Great shop friendly staff
Lovely traditional shop
Best shop in cork
Ya good shop
Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Love the place, always get what im looking for and ofc very close to all st lukes residents. Btw best choice if u want local products as well
Its now called Cork Coffee Roasters. Coffee was good, Chai was awful, cake was good but tiny and overpriced.
Lots of good options here and reasonably priced for an independent shop.
A great selection of the finest quality food and drinks available along with courteous and helpful staff. A real local corner shop for both tourists and locals.
Got some bread and a scone here recently, unfortunately they were awful, hard and tasteless.Service was average at best.Overpriced and underwhelming to be honest. The only thing Id recommend if you see this place is to walk past it.Very disappointed 😞
We are so luckly to have this amazing shop in our area.
Friendly and helpful staff good product range
Travelled 30 miles to get some Arbutus bread from my favourite (exlocal deli
Imagine getting charged €3.50 for this. One sausage, one mangey rasher and I wouldnt even call that a hash brown just pucked into the roll not even cut absolute daylight robbery
One bad experience last Sat morning employee at front counter not very pleasant and not customer friendly
Generally a good selection of product, some of the younger staff a male in particular would want to lose the attitude and look up the meaning of customer service it isnt a privilege for him to put down his phone and take my money
Love this shop. Lovely staff... always so polite friendly, all thro lockdown. Thank you all.
Best shop about prices ya cant compare excellent staff well stocked
Lovely convenient store lovely deli very friendly staff
Great little shop in St lukes Cross for all your grocery needs shop local
Great little shop has everything great ☕ coffee and nice friendly down to earth 🌍 staff26/09/2020What can I say about OKeeffes Shop that has not been said? Its all the charm of a country village within a whisker of the city centreI had another wonderful early morning experian s on a cold early saterday post opening hours and it was a glowing experience and that was not just the food.A coffee and a sausage roll and a smile and that was 5 min pre opening That would never happen in a corporate store. Its an old school type store with a little of everything "Death by Chocolate" would be a suitable name if it were ever to change..... But I would not want that...I left the store with a cherp in my ear and .. set my day to a positive direction. There is no price for that.
Fab local grocery, youll never just come out with what you went in for! Handy outpost of Pigs Back cheeses, olives and other Lovely Things from the English Market.
There delivery food selection is a bit small but what you get is really nice and the staff are very nice ..great value for a roll and a tea
Its always a pleasure to walk into O Keeffes shop and see the lovely lady Anne, smiling back. Thank you😁
O Keeffes is a lovely community minded local shop. The staff treat you like family or an old friend. The place has a bit of everything for those quick shopping experiences. The door and aisles are wide enough for a wheelchair or strollers. The staff will assist you when you need help. The store is well laid out. They have a wide selection of food and wine and other drinks. They have a good selection of mixers.#accessible #familyfriendly #localbusiness
Awesome shop to purchase daily food items as well as difficult to find brands.Great deli and even better friendly happy service 😀
Nice shop but the deli staff was the rudest Ive ever encountered. She tutted at me when I asked for a simple roll. She moped and moaned when I asked for another filling. I was extremely put out by the whole experience. I couldnt even enjoy my roll after.
Fantastic Coffee, probably the best in Ireland!!!, with a great Delicatessen. Food is always fresh and prepared while you wait. Great value and service. Friendly Staff. Highly Recommended.
Lovely local shop in St Lukes. The deli is great they serve arbutus sandwiches with a smile!
Beautifull artisan store if you love ur food its well worth a visit this store supply the award-winning very tasty kinsalebayfood soups and pies
I really like this shop but I find the deli staff are rude, abrupt and have poor communication. I ordered fillings in a roll and got to two when the woman walked away to the prep area which is inconveniently across the way behind the staff. When she came back I thought she would ask if that was everything but she proceeded to wrap up my roll. When I said I wanted more she said, "well you stopped talking to me". Quite unprofessional and disappointing. I then heard the two staff members complaining and moaning onto each other. Instantly felt uncomfortable. The till staff were much nicer, I couldnt find where the jam was and he asked me what kind and he got it for me. Which was very good of him.
Small convenient shop with a bakery and sandwich bar, great for little things that you forgot to buy and a big super market, prices are "local" which means things are a bit more expensive than Aldi or Dunnes.
tis a cliché but its true: this shop is a gem. Lovely, friendly staff, great range of artisan and everyday food, delicious chocolate for a gift idea when caught on the hop! What I love: a cup of Barrys tea for €.90 to take away or sup whilst taking a moment at the quiet window seat spot. Best value in Cork and indicative of a strong, inclusive community ethos.
Very good deli and artisan shop which also covers basic grocery needs
Excellent store, coffee superb. Staff are also really friendly. Great spot.
This shop is a beautiful cross over between a deli and a local shop. Yes pate and artisan bread but also 2ltrs of milk and some toilet cleaner. Its what all local shops should aspire to.
Superb shop great staff my local shop its the story of my life Im in there 364 days of th e year
Best little artisan shop in the city..some of the product is unique to them..like their original watercolor cards by a local artist.
They are well stocked in artisan foods. The bakery selection is great, the deli is great, the coffee is great. The place is just great. My favourite corner shop.
Been using this shop for years. Lovely cheap coffee, delicatessen type shop. Lots of unusual, foods and wine. Staff very friendly.
Without doubt the best shop in Cork. The deli stocks the finest produce and set their prices incredibly low; for example the pulled pork baguette (€3.50would sell for nearly three times in some outlets in the city. The shelves are stacked with some of the finest artisan goods going, with the bread being a major selling point. The wine selection is outstanding with a better selection than bigger stores. However, the true USP are the staff; specially those behind the deli counter and Michael who knows everyone on a first name basis.
Best corner shop in the world (and Im not related!). I feel really, really lucky to live near this shop. Whether you need your ordinary milk and bread or the makings of a fancy dinner when visitors suddenly descend, you can get it all here.
Really nice shop with lovely staff. Let my 2 kids make their own sandwiches and had a very fun time there
The deli is amazing, everything is delicious. They sell lots of Irish hand made foods and lovely scrumptious breads and cakes. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Artisan foods, Arbutus bread none nicer, great selection of cheese and wines. Amazing cakes, and freshly prepared food. Friendly staff.
Lovely corner store stocking the everyday essentials along with glorious artisan foods. Clean and bright, never overly busy, leaving plenty of time to wander about. Lovely selection of cured meats, cheeses, and breads.
APPALLINGLY rude deli staffUsed to go here regularly for my lunch. Never again, which is a pity as the food is good. Got a miserable half full roll (which was very unusual for a place that usually serves decent helpingsand politely asked for it to be topped up. The absolute nastiest, rudest and unprofessional sandwich maker Ive ever had the misfortune of encountering then unleashed a tirade of abusive comments on me in front of other customers instead of just doing her job and being professional. I had heard of there being very rude staff on the deli in O Keeffes and today was my first and last experience of it. They have a shocking disregard for customer service. Never again.
I Have live in may places on this planet, So with some certainty i can say that If you look in the dictionary for what a local shop should be, it would be criminal if there was not a picture of O Keeffes
One of the best local shops in Cork. Old school feel. They have a superb range of organic produce and the best bread in town provided you get there early 😁.
I have visited this shop a number of times and I must say that I really like it because they have an excellent, if somewhat unusual, selection of delicatessen foods and wines.
