The service is very poor. The staff is neither helpful nor cooperative.They were on the verge of denying us entry because we checked in 4 hours late than the usual midday time.Horrible experience, wouldnt recommend anybody to book this place.

The experience was really really bad. The worst rooms and structure. Paid 1550 rupees for AC room but the AC doesnt work, also the staff behaviour is tremendously rough. Dont recommend going here.

Low grade OYO rooms.Bedsheets are soiled. Blankets are stinking. Toilet seat 🚽 is broken and shaking. Forget about cleaning Washroom, they seem to have left out items of previous guests also -unchecked.Rooms are dirty with lot of mosquitoes.Food served by them was of low quality and quantity.Forgot to mention that they ask to cancel the booking from the website you book and pay to them directly.They are not worth the rating and money they quote in that hotel booking websites. All manipulated...

One of the worst experiences ever. They interrogated us as if we were criminals. They dont know how to talk to people. One of the worst hotels in Siliguri. They also cancel Booking.com bookings. They get clients from Booking.com but they dont want to share commission with Booking.com. :(

Fantastic hotel good staff behaviourPerfect room and clean everything

Please dont bother to book this hotel..until unless its the last option in the whole city not recommended at all..its highly not recommended..The reasons are1. Though I had booked room prior to come to this hotel via online website, they asked me to cancel the booking.2. They told the online room which was described and listed is not available anymore, but still the hotel had rooms listed in the online website.3. They asked for the full payment during check in and they insisted on it.4. No card swapping machine available..only cash or UPI.5. The rooms were very dirty and unclean and too small..like way tooo small compared to the pictures posted or normal standard.6. The bedsheet, pillow covers were full of dust, hair, felt so disgusting and was completely unusable.7. No sanitization or covid protocol observed. Each and every employee including manager is not wearing mask. 8. No sanitizer provided and no security measures has been taken.9. The Geyser does not work, the exhaust does not work, the ac does not work.The list goes on and on and this is the worst experience of my life ever with any hotel. I would have given a negative star rating if the option was available.Dont book any room ever.. I repeat do not repeat my mistake.

Had a short stay there. Room was not clean and arranged as expected. But its kitchen served nice and fresh dinner.One may get a better accommodation at this price range.

Most disgusting. Fully unorganised. Service is very poor. Food prices are skyrocketing. But the quality and quantity of food is appalling. However, there is a lot of commitment, but end of the day you will get a big ZERO.

Its a second home for me. Had been staying at this place since decades whenever I happen to be at Siliguri with my family. Parking facility needs to be improved. Managerial staffs are very friendly and helpful backed by sincere support staffs. I love the foods catered by the Uthsav restaurant. Like everywhere there are further scope for improvements.

I booked a double bed for 4 days. Decent rooms with tv ac cupboard mirror and gyser facilty. Peaceful and safe. The owner is very good behaved.

I booked a room in the hotel via OYO. The hotel owner is unprofessional. When O reached hotel, he made me wait for him for 30 minutes before coming to reception. At reception he denied me check in saying he cant give me a room at the price I booked it. He told me to cancel the booking and stay in a room in his hotel bypassing OYO paying twice the price I booked at. He told me this is a protest against OYO. By troubling the customers they are protesting against OYO against low tarriff.

Very friendly and helpful Hotel Manager, he gave us good advice for local restaurants, helped book taxis and assisted us with left luggage. The hotel was good value, clean, location was OK for onward travel from Siliguri.

Booked the hotel for Rs 680 from the OYO app, bt the manager didnt accept the amount and asked me to pay Rs 1200 instead. It was too late for me to search another hotel, so i negotiate and finally paid Rs 1050 for a single bed. Very disappointed with the OYO rooms rules and management.

The rooms are quite small. The cleanliness of the rooms and bed linen are manageable at best. However the hotel is about 2 kms away from the SNT bus stand. Hence could be an option if you will only be spending the night at Siliguri.

Very good food quality...u can enjoy with family

It is a really nice & cosy hotel at a low cost. Its owner Mr Ghosh is personally involved in overseeing the maintenance & service of this hotel making this a one of a kind experience for travellers on a budget. Location is also good. Stayed there for 2 nights on the way to Sikkim.

Small Room... breakfast very cheap and bad... location not good...its not hotel... its house but use as a hotel... Filter Drinking water not available...if you want... buy and its high rate to Market. I am recommend.
