oasis. When I went to Oasis there was nobody to greet me and I had to find a place myself to sit. After 10 minutes a couple came and the staff already started taking their orders and serving them, completely ignoring me. 5 minutes later the staff came and told me the whole restaurant is reserved at 5.30pm, when clearly there were only 10% seats taken. I had to get up and leave.

As you can see from the pictures I posted, the oysters they serve are this thinness. Very small and thin so hardly can feel that you are eating oysters. I didn’t know this kind of thin oysters exists in this earth.Meets they serve not as good as you expect to be served at high end hotel, feeling like eating left overs.You can smell of toilet odor if your seat is closer to it.Staffs are kind of friendly, but i do lot recommend this restaurant at all. Sorry but never be coming again.

Great food with great service. We got the dinner buffet with free flow of drinks and it was very worth the price. Prawns are extremely fresh and all the meats on the platter were extremely tasty. Great place for a date night!

Apparently it was OK by the restaurant to serve half portioned oysters. Food wasnt fantastic either. Saving grace was the staff were attentive to our tables alcohol refills.

Too hungry and forgot to take photos. Had very good value bbq buffet with free flow alcohol. Even had oysters though they were slightly small. Kale salad, garlic bread with hummus were simply delicious.Service was phenomenal too. Service staff were very attentive to our needs as one of us had a gluten free request and they were very nice to prepare gluten free portions for usGreat unpretentious place to have good food with impressive service.Will definitely come back again

Had the 3-course dinner by the pool. Great ambience but was abit warm before the wind picked up slightly later into the night. Good service and food in general. Satay is one of the best tasted, tender and slightly charred, excellent sauce which i wished could have been paired with the grilled chicken in the mains. The fries were simple but very well done though i thought a more sophisticated side would elevate the mains plate more. The grilled chicken was cooked perfectly but the sauce as mentioned might be even better with satay sauce. The sea bass was also cooked perfectly but the sauce was too unfamiliar and i thought the sauce for the chicken went better with the fish. The casear salad... can be missed. Tiramisu is yums but maybe felt a little too much cream at the end. We added oysters to our meal which felt abit wasted as 2 of them were abit flat, not meaty and plump though still fresh. Compliments to Jordan for warm and promt service!

We reserved a table for 2 via chope on a sunday morning and was surprised it was available. They were doing a grilled meats buffet for dinner, and it sounded quite good , so we decided to give this a try. We arrived at about 6pm, it was a good time as the restaurant was still fairly empty and we could watch people at the pool while waiting for our food. The server offered us a prosecco when we sat down and within 10 minutes brought us a platter of 3 salads as according to the menu and the seafood appetizers to share, with garlic bread. Im not a fan of salads, but gave everything a try anyway. The prawns were very juicy and fresh and the oysters abit thin but still tasty. The meat platter was cooked to medium rare generally, and all the meats were delicious! The servers were attentive and generally came around when they saw our drinks were almost empty to ask if we needed a refill. Dessert was fruit & icecream, and we were pleasantly buzzed and full by 8.30pm. Definitely going to return to this place again!

This place look nice and good food.

This is our second visit to Oasis. I cant find fault with anything apart from the portion sizes - too big for 2 people! I hate to see food going to waste but simply couldnt eat it all. Another wonderful evening with extremely pleasant, attentive and helpful staff and food cooked excellently. Oysters and prawns were so fresh that you felt they must be caught to order, the meat platter cooked to succulent perfection. Great value for money. 5 stars from us as we will definitely be back again.

So this is a restaurant located in the Grand Hyatt Singapore. We had gone here for our team bonding dinner so we opted for a buffet menu. the service is pretty good. there is indoor and outdoor seating area. It is quite fancy and the front area of the restaurant ahs a small pool with plants. It is quite cooling and a ncie view to have. the buffet menu has a big variety and a mix of lot of cuisines. Enjoy your visit here.

Steak wasnt as great as Id have liked. Seafood was surprisingly better though. Good value at 88++ for free flow champagne!

We where here as part of a reception gathering. Food was hot and delicious with a good variety of meats and seafood. Efficient customer service.

Had a reunion party of 15 last Saturday night. The weather was very warm and the spirits were very high ...... on the free flowing frozen regular and strawberry margaritas. One of the best I have had in a long while. The BBQ and drinks stopped early at 9pm. However our wonderful crew (chefs & serverslet us hang & continue sipping into the night..... (including other free flow beer, red & white wine, Prosecco......Thanks guy. Ü made our reunion a blast!!!

Staff were friendly, attentive and super courteous. My wife is enjoying her birthday buffet tremendously now at the Oasis. Great job guys.

Visited here with my husband on a Tuesday evening via an Eatigo booking. Staff was cordial and food was served in a timely fashion. I loved my chicken quesadilla and would return for it again.What can you say, location is just great , bbq was really special, consisting of fish, prawns, lamb, beef, great veg, staff were spot on , looking forward to another trip in the future

Pleasantly surprising find here at the Grand Hyatt hotel! In my 20+ years in Singapore, never knew that there was a barbeque buffet hidden here by the pool! Its a little hard to find, and even some of the reception staff had difficulties locating the restaurant. That said, its via the lift all the way inside, near where the waterfall is. Take the lift to the 5th floor, and go towards the swimming pool.Taste is great, BBQ buffet was amazing, and love that they had a free flow alcohol option for 88++ on weekend dinners. Was here for a friends birthday party and everyone thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!One thing to note, however, is the fact that theres no AC, which can be a bummer for people like me who naturally perspires quite a bit in the humid weather here in Singapore.

It was a perfect experience dining in Oasis. We booked our table via Eatigo (50% discountand had a little Christmas gathering there. Food were awesome, free flow Prosecco, super friendly staff (Francis is the best!)!

Nice local restaurant

很喜欢这里的环境，餐食也很好吃.

There are nice grilled foods. The prawn is big enough. I love the natural windy outside pool and grilled smell. It was not crowed on Sunday night. Set menu is awesome with free beverages and beers.

Overpriced and disappointing selection for the food and drinks buffet (dinner)Seafood was so-so.Some parts of the beef and fish were not evenly cooked - had some raw parts in the middle.

Amongst the restaurant in Hyatt this is my least favorite.
