One of the best fast food places in Thessaloniki, with good quality and big variety to choose. I order the vegetarian pita with mushrooms and was quite tasty but cant reach other vegetarian restaurants around the area.

Hello, after about 10 years, the already famous giro stopped here, I have to confirm again that I have not eaten better anywhere in Europe, great, tasty, fast, they do their job well.

Thessaloniki is pretty affordable in general and this store reflects that. Varied selection and great tasting. Seating area can get full at times.

Food was surprisingly delicious, but the service… the only thing they didn’t do was spit in my face!First of all, they tried to sell me pita for gyros. I mean, it’s already there!After this, they messed up my order, and when I told them that I want the food I’ve ordered, the lady manager said: unless you speak Greek, you are not allowed to urge! Eat what we gave you”.If she won’t be fired after this, then this place doesn’t deserve even one star of rating!!!

Not horrible...but, not great either. Not sure what has happened with this place, as it used to be one of the best in Thessaloniki. Perhaps management change? The food is completely different than what it used to be. Service too, the whole shop is changed actually. Personally, Im a bit disappointed with the changes. The people preparing orders mixed up our orders. No ketchup and mustard in my sandwich, which I specifically asked for. They also added a very hot spice, I never asked for. My friends sandwich was also not what he exactly asked for.

In 4 days of stay, we came 3 times, once for late dinner, once for lunch, and once for breakfast. I think thats enough to tell you how much we love both gyro and this place. We also had souvlaki and it was also great.

I love this place I been eating from this place since I was 5 years old and was running by Mr grey hair. I am 42 now and still is my best food place in whole Thessaloniki. The chicken giros is my special order and Modelo chicken souvlaki. I do not eat pork so I do not have an opion but its very famous for that too. Mmmmm I do want to order some good food right now. Do you ?😉

Food was so good and really cheap! The gyros here is fantastic and so good that we went back the next day! It was very quick and great value for money! There is only outdoor seating but it is well heated which is good

The best pork gyros ever! Being right in the center, maybe you would expect it to be a tourist trap, but the food is so delicious and the prices are great!

Horrible! I waited for 1 and a half hours for three gyros being only 800m away. Then the gyros finally arrived at 1am.... They were cold! Uneatable! Would never buy something from them again

Easy choice for good food. There is a lot of variety in menu choice. Worth exploring. Consider the Halloumi . One will hear grumbles that the meat needs to be weighed to standardize portions, but to me it is just fine as is. Cheaper places can be found but so what. You will not leave hungry and you will be treated respectfully . Eat here.No plastic forks. Only wood wrapped in paper. Covid rules are followed.

Depending on the time of day, this place can be very busy. The gyros are delicious, the staff is helpful, funny, fast. There is plenty of seating outside. If you are in the vicinity and feel hungry, this is the place to go.

I ordered a sandwich at the store: 2 pieces of pork souvlaki in a tortilla with tomato and yogurt sauce. Was charged 4.60. When I went home to check the prices online, I found a sandwich named Διπλωτό (2 pork souvlaki in tortilla with tomato, onion and a sauce of your choicepriced at 3.80. The man at the desk didnt even inform me of the sandwich already existing, and they didnt have a menu for customers to see prices and actually spot this sort of price difference. Was overcharged and they didnt even hand me my receipt. The flavor was great but was in a sour mood over the quantity I was given-having been overcharged.

Great Pork Gyro Pita, but you will need a bottle of water after because gyro is little bit too salty though. If you are near, do try it out. Price is 3.2 eur (2019.)

A nice little place with nice enough food, not especially many people(as of early-mid summer 2019), I ate kebab, onion, and some sauces in a bread, I only have 2 real complaints about the places food; first: its that the food were in layers, not mixed so there wwre rarely any moments where you tasted more then one thing and the bread at once; the second is that there was some (presumablymustard furthest down in the bread, but thats not my complaint, my complaint is that the mustard was a little sweet for my liking. Otherwise it was a nice place to eat and certified worth a visit if youre hungry and in the neighborhood.7/10

Variety of meat combinations to choose from and the meat is cooked to perfection. The stuff is very nice and they work very fast. Located in a very approachable and attractive place. Vegetarian and options available. Normal prices. Overall, worth to have a meal here.

Nice place for gyros. Its in a central area and has some tables to sit, but overall its a take away store. Tasty food, a bit expensive and tge sandwiches are somewhat small. The service is not very kind, but is very fast. Its a nice spot for a take away meal.

Pork pita for 3 Euros delicious, fresh and friendly people, eat outdoor in the plaza with high tables and seatings. Highly recommend this local and authentic Greek fast eats!

Fast food in central square of Thessalokini: Aristotle square!The shop serves probably since 1998, I eat there since 2004 and I have to say that the experience and the taste are the same 14 years now. This means a lot. Lots of other such shops opened and closed but this one remains just the same.Sure it might be a little heavy on your stomach, but after all it is fast food. It is meant to be somehow heavy on the stomach. Dont worry, nothing bad.And the portions... Really huge! A quick walk around the city will prove this, just look inside other fast food restaurants.So far I really say 5 stars to the restaurant!

This is one of the best gyro sandwich shops in the area, if not the city. Portions are enormous and quality is fantastic, fresh and cooked to perfection by the skilled and friendly staff. The food is so flavorful and juicy that youll literally be licking your fingers. And all this at a ridiculously low price.
