Overall service very good and friendly, no problem with English throughout. Plenty of nightlife in the area, 5min walk to Hyundai dept store for super and food court. Good gym, pool ok, and guests can use Screen Golf driving range for 50min per day - only downside is need to allow over 5 min to get there, lifts by casino very slow

I stayed over 3 weeks and this hotel is located in the heart of Gangnam’s area. There are many restaurants and food nearby. However, you would expect to see huge crowd and traffic if you have a rental. The hotel doesn’t have variety of food and the breakfast has no variety of choices. You would not want to eat more than once per week.They only offer 3 times a week house keeping. Even then, the house keeping is not well done. I had to request few more extra cleaning because the quality is bad and missing towels, coffee, and cracked cup etc.I think it’s not worth for the money unless you need to stay in bigger room with family members. The nice thing is you have a laundry and you can wash it yourself. Small kitchenette is good but not well equipped. Lack of nice coffee machine and other amenities like swimming pool. It allows up to four people per room and the pool is a smaller than your backyard pool.It’s not the worst hotel but I wouldn’t stay if I visit next time.

Office building with a nice bakery on the ground floor and restaurants on various floors for business lunches.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room, amenities, gym and pool especially, all good. Most important to us was hotel location with convenient access to the CoEx underground shops and restaurants - excellent!The French bakery on the first floor was perfect for morning breakfast, though we had a kitchenette, we still enjoyed going to the CoEx restaurants especially the Hyundai department store food court. The prime shopping was convenient during inclement weather. Also nearby are local pubs/bars and restaurants, all walking distance.Friendly helpful staff especially the valet/concierge who helped us at the end of our stay with luggage and calling a taxi especially during rush hour traffic. Thank you :)

Yes a bit pricey but pros of-great service-massive rooms-very convinient as right next to the airport bus terminalRecommended.

Superb rooms and facilities. Restos are great too. Just weird that they provide everything except toothbrushes and shavers. Conveniently located next to COEX Airport

Availability of small kitchen in rooms. One area of improvement is to provide smart (androidTV in all rooms. International guests can watch online content and need not depend on hotel subscribed channels.

Stayed at 2 bed room suite. Roomy and quiet. Its like a small apt. Unlike hotels, it has kitchen and washer/dryer in the unit so if you are travelling and want those amenities, this is the place. Accessing the Coex mall can be a bit confusing because you need to take 2 different elevators but other than that, it is recommendable.

My family and I took the airport limousine from Incheon Airport to go to the City Airport Terminal as the hotel is located just beside the terminal.The hotel is connected to Starfield COEX mall via underground passageway which also linked us to Hyundai Dept Store.The service provided by the hotel staff is superb with all of them able to converse fluently in English.

The best value for money residence thats more luxurious than most of other five star hotels in Seoul. It is expensive, but you will be amazed to see how convenient its location is and the huge size of the rooms.

I love this hotel. Its connected to the COEX shopping center and has many food options. The staff is friendly and always helpful. The rooms are spacious and the decor is newer. Ive been here twice now and plan to return. Excellent location.

It is very good hotel. Some room are having studio apartment. it is also having Casino , spa. it is attach to mall. in which various kind of activity happens. Staff is good. It is having one canteen as well.

Nice comfortable place to stay in; the staff are very friendly as well. But its a bit far from the main places youd want to visit. We were fine though because we had a friend who was familiar with the place & we used the subway a lot.

Excellent self catering hotel apartment in the heart of Seoul. Close to restaurants, shopping malls, underground stations and parks. Friendly staff and very comfortable accommodation. I would certainly recommend staying at the hotel.

Really enjoyed staying here for a week. The room was big with all of the facilities youd expect. Also was quiet and easy to sleep. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. I loved the health club and the sauna spa area was super relaxing. The gym was well equipped and not too busy. Highly recommended if staying in Gangam

This is my second stay and Id like to compliment the concierge team (Lian Lee, Jason and Jeddfor the wonderful service in assisting our family for the taxi arrangement to Everland. The breakfast was good and the room is huge with kitchen and laundry facilities, simply great for families. The only complaint I had was that you could actually hear it when there is strong wind blowing outside the window and being a light sleeper this is definitely annoying. Location is superb with coex mall and subway connected to it.

Very good hotel with kind staff and very professional. I found the deco was a bit dark but the appartement we were was calm clean and cosy. We really apreciated the sauna in the shower during the very cold February 2015 winter in Seoul.

First off all the neighborhood is fancy, and the mall just under the building, the staff were professional and helpful, The check-in process was fast and the Room was ready. The furniture is in good quality and the Room size is kinda big.It has mini kitchen and washing machine.

The best hotel I ever went.Its a 5 star + hotel.I stayed here almost 1 year in an apartment and I enjoyed every day.Fantastic service, food and extra services.Close, real close to everything.
