Located about 50 meter from chowk on main road. No lift. No ground floor room. Pandemic induced reasons has led to closure of restaurant. No problem. Restaurant Celebration is just next door in same property and serves nice food.

Nice hotel room and service

Anyone trying to book a room here, please beware they are not with OYO any more. I booked 2 rooms for 2 days for 3780₹. When i went to check in they said the price was too low and told me to call OYO. I tried calling several times but everytime I tried i was told the line was too busy. After 30 mins of relentless trying someone from OYO called. I told her what happened but she refused to give me any help and told me to call the help number again. At this point I was frustrated and decided to do a fresh booking. I had to pay 5000₹ (They demanded 5200). The only plus side was the rooms were decent but on the other side there is no room service. The food is spicy and over-priced (A small cup of tea costs 20₹). My overall experience was very bad.

This is a very very wrost hotel.Pls dont stay here.This hotel looking goibibo and oyo but not acepted online payament.When you check in this hotel that time, reception guys saying- " they are not acepted online booking discount, if you check in then provied PAY AT HOTEL PRICE.this is a tataly chit hotel.

Hotel owner interaction was not good....Wash room was smelly....Food was good....Also, They say dont pay online at oyo...pay at hotel only......Overall experience below average.....

Hotel is at great location , near randhir Verma Chowk. Seems old building was modified for hotel. Washroom was not clean , and there was smell in room, phone was not working, you have to walk to reception for every work. Room shown online in photo was different and the room provided was different. Food served was good. Its ok in low budget, but if you are paying more than Rs.1000 , search other options.

Worst hotel.....dirty rooms, toilet are very dirty, carpets are badly smelling. Pls dont go in this hotel ,it is wastage of money

Hotel staff Prakash Sinha threatened my family and shouted to kick us out. Below is the experience of my stay at OYO 22376 Hotel Delight.I have booked 4 rooms at this hotel for 4 days since it was my sisters marriage and it was on the second day, when for a quick Haldi ritual, we requested an extra bedsheet and were ready to pay the amount for that. During the discussion, the supposed to be manager Prakash Sinha, started shouting that who gave you permission to do this ritual.I requested him please do not shout at my elderly family members and then he threatened to kick us all OUT! despite of making the full payment during check-in. Quick pause, it was already informed that we are staying for marriage purpose but this idiot fellow was in some other zone seemed like high on some cheap drug.My family was very scared and was not feeling safe in this hotel. So, we immidiately left the argument and called MMT support where the CSR did a conference call with this manager and understood the situation quickly because Prakash Sinha was shouting at them too.Thanks to MMT CSR, who helped me in cancelling my remaining booking.Room: untidy with dirty Oyo coversheets.Food: GoodStaff: Unprofessional.I would wisely & strongly recommend to please avoid staying at this hotel if you want a peaceful stay.Hope this helps.

Worst experience...Never book this hotel...No hospitality and suddenly denied...No room available...Never pay in advance.....Here 1 is minimum otherwise I will give zero rating.

Its the most pathetically poor service by Oyo and the hotel. The pic is different and not the property worth that much cost at all. Dont go for it. Even next day for breakfast they have only one option puri sabji..its a waste of money for me .

Hotel is clean and tidy but the rooms are suffocating. The windows opens above the restaurant exhaust which makes them of no use. A peculiar smell makes one uncomfortable.
