Door broken . Donot book this hotel .. Please if its showing the price is between 500 to 800 by oyo gDont book this hotel ..otherwise hotel owner will not help you to stay at this cost .. That my personal experienceNo facility are avilable all are wrost condition

Very unhygienic rooms

worst experience i ever had. i pre book the room through oyo executive link in 420rs. when i visited there, a person who is on reception told me that tariff has been hike so i dont know i will not provide you room. If you want a room you must pay 1000 rupee more to me. and in need i had pay them. on the another hand room pics and reality is very different such a dirty place in the name of oyo hotel.

Worst hotel in slum. I booked this hotel from oyo. Literally they took my money not not even refunded the amount for this third quality Worst hotel.

This is a very genuine review from a very concern person (this is purely based on my observations to the room I was staying).Very unhygienic and poorly maintained room and bathroom/Toilet. Almost vomit while entering Toilet. I have no option because it was very late and dont want to go for other hotel i was exhausted and very tired (pre-booked through oyo). On top of this I was charged Rs.300 more. Such a pathetic place and people. Cant recommend for someone dear ones.

I dont recommend this, it is located in a village area. Rooms are dirty, taps broken, no supply available even by zomato etcIf you wish yo stay in such unhygienic place, than carry your own eatables, water etc.Oyo has to improve his services by removing such hotels from the list, otherwise, oyo is getting bad name.

It was a pathetic experience, i have been traveling with OYO for a long time but this experience was worst, my room was booked & payment was made but when i reached there at afternoon 3pm i was told there is no room available because many customers reached there earlier than me what a lame excuse & i was told to sit in gallery in such a high temperature and there was no fan either,i dont understand how can U deny me at the last moment And the manager, bellboy, whoever he was told me why U make online payment and he was trying to mock, belittle me by saying U paid only 500Rs and later he told me go ahead make a complain anyway nothing will happen only Ur booking will be cancelled, I had my Exam next day because of him it got a negativity affected, when i read similar comments earlier i thought it were exaggerated by people but now i can say those were genuine complaints if anyone face something similar problem in future, U too can share Ur pathetic experience with Hotel Diamond.

Worst room and staff, lack of Amnieties

Hotel services are very poor and I would never like to stay again and not would not suggest to anyone

Wifi not working | TV not working | Geyser is not working too.Very expensive and bad foodThey charge 100 rupee for a small glass of milk.And 70 for a small plate Maggie.And on check out hotel guy took my phone to check booking details and gave fake rating from my phone. And there is no another option to edit rating

This place is pathetic and the staff is very rude. I would suggest never choose this place for you stay as I have made a booking with them through OYO and when I reached there they denied entry and said they need money in cash while I have made the full payment. Also they are very rude while talking and said its your issue and OYO customer care was not picking phone call, so I said they can validate from OYO as they are partner with them so they said its your issue. Even I said at least allow me inside as room booking is coming in their system as same is reflecting in my app and in the mean time we can sort out the money aspects. So he started arguing on that. Not Co operative at all even. At last I have to move to other hotel after having confirmed booking with them. The environment outside the hotel is also not good, Road is pathetic and at last beware of the staff. He Receptionist called other person to fight instead of resolving the issue. I would like to give negative ratings but that not possible here. Also OYO support is pathetic. They said we will validate and revert in 24-48 hour, which means you need stay at that moment but resolution will come after 2day.

Poor hygeine, staffs bad behaviour, poor facilities provided, no necessities provided such as towel, soap,water bottle.

Location of hotel is in remote place room was good but washroom need to be more heigen.

Place is good ,you can go there as a couple no issue on that , mosquito is full ,staff is decent ,room is good,nice washroom,locality is good because lots of good residence near that and if you look over price its a valuable oyo

The place is not at all well maintained.. Rooms are not clean, even no cleaning seems to be present in the halls.CAUTION: They dont even accept online bookings. The pictures uploaded are far from real. Not a good choice to stay at. Not a good environment.

Hotel is excellent. Budget hotel with best services.Food is little expensive. But hotel surrounding area is worst. Full of garbage. Use only main road to reach hotel. Dont walk on inside streets.
