bathroom worst..room Not tidy n clean..Please do something for better place

Very bad front desk n manager. No WiFi n refund or my only two hours stay. I forbidden my money to your poor company.

Worst hotel even toilet FB lush cant be used properly.

Hotel staff were not helpful at all. the elevator was broken, there was no wifi, the room and bed linen were dirty and the toilet drain was clogged. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed. I do not recommend to anyone.

Room is alright. Toilet needs improvement dripping water noise at night a bit irritating.

This was the worst experience of my life, I didnt expect there to be such a hotel and there was no reason to come back again. I booked two large beds, four people to live, when I got here he said there was no house, he casually gave three people a room, I theorized with them why there is no room for four people, they gave a single room, but the toilet inside can not be used, TV can not be watched. What a hotel this is, horror.

1)No restaurant or2)convenience store,3)no WiFi on room4)drinking cup used for cigarette ashtrayvery terrible hotel.

Your receptionist service need to improve,English pls,talk like commando...the worst hotel without wifi..I stayed for 3 nights .ehmm struggled no water kettle need to go out to lift lobbies dispenser..will nvr go again..

Booked this hotel with Agoda for one night . picture shows that room come with window but when i reached there they just tell you with window already sold out. the only leftover is room with out window .than i asked for non smoking room, when i step into the room i find one ashtray on the table and also one cigarette butt in the toilet. the room full of a kind of funny smell. some kind of spray. so smelly that i have to open the door to let it go but unsuccessful. so i stay for only 1 hours and check out ! what a hotel is this !!. I paid S$15 for 1 hours !!!

Acceptable hotel...only one problem. Didnt have WiFi when I was there!

Stayed here for 1 night, the beds were visibly dirty, air-conditioning could not be adjusted, and my rooms magnetic key could not work, had to get a physical key which could only open in a specific way. The area is also pretty remote and near nothing, basically go stay somewhere else. I forgot to mention there is no WiFi.

Stayed here for a night with 2 of my friends. The room is so spacious with nice flooring. Honestly did not expect a budget hotel with detailed flooring. Air cond is cold even during the day. However service was kinda lousy as they took a long time to search for our room key. Location is quite secluded but very near to go for food and famous locations nearby. Parking is also easily available. Outside can be quite creepy at night.

For those who can accept the most simple & basic room facility to spend a nite with. No Free WiFi, kettle, drink water or beverage to serve you. Also, no free parking. All parking lots belong to MBJB.

The room need to paint room 107 bathroom 5star no issue...WiFi not available...they ask to use free Johor wife only can use at reception area and not so good...the staff all good....they need to update...bed superb no issue...have towel body lotion soap and shampoo... Want to go here better buy food no shop available nearby....

The room is acceptable, but the towel provided already ripped and not in good condition to use. Overall the room is fine. Please at least prepare a good condition towel for your guests.

Better than another one that Ive stayed several times before. The receptionist is good, one thing I have prob was the wifi, idk mybe my room position bt the signal is slow and hard to connect.

I dont know, the first time I entered the room there was still trash that hadnt been thrown away

The cleanliness and the size of the room is superb but location wise and ammenities will cause guest to only experince the hotel once. There is no water dispenser nor hot water pot in the room which makes me questioned on why are instant coffee packets are even provided when u cant even make a cup of hot water let alone coffee tho?🤔And also,there is no way for guest(sto contact the reception counter in case of anything coz there is no phone in the room and u cant even msg the reception even when u look thru booking websites. The only way is just to physically go down to the reception in cases of inquiries or emergencies. Definitily needs a lot of improvements here.

The room was OK. A lot of mosquito. They were fogging on the day I arrive. Located in a run down area. A rail track was just right behind my room. Not much food/restaurant around.

My rooms air con did not work, the wifi did not reach the room and there was a very strong smell of cigarettes despite me requesting a non-smoking room. Ended up getting a different room the new room was better but the smell of cigarettes, the sink in the bathroom had a leak and the sheets was stained.

Rooms have bad damp smell, all bathrooms have no outer ledge, even in night washroom door must be opened. No washroom slippers. Some washbasin are choked. Location is good only 10 min walk to main shopping area, take shortcut over walking bridge don’t relay on google map. Last, if you want to take room first check the room than decide, don’t take online. For hotel owner: put ledge outside the bathrooms, put slippers and most important put exhaust fans in washroom, you have installed them in rooms, very bad idea. Last but not the least put some professional staff or train them with courtesy.

For those smoker can smoke in your room cos they do have exhaust system. Easy to get a grabcar too. Clean room n bathroom.

Near to custom. It is cheap and comfortable. Good for rest and next trip to visit malaysia with all its wonder. Those who want to interview . Can sleep here since it just 5 minute walk to custom. Never been so easy and cheap

Dirty, i request to change the bed sheet once i check in.stains on the bed. Even so, the next day i was bite by some insect （suspect bed bug）and whole body itchiness.

Budget hotel bout 10mins walk away from city Square... Nothing much around the hotel, just kampong houses ... Wifi work good... Room reasonable... Can get very quiet at night... To sleep for a night is good enough for the price...

Overall is good. Location strategic, near downtown. Cheap rate and room space just nice. Acceptable for 1 or 2 night short stay in jb

5 mins to CIQ . Cheap rate. First night arrived the bedsheet is dirty with some stains. The next day, the clean up room and change it.

A very decent budget hotel near the heart of JB town and yet isolated from the hustle and bustle of the busy city. A very quiet place ideal for contemplation and peaceful relaxation.

Stayed here for a night. Overall the hotel was clean but comes with a bit cigarette smell. The bad things here is there is no control smoking in the lift. On my stay, i actually encounter someone who smoked in the lift. For price, it value for what u paid. They do have a water dispenser to keep ur bottle refill.

Cheap and worth it. Towel and tooth brush provided. Coway water filter provided out of the room. Outside of the hotel have one or two bryani cafe. Walking distance to danga shopping mall. But the floor is not so clean. Feel dusty. good for non fussy guest.

I was accommodated yesterday, today 5 pm checked out. Stayed with full comfort but the things happened when i checked out. I returned the key and was stepping out, the receptionist stopped me then asked the house keeper to check the room. House keeper get back to the receptionist then she told me now i can go off. Don’t know if it is the procedure to check out of this hotel or i got something special. Guess the hotel owe me an explanation.

This hotel is great . It is inexpensive ,effective and clean ,people who are looking to stay in johor bahru this is one of the best hotel i haved stayed

First of all dont believe on hotel description or introduction because there is not any garden nor restaurant. Hotel located near railway line so its disturbing at night. Rooms are in good condition, washrooms are clean and tidy. Receptionist was helpful but housekeeping need to trained more . value of the money, parking available.

Incredible friendly and helpful staff! Rooms are clean and big. We had a nice stay.
