ORIGIN HOTEL APARTMENTS in Kos

Just came her recently on a family holiday. Service was perfect on all levels. Staff were very kind and welcoming and rooms were gorgeous and clean. Absolutely reccomend to anyone coming to kis as this stay was an unforgettable experience. If i ever come back to kos i will definitely be returning

Great 2 weeks spent here. Food & drinks at breakfast & lunch were very tasty. Kostas, George, Markos & team were lovely. Room was spacious & location was perfect. Will definitely be back 😊

A Fantastic hotel. Rooms are clean Marcus & Chrissi are Great always polite & helpful. Location is spot on. Karaoke most nights but do not hear in rooms. every day day the rooms are cleaned I will be back to this hotel 100-percent thoroughly enjoyed myself

Vriendelijk personeel en schoon. Er zit wel een bar onderin die voor zoveel overlast zorgt dat je het op de bovenste verdieping kunt tot snachts kunt horen.

Sono stato in questi appartamenti a kos. A parte la posizione comoda non mi sono affatto piaciuti. La piscina piccola e con tanto cloro da sentirsi male. Nella descrizione c e scritto amgolo cottura e di questo nemmeno l ombra. Una signota delle pulizie che inizia a rompetd a bussare dalle 8 di mattina e se non ti muovi non ti pulisce la stanzaIl oroprietario che non e molto incline vetso gli italiani e quindi ti parla solo inglese. Sicuramente se ritorno a kos non verro qui

We stopped at the Origin for 2 weeks. On arrival we were greeted with a warm welcome and complimentary drinks. The rooms were very clean and the staff couldn’t do enough for you.The location is perfect, minutes from town and the beach.We will definitely be coming back, and the Clamps would like to thank all staff for making our holiday relaxing and fun.

Situato a ridosso del centro di Kardamena e dalle principali spiagge. È comodo anche per i diversi punti di parcheggio vicini. Discretamente pulito , abbiamo occupato una camera di nuovissima installazione. C è una piccola piscina gli host sono tutti gentili e disponibili. La colazione è servita e non a buffet, prevalentemente salata(la parte dolce è lo yogurt greco e pane e marmellata). L ingresso è diretto dal bar , che è aperto 24/24. Da evidenziare che la musica del bar è diffusa sino a mezzanotte. È presente anche una palestra, biliardi, freccette.

as soon as we arrived at the apartments we were instantly welcomed and felt part of the family, we felt very safe and looked after as three 18 year old girls. Kostas (sorry if it’s the wrong spellingmade our stay especially amazing. Only fault is our water pressure in the shower and the temperature was unreliable, however i think that’s due to them being solar powered and not the fault of the hotel. We are already planning our next trip back here next summer!

Amazing place. Large rooms. Nice pool area and close to everything. Staff are wonderful. 24 hour bar but not noisy late at night.

Ottimo per passare le vacanze, vicinissimo al centro della città e alle spiaggie. Personale simpaticissimo e sempre allegro. Abbiamo suonato e ballato musiche italiane su nostro suggerimento. Good value for money, no cooker, no hob, is really room only...good shower...small balcony...good pub...karaoke on till 12 every night, noisy till finished..no early nights..good breakfast, Maria is the lady to look after you, then Marcos and tigga during day and night...you pay extra for air-con..and no TV....basic but OK...

The breakfast was delicious made fresh by Maria. Our apartment was nice and spacious with good location. Swimming pool average. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE IS EVERYDAY KARAOKE UP TO 1AM! LOT OF NOISY, DRUNK PEOPLE, so definitely not recommended if you are looking for peaceful place. Extra charge for air conditioning (8€ a day per roomand gym use (5€ per day). I want to everyone be aware of that as i havent seen the information about bar opening time before my holidays.

Staying here now. Rooms are modern comfortable and the staff cant do enough for you. 2 minuite walk to the other bars, resturants shops and sea front.

Super Hotel in Top Lage von Kardamena. Sehr herzlicher Empfang vom Chef Markos. Zimmer sind neu renoviert und gemütlich. Maria hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert, Ihr Frühstück war immer sehr lecker. Tolles Team die sich um jede Angelegenheit gekümmert haben. Kommen gerne wieder. Yammas Yammas :)

Good location.Clean. Staff friendly but I found them to loud and tiring. Every day they try to make you spend money in the bar downstairs. Also they constantly try to catch people walking down the street and invite them in for a drink. I find that to pushy and unprofessional(but to be fair,they all do that in every restaurant or Caffè in Kardamena. Why I mention that? Because there is 24/7 noise in the hotel, loud talking, laughing and loud music. I was hoping for quiet, peaceful holiday, a break from noisy sity but I didnt sleep at all during my stay. I came back home evan more exhausted than before my holiday. This place is definitely for young people who wish to have party every night, not for middle age people exhausted with their full time jobs who are looking for a proper rest on holiday. Also there is extra charge for everything, wi-fi at the rooms, air conditioner (try to make it without in temperature over 30 Celsiusyeah, sad. And general observation, all the street cats seem to be dehydrated, its not that difficult to leave out a bowl with fresh water for them every day.

Went to Origin a couple of years ago with my wife and 10 year old son and have returned to the same hotel twice a year since and booked for August this year, May and July in 2021. This place/people are fantastic and wouldnt book any other holiday anywhere else because we would be afraid it wouldnt be as good. 2 minute walk to the beach and all the superb restaurants are within metres of each other. Kristas is our favourite restaurant and overlooks the beach. Everyone there are fantastic and very laid back, they will welcome you with open arms and you wont want to leave. Give Origin a try, you wont regret it and will return year after year.

Good location, very clean room and bathroom.The hotel has activities every night but you cant hear a thing from the rooms

Atmosphere Was great all the staff were friendly and helpful and fun rooms surprisingly large probably suited to younger visitors but loved the holiday all the same

Let me start by saying lovely people they really do try their hardest to make your stay fantastic any questions or queries will be answered, the pool bar and rooms are all very clean and kept up to good standard, it is good accomadation and for the convinience the prices for drinks are fair but can be beaten nearby so all in all everything is great and the pool is big enough and maintained well with the only issue being that the prices arent the cheapest (which isnt unreasonable). Ps toasties are served and are cheap and still nice and so are the mocktails so the issue can be adverted by a good quality Shirley temple (They also have a happy hour sometimes so prices can be some of the best in the area.2 star hotel is more like a 4 star.

5 stars for a 2 star hotel. Newly renovated, clean rooms and pool, great staff and close to everything. Couldnt fault anything whilst there. Very polite and brilliant hosts.

This place is amazing! Me and my girlfriend stayed for a week just before all the partying began- slightly out of season. Late April. It was perfect for us. The weather was amazing and Markos and Costas were the best hosts, so friendly and thoughtful, they made our time in Kos awesome. I highly recommend asking for one of Costa’s special cocktails! Thank you SO much for an amazing stay! The gym was amazing, we used it every day but one and the pool was great. We stayed in an apartment and it was perfect for us. Everyone was so friendly :we recommend the restaurant blue note- on the seafront... they do amazing hummus and tomato salad. Everywhere seemed gay friendly and if you’re a vegan you’ll be pleased to hear we found vegan cheese in the local supermarket round the corner from origin, in the square.

Gran experiencia! Markus y Kostas se preocupan por ti desde el momento que llegas y hacen que tu estancia sea lo mas agradable posible. Las habitaciones están recién reformadas, tienen buen tamaño y todo lo que puedes necesitar.La zona de la piscina está muy bien y siempre hay tumbonas disponibles.Sin duda volveré

Had a fantastic time here with Kostas and Marcus taking great care of us. With plenty of laughs and bar games. Rooms very clean with towels changed regularly. Would go back to Origin in a heartbeat loved it xx

Schönes zentral gelegenes Hotel! 2 Minuten zum Sandstrand! Top Frühstück! Kostas und Markos machen einen super Job! Dieses Jahr auf jeden Fall noch Mal! Wir kommen wieder - keine Frage!!!

Top Ausstattung der Zimmer - zentrale Lage - sehr freundliches Personal - gepflegter Pool - kleine aber sehr gute Küche - Zimmer trotz Bar ruhig!

Was really pleased with the room, was shocked at the quality considering the low price ! Plain sailing from the moment i stepped in the door, the hosts were the loveliest men iv ever met, funny and attended to everyones needs, i mever felt uncomfortable to ask them for things, room was cleaned efficiently every day, really happy environment will definately be returning !

Top place to stay, George, Costa and markos are top blokes, excellent cocktails 😀

Et relativt nyrenoveret hotel lidt tilbagetrukket fra havnepromenaden beliggende ved en af indfaldsvejene.Har en fin lille pool.Kvarteret har et noget forladt og trist udtryk. Hotellet ok og velholdt med nogen støj fra vej og kvarter. Ikke et familiehotel i tradionel forstand efter min mening.Værten meget flink, meget servicemeddelelse og meget alene. Men altid til stede.Kan faktisk godt lide at være her

Very big double room, split over two rooms. Lovely warm, powerful shower.Extremely friendly and helpful staff who are happy to give tips on where to eat or visit.The rooms are very quiet, blocking out outside noise.The room also has a good sized balcony and a mosquito net sliding door. Perfect!

Best holiday we had, room 22 was fantastic. Location just perfect close to beach and shops. Thanks to Marco and Costas you made our holiday see you next year, love Terry and Barbara
