I ordered the Thai boba tea, the boba was over cooked and it was no longer balls, it was just a gross mushy mess! 🤢

Got a frappe and you’d figure it comes with whip cream given that it’s a blended item.. Nope it cost extra for whip cream on a frappe. Should of gone to Starbucks before wasting $6 on a mediocre drink

That delicious cream cheese filled bread was SO worth the visit, let alone the delicious matcha green tea ice cream that draws me in every time I make a visit to the mall.

This is very disappointing. It used to be Korean bun style, very fluffy and delicious. Every time I came here . I have a six pack. This time I sent my boy in to get it. It looks like this. I almost feel like biting on a biscuit. I ended up throwing them away. I Cant do it.

Got the Green Tea and Cream Taiyaki! It was so good, and satisfying. Cant wait to go back for another! The green tea soft serve is worth it alone to go back for. The ladys were so kind.

Still haven’t tried their taiyaki because their Soft serve machine is always “broken.”

Look what I got and what its supposed to look like. I showed the guy at the counter and asked him why he gave me that. He said, sometimes theyre small. Ive been a customer since they opened and have never seen that. Honestly scared to eat it, was it dropped or returned. I have no idea, but it was bad and the worker was unprofessional and didnt offer to replace it or refund me.

Hours posted are wrong. Here between 10am and 1030 am on a Saturday. And still closed. Good work.

Awesome place ice coffee is great and latte are good

The girls working were nice and friendly, however my drink had way to mich matcha in it and the perals tasted off. I tried a cream cheese bun and personally I didnt care for the taste but that may be just me.

I ordered a small coffee black it was not hot and it was over priced

The workers were really nice but our drinks were not good at all. The smoothie was very watered down and the latte was half foam and it was not at a warm/hot temperature. We were so disappointed that we ended up not drinking our drinks.

Second time coming with them being out of bread, not really sure what the two people on staff are doing. While its understandable that these things take time and they may run out. Im told by an employee that in an hour theyll have more due just needing the dough to rest. When I return in an hour all I hear is that it wont be ready until another hour or two because of ovens needing to preheat and icing them. Honestly the buns are delicious but their communication needs work. Definitely wont be coming back again. But the staff would probably like that since all they seem to do is stand around waiting for bread to be ready

Some of the best coffee ever. You will not be disappointed. While there you must try the cream cheese buns. They are freaking amazing.

Always great coffee and the creme cheese buns are the best. Staff are friendly and Ive never been disappointed. I always stop here when Im in the area.

I went yesterday the drinks where so so good. But the buns… oh lord the best thing I have ever had! I was nervous at first but pleasantly surprised.

Cashier was nice and made sure I knew the toppings that went on the taiyaki soft serve that I got. The green tea, milk flavors soft serve can come with the fish waffle like cone and choice of 2 toppings. Also ordered their frappes (vanilla, salted caramel, and green tea). Everything came out great and didnt have to wait too long. They also do boba and blended drinks.

Please keep in mind that one of their employees wears a mask with a one-way valve (which filters the air breathed-in but does not filter air exhaled, protecting the wearer but not those around them). The milk tea in O My Buns is by far my favorite. Its much more mild and better flavored than any of Boba Companys teas.

I got a boba and it tasted sooo good!

We got the ice cream " fish cone" that they are famous for and the cone was delicious, but undercooked, doughy, and worst of all had a hole in the bottom. Created a HUGE mess, and we had to throw most of it away. Big waste of money.

This place is amazing. Ive been here multiple times and its such a treat. They serve Boba tea along with coffee, frappes and dont get me started on their buns which are also fantastic. Try them out you wont regret it

We love taiyaki. Unfortunately, the taiyaki here is often burnt/overcooked. The boba teas are below par. The tapioca pearls have hard centers and are u pleasant to chew.

The Boba is the only thing we stop here for. Usually no line and better than the other one in Park Mall.

One of the best boba shops. The flavor combinations even if it seems weird always taste good together and the staff is very kind. I would say I go here about 6 times or more a month.

Pretty good place in park place mall for a quick dessert. They serve really good buns, my personal favorite is the chocolate chip bun. They also offer a couple type of soft serve (milk and green teathat you can get, I really enjoyed the organic milk soft serve that I tried. They also have boba thats pretty good with a nice handful of different flavors.

Delicious brew and buns. Affordable prices. The buns are so soft and fluffy...to die for. Id give it 5 stars, but the counter lady was not the best. Was not welcoming and gave grins. The baker was nice. I tried the cream cheese bun and a regular light hot brew. The bun has like a brown sugar and flour crust. My baby loved the bun too.

i like their bun a lot, usually get six in a box to go. tried their milk tea once, toooooooo sweet, end up throwing away. definitely go for the bun!

The buns were fresh and really good, not to sweet! The boba was also very good, the boba wasnt very sweet and froze together after 5 minutes but all well

Park Place Mall (Tucson AZlocation- I would give them 5 stars for the taste of the buns but am irritated as I have been trying to 3 weeks (at least 2-3 times a weeknow to get a half dozen of chocolate chip buns and they are always out. Yesterday went and they were out of ever single bun as they were waiting on a shipment. How does oh my buns run out of buns, that would be like dairy Queen running out of ice cream. When I can get the buns they are amazing but I am done driving from SE Tucson/Vail area to be told they have none. I even called twice and was told they had some and by the time I got there they were gone.

The buns arent as great as the hype, and the boba isnt good at all. Bings is way better. They dont even have enough of supplies to get though the day... They claim to have run out of everything

My daughter got a double hot chocolate and really enjoyed it. For some reason the employee was confused about the order, but managed to full it to my daughters liking. We have had their buns before but have not been overly impressed.

Always great friendly service and never a problem when paying cash, however if you pay with a card with an expiration date over 2020 their system will not accept it. Update your software!! Very disappointing.

Amazing! Every time. Definitely a guilty pleasure. Lil pricy for my liking but worth it. Were lucky to have one of the 10 in the United States, right here in tucson.
