A lovely foreshore area with playground, toilets etc.

I have been coming to this beach for over thirty years and nothing has been done to improve the area. There needs to be more tables and shelters for visitors and a walkway out over the water and nearby wetlands would greatly improve tourist and visitor numbers to this area.

Raised wooden board walking through the protected estuary nature reserve. They also have bird watching huts. All flat ground in which you can push a pram or a wheelchair.

Such a beautiful walk on boardwalks and tracks. Nothing better than a calming walk over the water abd amount the mangroves.

Nice drive along the creek. Good birdwatching. Sea Eagle across the creek in dead tree. Plenty of parking spots. Shelters and benches.

Great place to see Sunrise over the water. Has a nice walk through the Mangroves.

Great place but take care if you are susceptible to mozzie and midgie.. other wise take heaps of spray

Its no gold coast beach for sure, but well good for a bbq and day out. No waves and not the best for swimming. Dog park at one end and board walk at the other end.

Great place to go for a walk. Boardwalk so is flat and easy. Great bird life and scenery.

This is a beautiful little beach where you can completely forget you are in Brisbane. Although the depth of the water more resembles a bay than a beach, its nice to walk out through the mangroves and across the water to catch the sunset. The boardwalk is also a nice little trail with some good views along the way. Bring a picnic rug and snacks and you have yourself a day trip!

Fantastic bike ride starting almost from Brisbane airport right through to Redcliffe.

Really cool place. Although its not massive so dont plan a whole day around it. Best to go at high tide as the bream come right up into the mangroves. Cool to see them with their backs out of the shallow water.

Good walk in winter time no mosquitoes

Great spot with facilities. Plenty of grassed area. Not really a beach but a tidal mud flat.

Always really cool, one of the coolest wether wise. .in Brissie, heaps of space, heaps of toilets, good place to play ball games ...large area. Spectacular views

Nudgee beach is always fantastic to walk across at lowtide.The sunsets here are spectacular. Its not the best beach for a swim but it is still nice in summer.

Has a nice small park, good place for a walk, has an ice-cream van some days - a little bit down is a couple of good fishing spots. Really nice to walk out at low tide.

I loved it!! I drove all the way from Deception Bay... I find it hard to walk one of my dogs as shes not dog friendly.. So it helps that dog owners are responsible.. All dogs in off leash areas are off leash. And the On-Leash park down the road, owners actually stick to the rules... Makes me so happy for dog as she gets to experience life. (Yes she is muzzled when in public).

A nice place to cycle to from the Kedron Brook Bikeway. Clean park and eating areas bordering the beach. 👍

Nice place to visit for a picnic or a park visit. The "beach" part is a bit of a misnomer, despite there being some actual sand, its mostly muddy mangroves and not really a swimming location. Tracks through the mangroves make for a good walk, bike paths link it to Everton Park and Redcliffe.

Great place for a BBQ and lots of entertaining areas for the kids to play.

where we rake our puppy to play leash-free at the dog beach... Also a ton of driftwood to play with!!....but dont take the Wood away from the area!!... Tis illegal - unless ur me... Lalalalala... Hehehe xx

Local beach.Great place to have a family picnic or hiking.

Brisbanes best beach but that isnt saying much. Great for dogs off leashes and for kids with 2 play grounds. I find it a great spot to stop while on a bike ride, there are options to ride north to Sandgate or south to Nundah and Brisbane city.There is very little beach when the tried is up, but during low tide you can walk a long way out.

Beautiful area for a walk along elevated walkway through mangrove swamp or waterfront grassed areas. So out of the way but still popular and has amenities like covered BBQ area with tables, young kids play area, clean toilets and water fountains. Plenty of parking throughout.

Great walking paths to explore , even a place to laugh a Kayak .

Off leash dog area is amazing. Well maintained walkway and facilities. Water and waste bags multiple areas along the way. Bbq’s and picnic tables.

Nice scenic area with bbqs and picnic tables a couple of kids playgrounds, basketball court and walking paths great for walking your dogs but not so much for swimming, there are toilets there also.

Taking your dog or horse down here at low tide is the best. Also has dog park and coffee van

Camped here as a kid many many years ago. No camping now but beautiful parklands with picnic tables and bbq’s. A little restaurant near by and the boardwalk over the wetlands. Beautiful place beside the city of Brisbane to go and sit and have a fun day with family.

If youre looking for water and are near Nudgee, its a pleasant place to go. Plenty of parking, tables and chairs.

Great place, dogs everywhere. Love the crab pots too.

A great place to walk and relax. Get there for sunrise and sunset for a truly amazing sight. The colours are amazing. There are BBQs available. Also a good place to place spotters to identify incoming planes.

Always awesome to bring a picnic and take a stroll the nature walk and walk right out on low tide. Even seen thousands of soldier crabs

This place is beautiful. During high tide or low tide you will find plenty to explore. What I particularly love about this place is that you feel so far away from the city. When its low tide you can literally walk for kilometres on the sand flats. You could spend an entire day here. There are toilets, tables, Bbqs, kids play ground and enough space to kick a ball, kite, etc... Love it!

It’s a very calm and beautiful place. I love seeing people with their dogs who are playing and running around.
