O' Play Restaurant in Dhaka

I tried Their pizza&pasta. So rush. Behaviour and taste was good.

Out of sight of the hustle and bustle of the major roads in Gulshan, O play resides in a residential area and from the outside you cant even tell its a restaurant at first glance, but as soon as you get in youre greeted with the outside sitting area/ smoking zone with proper greenery and lush grass. The inside is elegant and serene and the ambience is definitely something Id pay the extra buck for. So getting to the food, its alright imo. Ive only tried two dishes, a seafood pasta and a salmon risotto (I think I dont remember clearlybut what I do remember is the taste was to the point of what it was trying to be. The bill was a bit clenching to the pockets but honestly this isnt a place youd go everyday and definitely isnt for students as the price range is mostly out of their budgets ( Im a student but Id definitely return for a special occasion

The food and ambiance are a 10/10. The outdoor space is just as beautiful as the indoor area.The staff were very helpful and kind and even helped us through the menu. The food was amazing and tasted like authentic Italian. It didnt take too long for the food to arrive and it was definitely worth the price.There are play areas available for children, outdoors and indoors.Highly recommend visiting!

One from my favorite restaurant list to hangout with close friends or family with kids. They have good food and very good service. Recommend.

I think the restaurant need to be renovated soon. They have not worked on its interior so long I guess. They have a nice place to arrange a party or little get together. I liked the corner with a cozy chair. I didn’t like their coffee. It was so bad that I couldn’t even drink it after a few sip. If they work on their decoration i think this will be a very beautiful place to visit.

I liked everything about their food and atmosphere. But its a bit pricey. Otherwise nice place to grab some quality food.

Its a lovely place. Its located beside the lake side. We had arranged a friend meeting and cultural programme.Meeting room is comfortable for me.But stage is very small. Another thing is their lighting systems is dimmed. I cant take a good picture at the dimmed light.

Amazing addition to the Dhaka restaurant scene. Great concept with kids play area and fantastic execution in delicious food.Highly recommended if you like Italian food.

Good food, good environment, in Manu card you should give photos of your food as the name printed is not known to all visitors, they can see the photo with name and that can give better idea of your menu, pls add some more in drinks item,

I will never go there again even if someone gives me free offer.Over priced, less quantity and 10% service charge and vat! My goodness!!!!What kind of service they provide actually for which they charge 10%????We asked the waiter whats the ratio of their pizza and he answered 1:1, and he couldn’t suggest us what to order cz every item is popular there.I Wont say the taste was bad, but I wont spend that much for just 2-3 things!

Pastas are wonderful. The prices are on the higher side but taste is wonderful

Very decorative place, well behaved staff, have kids playing area (charge applicable), outdoor seating arrangements is also good.

Went there for a dessert,they have different varieties of dessert which I found quite unique, place was well decorated and not much crowded, nice place to enjoy some times with your friends and family. I took chocolate lave with an ice cream, which along with vat costs 450tk overall, you may find this place overpriced, but according to the environment and food it is a nice place to relax.

This place has this amazing vibe throughout inside and outside. The outdoor portion is kid friendly if you have a toddler who has recently learned running and crawling and whatnot.. theres a mini slide which was so tempting for me to take a spin but it would be childish though.Now about the food- they have these amazing dishes. Their fries were really good. Tried their alfredo pasta and beef bolognese pasta..Alfredo was really good as expectedNow come the dessert- they were just wow. They served us a coconut based dessert.it was mindblowing. Their cheesecake was good too.. highly recommended to visit there though the price could be a bit lower in my openion..

A nice place doesn’t come always with a great service! Food was 10 on 10 (though bit priceybut service was bellow average! We faced some ignorant there...Rather than that place was perfect for taking pictures.

I am giving it 4 star because the price of the food is very expensive. My friend bought a Pasta dish for 940 Taka. The quantity is very small, its only for one person. Yeah so The place is very nice for taking photos but the foods are expensive. I ordered fries which was 140 Taka. Fries Tasted nice but the pasta not so much.

This is an Italian restaurant. It comes with all the facilities a restaurant requires. The ambience is simply great. Environment is peaceful and interior is gorgeous. Food is quite good but bit pricy. Service is swift and cordial, staff are very professional and good. The lawn is amazing with outside sitting areas. This area is also picturesque. Its a great party place. They have a kids zone which is fabulous. Yesterday I have been there for 1st time. I really enjoyed their environment & food. It’s recommended.

This restaurant is a wonderful place for everyone 🥰 they specifically have a kid zone which is specifically decorated for children.. they changes entire decorations with each festival.. Overall this place has a different vibe in each season, so must visit..

Food tasted average in terms of price...i do understand that the location is in prime area but food quantity and taste can be better.food portion is very small. But I must say interior is amazing..it feels warm.

It was great evening at oplay,, food was good as well as the service. This place has some superb decors to take photos. Price is higher but the quality of food and environment worth it. There also has a huge and nice looking kids zone.My overall one word review is = " excellent "

This is a very kid friendly restaurant and your kids will have the option to pass quality time. The ambience of the restaurant is absolutely stunning. Food quality is very good specially pizzas. For passing a quality evening with friends in Dhaka. This restaurant is quite perfect.

Another upscale dining place in Gulshan. The decor and ambience of this place is surely mind boggling. The food was served very quickly upon order, specially the starters. The staffs are well-mannered. They have a very good playzone for kids as well. The food quality was up to the mark. Like other lavish restaurants in Gulshan the price of the foods is on the higher side. A great place for dining with both friends and family if youre willing to pay good.

Food was average. Pizza seemed fine but Main course were not as expected. Better try desserts. Interior was decorated with floral ambiance.

The place has huge demand and I went on the very 2nd day of EID so it was really REALLY crowded. It may be due to the "crowd effect" but the food was not upto the marks. Had (1Ravioli, which had the overpowering taste of its tomato puree SO MUCH that i couldn’t taste the fillings of Ravioli at all. Also the corners felt undercooked. And (2Pizza... which Ive had far better than what I had in this place. Also asked for Parmesan and gor shredded Mozzarella 🐸 Again I must mention that it might be due to the crowd and demand and people but I would not go for the second time.The place is well decorated and perfect for pictures OUTSIDE, but it felt very dull inside with Its flat white walls.However theres large selection of menu and has many other Italian items that are not available in other restaurants.Go on a day that has NO RUSH and then try the place to get the idea all by yourself.

Well decorated Italian restaurant. Absolutely Overpriced. Their signature Portobello mushroom is very small for 700++. Recommended only for taking fancy pictures, not the food. Disappointing.

Great place for family time,Play zone : kids will surely enjoy the time as there are lots of arrangement in upper floor. Though for play area have to pay 500 taka per kid and have to wear socks (have to buy from them if you dont bring). On top few games required separate payment.Food: Bit in expensive side and taste is debatable. Service and serving is great though.No parking available. Have to park road side. They dont allow DSLR there !

The interior is good. The place is two storied where the 2nd floor is only for kids zone. For entering into the kids zone tickets per children is 500 tk and attended have to pay 200 tk. The first floor has the dining facility. The place is over hyped so u have to give a booking before stepping there. The parking is available but as the place is too crowded sometimes its hard to find a parking. Ordered a pizza french fry latte and strawberry shake. I felt it kinda overpriced. Total bill was around 2000 tk.

The decor and the food is worth the praise! Loved the ambience. Definitely a place where you would like to sit and eat with friends and family. Only one thing to complain about which is i had to sit for an extra 20 mins for paying my bill. Would love to visit again.

I have visited there today afternoon. It is a very good place for kids and adults. There is a play zone inside o play. Entry fee for each kid 400/- taka .. plus there are special ride inside play zone. They charge 50 to to 100tk per ride. food taste is good no doubt we tried pasta and pizza , tiramisu all are good in taste. But I would say expensive in price. One who wants good food with good play so e for kids in Gulshan its one of the best place. By the way Oplay is all the way near and clean.

Nice interior with awful food compared to the pricing. And the service oh my god so poor. After 1hr they say certain food cant be served. And they served us raw lamb. Not going back to there for sure. They also messed up the bill too.

Italian food for a good price. Anyone can call before going for a reservation and order lunch and dinner. BEST PLACE IN TOWN TO BRING KIDS Because their kids zone is BEST. No other restaurant have this big kids zone in Dhaka city. And decoration is so beautiful. A place where you can hang out with your friends and family and your kids will enjoy their time to the fullest.
