Great pub. Lovely staff. Highly recommended. Covers all bases.. great to meet for a drink or food with friends, all the big sports events and music.

I was sent by 2 lovely staff today. Both Zaneta (hope I spelt that correctlyand John were absolutely amazing. Very attentive wonderful people. I will be back 😁

I am part of a great pub band called The Last Word and we play here a lot. It has a lively atmosphere with mixed ages and the audience is always up for a good time.Emma the manager is a lovely lady who looks after her staff and punters and must surely be the hardest working publican ever !The Guinness is always flowing with friendly staff always on hand. Food is good too !You have to try it, either to watch sport or a local band , it is authentic.

The red hair waiter is very very rude . This place would be much better withoutHim . Customer service ? DoYou know what it is ?

Ordered through the App. Food bland and second round of drinks ordered did not arrive. Spoke to staff member who gave the impression that this is normal and did not even apologise.

Came in yesterday to watch the Liverpool game and got served by Lisa and barney. They were very helpful brought my drinks over so I dont miss a thing. Food was amazing really good for money. Will be coming back next time.

Food was delicious, had the Fish and Chips and Philly Steak Sandwich couldn’t fault it at all. The team were very welcoming and friendly also. Will definitely be returning.

Food is good. Prices are very reasonable. Services of staff named Emma and Lisa are extremely fantastic. This is the 1st time I come and they are so friendly to take orders for me and my friends.

Very good sports bar with a decent amount of TVs and friendly staff. Food wasnt great but was ok (and no burgers available on the daybut one of the better chain pubs in the area.

I have been a customer for many years at O’Neill’s Sutton as the staff are friendly and efficient and also add a personal touch to their service to make every visit enjoyable and friendly.The management team run a great team and always deliver outstanding customer service. The assistant manager, Emma I would like to highlight as a key member to the success of this pub, making the effort to make every visit enjoyable and most of all, a safe environment for customers.

Three hungry kiwi lads in South London. This was one of about three pubs we visited in Sutton, and can heartily recommend it. If youre passing through, definitely give it a go. Service was great, good selection of beers, and all three of us loved our meals. You definitely should check out the classic mixed grill, an absolute steal at just over 12 quid and everything cooked perfectly, and a nice selection of sauces and fresh mustard. All you could ask for really. Definitely recommend coming here if you can, we loved it.

Not somewhere to be in the summer!!It’s over 30 degrees outside, went for a drink with my partner and to meet some of his friends, but I was asked to leave because I was wearing a vest… I was asked to stand in the middle of the pub and await judgment from the ‘assistant manager’ as to whether I could stay. But If you took a look around at the same time, you’d have seen plenty of young girls in their skimpy vests or strapless tops… nothing said to them though.Clearly the misogynistic policy makers are only interested in having the place filled with half dressed girls over other paying customers!You should avoid at all costs. I’d give 0 if I could

O’Neil Sutton had a such a welcoming vibe and I love the food and music! Karl, is my fave bar tender! He has fantastic customer service and is extremely charming and lovely! 10/10 would recommend!

Quick service and decent food at reasonable prices. Good atmosphere to watch the football in. Has a nice roof terrace too which is good in the summer. Will definitely return.

Only been coming recently, but in that short time, Ive had great service from the welcoming staff with good beer and good food. Couldnt ask for more.

Very warm inside, needs AC. Drinks not cheap compared to some other pubs in the high street. They probably charge more as they have lots of live entertainment which isnt cheap

Got to love this place! Very good atmosphere, live music quite often and fantastic rooftop terrace/smoking area. Reasonably priced for the area on drinks and food and never been disappointed by a meal there.

Came here for my daughters 18th birthday lunch. Got it say the staff are amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Sorted cake and the food was delicious. Service was brilliant, cannot fault Oneills. Thank you. Xx

I have been to ONeils on many occasions over the last few years and have always found the staff really friendly and welcoming. The food and drink is always good quality and the Guinness is particularly good. No matter how busy it is (especially during the Rugbythe service is always excellent and I would recommend visiting if you are in Sutton.

Always a great atmosphere with a friendly team ! Stopped off for a celebratory meal and it did not disappoint, food was great. Ordered the Macho Nachos, Notorious P.I.G Burger and Steak & Guinness Pie. Great place for a bit of grub or just for drinks, will be visiting again as always !

Visited with family and overall we were all satisfied with our meals. The beef patties for the burger I had were a little dry and possibly too well done for my taste. Otherwise no complaints from me. Great staff who were friendly and helpful. Would certainly go back

My favourite O Neil branch.Great lunch menu.Food was really tasty & very friendly staff. Been coming a few time a mth now & always a good experience.They also do vegan & vegestrain food too.

This used to be a very good pub, with an atmosphere that only a few pubs have. Then they decided to refurbish and now it’s just another dull pub. The food is not bad, I like their special burger with bear combination for a tenner. On a Saturday morning this place smells of sweat from the evening before and it’s quite disgusting. I will never take my kids here for lunch on a Saturday again.
