Good facility for stay in ilam

Not satisfied as per the prices of room, they took benifit of our bad situation as well. Paid 2500 per night for a regular room, no hot water, not even regular water. Floors were dirty, no soap in bathroom, towels seems to be very old. I dont know how they are managing business of customer service. All the best.

Not treating as OYO hotel rest of service are good

Not so facilitated 🏨 compared to price. You can stay in Normal lodge instead.

After a day stay in hotel...we went on tour to sandakpur ..after return on few days later to same hotel afternoon request for hot water as they usually provide in morning coz we we in tour to sandakpur and were totally dirty and tired ...the stub born person in front desk totally denies after request , so change hotel to summit hotel as ego clashes. However room are double bed were RS 2500 including VAT, FOOD ARE ALSO GOOD. BUT THE SERVICE IS AS PER OUR EXPERIENCE IS NOT GOOD.

We stayed two nights here. Really nice and clean room with seating area and balcony. The beds are quite hard and there was no warm water or heating during our stay. Therefore the price might be slightly high. However, we havent found hot water or heating anywhere else in Ilam, so you might just have to face the fact that cold showers are also very refreshing, and bring an extra jacket if you visit during winter. Staff was very friendly, helpful and the food is really good! Food and hot tea can be brought to your room, but the restaurant area is also comfortable. Great wifi connection!

Expensive with no proper services. No hot water, bad reception.

The name green view doesnt mean anything most of the rooms are looking out over buildings. Their cars are diesel cars so very invironment unfriendly. People who work there throw stones to dogs who just walk in their so called garden whst is infact a place with just some green.

Hotel green view was ok not well clean reception wasnt ok and was late on service as well. Food wasnt that great. Was cheaper on pricey side but wasnt like homely.

Its good. Dont expect more like hotels in metro city. View from room is nice to watch. Room service was good. Costly foods. There is not hot water available for shower.

Well this place is alright expect some lack of facilities.😶 It however did not met my expectations.🙄 Though i had been told time and again that ilams hotel wont be much😑, I had been expecting better. I hoped the bed would be softer 😌and the room would be better. The internet was bit slow and couldnt be used in the room properly.☹ The food was good but the rice was bit hard. 😖 But as ilam has less good hotel i guess it was alright.

Peaceful and very nice

we stayed hotel for one night. there was no water supply in bathroom and we informed them two times but they did not respond and even deny to change the room. TV & Setup box was there but only one electric plug. very poor customer service.

Lovely, clean hotel in a beautiful city. The hotel doesnt have the views that this city offers but its great priced and the food is to die for!

Nice beautiful place to be right in the bazar of ilam. Near to district hospital and near to tea estate. Well furnished spacious rooms and bathrooms. Good food and wifi. Hospitality not so good still fine. It was surprising to find hotel of such standard in ilam!

This place is cleverly located just before the Rough Guide reviewed Green View Guest House, though it looks nothing like it in its monolithic concreteness. The rooms were adequate, with a partial view onto Ilam Bazaars scrappy tea gardens, but the water was cold.

Except for well built building everything else is below average. Good example of Looks can be deceiving.
