Gave us a small and different room from the one which was booked online.I wont recommend..This is very bad.

Was there for a quick stay, but the room booked was completely different from the room I got. Checked with reception to change the room, but they didnt agree. Later on the night the AC was not working, only because of this they changed room to the one seen on booking websites.Rooms are ok, neat. The hotel is old and lacks other amenities.Overall good stay.

Its like a lake in between of desert. Like we say something is better than nothing

Dirty place , old , Bad , just the price is cheap

when my husband called the hotel for reservation they told us the room is for 10bd. when we reached the hotel receptionist was asking us to pay 14bd. and told that it was not 10bd conversation went on till receptionist called someone and told that room they will discount for 12bd. we were already there so instead of going anywhere else we just agreed. and to top it all off when we got to our room room was so dirty full of dust, curtains were broken, bed sheets are so dirty with lots of stains, as for the towels, we cant even imagine if it was towels of rags. toilet was is awfully dirty as well can even sit on the bowl. we had to brush and clean it to be able to use it and there were cockroaches. walls are even not ok. this is the worst hotel we have been too.. there are many that are at the same cost nut really clean and satisfying. your hotel is in a very nice location. and for your staffs, not too friendly. when we came there some of the staffs we chatting away and sitting in the guess area and some were eating. while the receptionist is really rude.if you want your guess to keep coming back you have you have to do something about your hotel. do something about it so your guess will keep coming back. you do have a very a cheap and affordable rate guess would want that but at least fix your facilities

Its ok. Its not really nice hotel. And not really clean. But affordable prices. Staff is so good. Need to renovat bathrooms, clean the blankets etc

Kindly employees spical recption only the lady in middle shift name marlin or something like this but mis robbi or mis joy its very nice and billboy evening shift is helping alot not same aziz the morning shift . Classic hotel old but room is nice . Fod familly or alone is good hotel

I had a very nice stay there very cool quiet lovely and welcoming receptionist and workers. It was really amazing I enjoyed my stay there. I will come back there and I hope itll always be like that cus Ill still come back.

Dirty, electrics health hazards, unclean towels and bedding, filthy windows, broken furniture, no accessories like glasses, no kettle or cups, used soap in the bathroom, WiFi in the room didn’t work.

The dirtiest place in the country and the staff are impolite

Very poor quality and service. The building and the furniture look like from the 70s. Old towel I had to buy my own plus absolutely nothing special about the hotel. The prices goes from 20 BD - 30 BD you can get much better deal than this even in weekends.

Thought I could sleep properly but the bed is kept making noise every time I move maybe because its an old wooden bed . Duvet kinda have a smell, Lucky I brought my cardigan with me I use it instead of the hotel duvet . And no towels in the room maybe because its covid so its by request.

Cleaning and Housekeeping was very bad, no maintenance system and Television facility also very bad.

It’s very bad hotel and service .. the normal standard level of the cleaning rooms not their .. it cost me 1 BD to print one singe black and white paper .. smelly rooms .. bed sheets and pillows cover isn’t clean at all .. if you ask any question .. they don’t know anything.. even they don’t know the cup of coffee cost inside the hotel unless they called the coffee shop.. they moved me from this hotel to anther worst hotel on earth calle Le Vondom .. which is disgusting hotel and full of bugs beds .. and more worst that Reivira .. don’t tray any of them plzzz

Worst hotel ever please dont go here i had a booking which said 8bd per nigh when i reached there they said me to cancel it as they didnt have the studio room so then i paid them extra 2 bd per day and the rooms were traah not maintenance smelly worst staff

One of the worst hotel i ever stayed, not worth for your money.Even if you booked for the transport from airport to hotel they will pick you up on the way while picking some of their workers that ok but you have to wait for them till they get readyUncleaned floors, damaged doors and windows, dirty curtains and not helpful reception crew. My suggestion better look for some other place. Sure you will regret if you choose this one.

Really Disappointed, Dirty Place, not cleaning at all, lady on reception desk ask bribe to give you room, if you deny to pay her some extra money (for her self). She will not provide you room.Even though you reserved a room with Revira from Online booking.

I am not satisfied with this property and I willnot choose again until they amend their rulesthat customers passport surrender policy thatis illegal in all around the world and should be allow visitors, now their reception staff always questioning if we are return back to the hotel like emigration or concentration camp, it is feeling hurts for customers.A passport should be with its holder. The passport is the property of the respected state and does not belong to anybody else. We need to respect that

First room they gave me was undone with dirty pillow cover, second room TV was not working and the curtains were falling off the rails. My second visit was worse... Ac was not working, stains on the chairs and remote controls, found bedbugs on the bed corners🤮I dont recommend this hotel unless youre very needy of a room for the night and to be covered in bedbugs bites in the morning before traveling..8bd a day is a good deal but for all the suffering.. Its not worth it.. Its better to just sleep on the side of the roads

Located in Juffair near to Lulu. Had plenty of parking outside the hotel as well.

I tried only the spa there and it was not good not clean no massage experience and dirty oil
