Best spacious hotel room I ever checked-in in Tokyo. Worth for its cheap price. Good place. Clean. Helpful staff. Has English guides also.

Very nice hotel and staff. The kitchen is amazing for a hotel, very well equipped and comfortable. Also, they have a nice roof and the best views at 10th floor. Very close to metro, supermarkets, convenience stores and easy to get to interest places. Highly recommended!

Small hotel except cleanliness was an issue. The surrounding area has eatery shops and just next to Morishita station making it a convenient place to stay.

A very nice hotel in a great area in Tokyo. The room was very small (typical in Japan), but we had a private bath and a balcony. Located one minute from metro station Morishita You are in a real neighbourhood, not artificially prepped for tourists. There is a public kitchen where you can drink coffee and tea for free and warm up your food. Thats why it is rather a hostel. The best thing is the lovely and detailed tips by the owners for bakeries, restaurants, ramen places, bars and so on, sharing with you their favourite places. You really feel like they want you to check out the area. Amazon rooftop view! Unfortunately, there was a construction site directly next to our room and the street was loud, so we had trouble sleeping through the morning.

All staff are very friendly and helpful. Only 5 minutes away from the train station.

Great place to stay, you can see Tokyo Sky Tree from the hotel. They provide kitchen and you can cook by yourself! The place is also near with the station

Liked my stay here. The rooms are clean. The bathroom is clean. The corridors are clean. They even have a kitchen lounge and a cool terrace on the third floor. Makes me wonder why it’s barely occupied during my week long stay here. I mean if having an outdoor rooftop or terrace is one of your requirements then this hotel is what you need apart from reasonable rates.

Easy to reach.. if youre visiting with big luggage, use the Morishita exit A6 theres an elevator.Located next to Family Mart. Clean hotel, friendly and responsive staffs, had a bit of request about the bathroom cleanliness then they changed it right away.. the only flaw is theres no bidet in the bathroom..I stayed for 4nights in Standard Family Room

Chic hotel. I am surprise it had a fully equipped kitchen on 3rd floor. You can buy Kobe beef or lobster and cook here. Oil and condiments are available..

Pro: convenient location, steps away from Morishita station, low price for Tokyo. Staff is friendly.Cons: Room is so tidy that you can barely turn around in the bathroom. Street noise is loud during the day on lower floors. Train rambling can occasionally be felt and heard in the room! Cleanliness can be improved.

Small rooms but very cosy, hospitality is amazing and they give you a good experience of the place, but we did have a bit of trouble finding the hotel .

I gave it a 4 as it is close to shops, restaurants and the subway. Small rooms, but not here to stay in the room. We had a triple room for my wife, 14 year old and 2 year old and it was fine. Bathroom is small, but has shower/tub and toilet. No problem for us. Also can use the full showers on the second floor. Stayed here twice and will continue to do so with the great price and location.

The hotel is defiantely worth the stay if you are planning to explore Tokyo. Had to emergency crash there due to typhoon. The staff are extremely helpful and understanding, let us check out late as well.

One of the best places to stay for nights. The clerks are super friendly and willing to help at your earliest convenience. Look forward to coming stay once again during next trip.

The room was the size I would expect and was comfortable. The location is good as it is close to numerous subway lines. The service was great and the staff was very friendly. We will stay here again when we come to Tokyo.

We stayed in a room for 4 on d 9th floor. Small room with 2 single beds n 1 double bed, a table, attached bath. Pantry on d 3rd flr (just make sure u clean up after eating). Hotel is very clean. Staff are friendly. Located a few steps away from Morishita Subway Station n convenient store where we normally bought our dinner. A laundrymart just nxt door. We like the location n price of this hotel.

The hotel is clean and very near to the subway station and is convenient. However the weakness is no supply for some daily needs such as toothbrush, toothpaste, lotion etc. Most probably is bcoz we stay in the private dormitory. So, If you would like to stay here, u might need to prepare for it or just buy it from the hotel or family mart just few doors away. In addition, the double decker got a bit of sound when we turn while sleeping.Anyway, the staff at the counter is hospitality and helpful. We didnt face any communication problem so far. Besides that we were given the room key when we arrived around 11am although the check in time was 3pm. Of course that was subject to availability and yet we were quite lucky.There are many restaurant nearby and is very convenient. I d like to recommend the Japanese restaurant just beside the hotel. The food is delicious and the staff is sensitive of customers need. Besides the menu in English, they serve customer like king and that is value added.

Great for the price you pay, can fully cool your own food in their kitchen (has a skillet). The room smelt a bit funny though, but if youve gone back packing before, its nothing too bad.

Clean hotel. Its quite small room. Enough for two though. People at reception spoke English. Toilets are very clean. Place is very hygienic. Has a hair dryer, AC, bathrobe.

Great hostel for the price. The area is good and it is very close to transportation. We stayed in a private room and it was very clean and quiet.

I stayed in a room with a single bed and a bathroom. The area was very clean, and a TV was provided. It was great having a shower all to myself, as the bathrooms are available to each room. The staff is super friendly, and most of them speak English. The room is small, but that was expected. Would stay again!

Super close to the subway, rooms are clean and shower has good pressure. Communal areas are kept nicely and fully functional. Would recommend.
