Nue Crest Hotel and Suites in Enugu

NUE CREST HOTEL. Is a place to relax, with nice rooms and every electronic in the rooms are perfectly working. with mannered workers, I always enjoy staying anytime I visit

Its located along Nike Lake road but close to Federal housing Trans-Ekulu. Not a bad place to lodge for a quiet cozy weekend.At the time I posted the above, it was exactly as stated but I was there few weeks back and the experience was nothing to write home about.They have a drainage issue which has affected the entrance to the hotel which breeds mosquito and all.Secondly, they no longer have enough towel for the visitors because they refused to change our towel when we asked for a change.Thirdly, there are mosquitos in the room and they switch off their generator before 10am in the morning.I pointed out all these to the youngman at reception and he told me its how they manage things now.The management needs to do something about it because its the only hotel close to the lower housing and closest to some of us whose parents live in federal housing.

The best three Star Hotel I have stayed in in recent times. The management is unrivaled in terms of response time to implementation of requests. The rooms are neat and well kept. Light is available 24 hrs. I enjoyed the value of the money I paid

Everything about this hotel is good. In fact I have stayed in this hotel since Thursday till now. For a week am going to stay here its gonna be a wonderful time.

Excellent customer service and strong character

The reception I got was very nice. Steady light and water both hot and cold. Quiet and neat environment.

This is a useless place...They don’t have professional workers.. they spoilt my two shirts that cost me a lot. The laundry employee did not show any remorse at all. Dirty environment. The place needs renovation. The cost of the hotel is not worth it.

Good structure, secured place, spacious rooms,nice foods,but very poor services from some of the staff(room service/waiters).There is a lot of renovations/ repairs to be carried out.The hotel previous standard is now going down, need to improve and sustain it.

Nice place,was like a home,staffs were very helpful and friendly, just need a lil bit of renovation around the building, you cant even charge ya gadgets unless you have to bring ya own extension wire.

The food was delicious, the rooms are spacious and neat. The building has dampening issues at some point but all in all, its a very good hotel.
