I stayed in this hotel the first day, I didn’t see any big problems. The rooms were wide and clean. However, When I came next time after five days it was worst experience I had in hotel ever. The receptionist gave me key for one room , and we opened the room but didn’t see in detail thinking that it’s the same situation. When I came back after I had my dinner the bathroom room was full of roaches, I went to receptionist to change the room. She said she has nothing to do with it, and since I already paid for that room, she said couldn’t change to another room. And then, before I went to bed, when I try to drink water the bottle was already open. I called the receptionist about it, she told me that I had to buy the water. The worst experience i have ever had in hotels.

I didn’t want to leave Oasis, I felt at home. Very comfortable room. The food was amazing and the employees are very friendly. Great location. Close to the airport and stadium. Wonderful memories at Oasis!

Imagine you are alone, you take a shower, you slip and hit the concrete floor:That can happen due to 2 factors1 Small shower base allows water spill out side the shower base.2 Poor floor design results in a stagnant water, even though there is a drainage hole below the shower base level.If you ask the staff for a particular request just get ready to repeat yourself over and over again.Its very normal to see cockroaches here and there.

Un lieu convivial et calme. Personnel serviable. Leau chaude pour le bain est inexistant si le robinet daigné bien fonctionné. Beaucoup à améliorer.

Fantastic stuff that will do every thing for you. I just mentioned at the reception that the matres is to soft for me. And in few minutes 3 workers changed it for us. The brakfast was extraordinary with verayety of portions that doesnt leave behind any 5 stars hotel. We will return for 2 nights more. The only thing I didnt like is the condition of the road, but it has nothing to do with the hotel. We warmly recommend this clean and hospitality attitude hotel and stuff.
