We had such a lovely and very reasonably priced meal with such kind service! 1 vegans and 2 meat eaters and they prepared us a lovely sharing platter taking care with dietary requirements. A lovely digestif rounded off the meal! Main course and bottle of wine to share for 3 was ~90francs. Would visit again, food is delicious.

Nous sommes allés souper ce soir ils allaient bientôt fermer et ils nous ont accepté ils ont étaient très commerçant très attentif, et sympa service rapide et toujours aussi bon et pas chère. Il vaut le coups.

I have been to many African restaurants in Frankfurt, but the dishes here taste better than anyone weve had there. The taste is super and the service is perfect, we had meat source on top and digestif on the house. The details are paid attention to as well, for instance in some restaurants the salad was just some plain leaves but here they season it well (i can eat a bowl of the salad). My boyfriend said it is not easy to get full with a normal portion in restaurants in Geneva and this time four of us are super full. In general the full experience here is way beyond expectation and will definitely recommend further!

Did not enter the place!! Review is based on passing by the place and smelling the food. The food looks incredible. You get a platter filled with different Eritrean sides and a nice bread to dip in. The vibe seemed very nice. Dim lights and low tables representing the Eritrean dining culture. Will go there soon. Generally Eritrean food is really tasty.

Nyala Ethiopian food was beyond amazing! We haven’t had Ethiopian in a long time and so I almost died tasting the incredible flavors. We absolutely loved lunch today. And the owner was very kind. This place is a treasure.

We were really very disappointed by the quality of the food and by the service. The staff was very unwelcoming, when we came no one proposed a menu for a while even though the restaurant was half empty. After we ordered, the starter came in 40min and when we reminded about us we received a very rude reply. The food quality was not good, not fresh and a dish that was supposed to be hot came slightly warm-to-cold. To avoid!

Nice food

We went there yesterday and ordered the 2persons vegetarian plate. We were sick all night, both of us. Its a shame as we went to this place 4 years ago and it was great. Sorry but cannot even think about going back.

I ordered by ubereat and food was ok if talking about taste , something different but super Heavy! Full of oil! Only oil! Feel really not good now! Never again! Sorry! If someone take care of body shouldn’t eat there! On pics looks much better! Maybe at the restaurant it’s something different! By order was my last time!

I am extremely disappointed with this restaurant. It use to be one of my favourite Ethiopian restaurant. Since I started to order "take away" via smood, I have been receiving old reheated injera with some mold on it. This was our second order online, I gave them a second chance before giving a negative review. The order was done for lunch time on Saturday.

The place is over rated. While the service was good, the quality of food, not so much. The vegetarian options on the platter are fairly limited and dessert options are close to none.

Meilleur érythréen de Genève! Beaucoup de goût, de la variété, choix vegeta*ien, endroit convivial et chaleureux, centre ville.Ils ont étés très sympathiques et ont même accepté mon petit chien sur la terrasse, ce qui est très appréciable.Pour une vingtaine de francs, vous avez un superbe assortiment, coloré et délicieux.Un vrai bonheur!

Very good food and service

Very good, very ecological (everyone eats from the same plate, no cutlery 😉), very authentic, unfortunately, the coffee served after lunch was not good, I guess we should have waited for the real Ethiopian one in the evening.

Went there with a large group of friends for a dinner. The food is great and delicious. No need to think too much you go for their typical dish or the veg one. The place is well located. Efficient service.
