O'Briens Sandwich And Coffee Shop - Cafe in Celbridge, Ireland
Poor service and tested cheese sandwich lacked filling.
Its OBriens, franchise, just like all the others. Good high general standard all round
Good coffee, fast service, hard working staff.
Only had a coffee. It was lovely.
The staff are realy nice and helpful
Doesnt have the full menu available but the sandwich I did get was lovely. They were very busy the day I called in (Sunday afternoonyet they still achieved great customer service and all staff smiling and chatty. If Im ever back in the area Id call in.
A cozy little place for some good food. I tried the full Irish breakfast and it was so tasty!
Great food! Quick and friendly service!A little on the expensive side for what you are getting
Great staff and service. Always clean store and staff are very accommodating and polite.Update: same excellent servic2 now with bigger outside space!
Good coffee. Quiet place. Nice personnel. Large cappuccino €3,90. ☺️
This cafe is located in the large Tesco carpark. The inside is compact. The serving counter is close to the entrance and when it gets busy the queue is out the door. There is a large outside seating area with no shade. The staff are busy and some tables were slow to be cleared. When you order and pay the staff bring your order to the table.4 coffees and 4 scones is just over €20.The scones come hot with no fresh cream but with butter and a plastic tub of jam.The coffee is not strong.
Had breakfast while car charging.
Grand little place, too many smokers ruined it.
Staff really nice, coffee and cake and a seat outside in the sun, chat with friend. Perfect
A small pop up coffee shop in maynooth..but great coffee
Lovely food. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended 👌 👍🙂
Small but clean and well kept, not the friendliest of staff and pricey but coffee and savouries are good.
Staff very warm and inviting here at Carton Park. Food fresh and made to order. Nice seating area outside to and they are renowned for their sandwiches.
Lots if staff. Could use the old smile and be polite technique a bit more.
Dont like the coffee but that could be personal taste
Small but friendly good coffee and food
A great place to grab coffee. Very friendly staff. Top class
Lovely toasty sambo, staff were friendly, food was freshly made and tasty and a very clean loo!
Very disappointed ! website says open till 6pm .I went in at 5.10pm for takeaway tea to be told "we are closed" as soon as I opened the door..
The bagel was so tasty and coffee was really great as always.
Food was very blah and no pride in presentation. Raging I didnt take picturesNo baby changing facilities. I understand its small but very poor
Nobody asked for covid vaccine cert even when i sat indoors for 45min
Love this place and great value for money and really friendly staff
It is a let very down Place, very limited stock compares to other O’Breins in the town/Manor Mills. Very poor service, okey to order for tea/coffee or soup of the day.
Excellent fresg sandwiches nice staff
Good food and very friendly staff
Much improved since last time been there. Plenty of space outside, not too bad inside either. Coffee improved a lot, which was main reason I was avoiding this place.
Nice coffee, friendly staff
Nice friendly staff great outdoor seating area and the coffee was real smooth and mild perfect
Good coffee, prompt service, pleasant staff.
Every time i go here Im disappointed , 24 euro for 2 ham and cheese sandwiches , ribena , crisps and a coffee. For the same at Starbucks the difference is huge .
As always an excellent coffee and lovely happy staff
Over expensive, not great food and not great coffee.
Disappointing €8 sandwich. First time I have ever had an Obriens. Thought would treat myself. Seems to have a reduced menu - which is fair enough during lockdown. Had the chicken and bacon toastie. Zapped in the microwave. Bread soggy and no fresh ingredients like coleslaw as promise on the website. Really not worth 8 euros price tag
Am a regular customer . Staff are very professional & friendly. Love the coffee. They do really good toasted sandwiches. Great cafe to visit after shopping.
The staff is polite, interior is so boring, when you are in you dont feel like you are welcome, coffee can be much better.Teracce is something that attract people. Dont know how sandwiches are.
Delicious food, served hot and fast. Seating outside and inside.
Great little coffee shop, way better than la ot of its sister shops in the city.
Weak on the gluten free menus, delicious muffins no longer available
Went for coffee here over the weekend with my mother and aunt. We ordered 2 coffees and a hot chocolate. The coffees were cold so my aunt went up and asked could they be heated. The girl behind the counter, Roisin, was extremely rude to my aunt, Im sorry now I didnt go up and intervene. She spoke back to her so loudly that the majority of customers stopped and looked up. "In future if you want your coffee extra hot tell us when youre ordering especially when we are busy".. my aunt explained she simply wanted her coffee hot, not extra hot. Roisin came back down with the coffees and slammed them on the table, muttering "youre welcome" under her breath. Everyone was gobsmacked, even the lady next to us commented how rude she was. This was inexcusable behaviour and I just hope nobody else is subjected to Roisin and her attitude. Aside from this the cafe was understaffed and quite unclean. Avoid at all costs.
Just got charged 4.20 for a mediocre small soy latte. Thats nearly double what I regularly pay in Dublin. Will not be getting coffee there ever again
I love this cosy coffee place, so handy if you like a coffee and toast. Same as the one in manor mills. The only thing is the prices have gone up, 4.20 euro now for a soy cappuccino is even higher than Costa at 3.70 😐
Third time in a row we come here and always getting wrong order. First time asked for caramel macchiato got double expresso, second time asked for flavoured late (vanilla late- got regular late instead, third time asked for regular size - was charged as for large size. This place definitely has issues taking right costumers orders. Not gonna come here ever again.
The service was slow, staff forgot our coffee,we had to ask for them a couple of time.soup was nice.
Comfy place to chill out for a coffee but no deli counter. Just a few premade sandwiches in a fridge. Poor food selection.
