Nourish Bistro Banff in Banff

Very good food for someone with gluten, egg, dairy allergies. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, chill music, great decor. I love the re-purposed carafe aquarium :)I had the vegan poutine with cashew cream, and bruschetta with vegan queso, nut free. I was so full, I couldnt even finish both dishes. The server warned me that the poutine was filling though, those cashews!!I would eat here again.

Best vegan burger Ive had! Would highly recommend for people who enjoy tasty twists on classic meals.Dessert was also creamy and didnt feel bloated after (like regular cheesecake).Definitely going to be my first stop when I go back to Banff.

My husband and sister and I had a great lunch here. The food is YUMMY with just the right amount of options to choose from. The staff and decor were chill and welcoming.We especially enjoyed the mushroom ravioli.Patio is dog friendly! :)

I came for lunch and couldn’t decide between the Nourishment Bowl, or the King Kong Noodles. Went for the Nourishment Bowl (which was amazingbut had to come back the same night to have the King King Noodles for supper, which was also amazing.The staff is awesome, super friendly and down to Earth. I had Jermyn as my server for lunch and Cole for supper, both great dudes.If you’re into vegetarian/vegan (whole food plant based 🙂dishes, you have to check this place out - you will not be disappointed! 10 out of 10. I just wish I had this restaurant back home.

Nourish Bistro is a fully vegetarian restaurant in Banff with lots of gluten-free and vegan options as well that are well labelled on the menu. I visited most recently in September 2022.The menu has a variety of unique, creative and healthy dishes and everything looked amazing.I love the Nachos and they have so many incredible toppings! They can be made vegan and you can various dips and sauces like guacamole, vegan sour cream, and salsa. The presentation of their food is beautiful and very artsy.There is seating inside and outdoors on the sidewalk patio with lovely mountain views.

OMG! Got the Vegan World Famous Nachos and the Boss Bear Burger (also veganizedand oh boy, were they delicious!! The nachos are fantastically weird, I would NEVER have the guts to put that stuff on my nachos, but when on vacation, we love to try new things, they were really, really great! The burger was so delicious, we were already stuffed from scarfing down the nachos but one bite out of the burger and we had to finish...so good! Wish we had found them sooner in our stay (they also had a couple days off while we were therebecause we could have eaten at Nourish every day.

Love it! Nice staff, cozy eclectic atmosphere and delicious food and drinks. Had the nachos and sangria. Both were excellent. Went back a second time and tried the mushroom ravioli. It was delicious also.

the meal of a lifetime, not even joking. we were all so amazed, cheap prices for the area and ESPECIALLY for the quality of food you’re getting. I had both burgers and the hummus trio. 10000% would recommend. nice staff too!

Healthy food can also be tasty and soulful, and they know how to do it. Having well made mixed drinks on the top is a bonus. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Great food, exactly what we needed before hiking up Sulphur Mountain. As vegetarians, my family loves a restaurant where we can choose anything from the menu and this menu had so many unique options. We shared the world famous nachos, tempura broccoli, and the wild mushroom ravioli. Some of us also got the iced coffee. Definitely recommend!

10/10 this place is so creative and so good! I had the kimchi burger which was unlike anything i’ve had before and maybe the best burger i’ve ever had! There are so many gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options, i had such a hard time deciding what to order, and will have to come back to try more!

Good food and cocktails. Outdoors seating with mountain views, however very pricey for what you get (many surrounding restaurants have this view).Poor service with over 45 minutes wait for drinks and longer for food. This was after 20 minutes wait for table. An hour wasted which could be better spent in Banff.

Amazing local restaurant with loads of tasty vegan options plus delicious alternatives for meat eaters, those looking for healthy options or with dietary restrictions. Ive never had anything from here that I didnt like- everything is delicious! Also a very fun atmosphere for brunch and in the evenings. Great patio on Bear Street for summer.

Best vegetarian food... This was my first time eating at Nourish Bistro- Banff... Its a great options for vegetarian people... There taste is awesome and peaceful ambience... Great service and lots of food variety...If you are going to Banff or in the Banff dont forget to visit Nourish Bistro..

Standards have decreased. Used to be great ingredients portions taste and service. Servers we had when we were there may have contributed negatively to overall experience. Definitely Not my first choice for veg food in Banff anymore. Sorry for this post but I hope you guys do better given there are many other restaurants we have now for the vegetarian experience.

This place does not use fish or eggs, ie is lacto vegetarian, confirmed in person as of August 2022.Great food, and great service. The prices are very high, but perhaps justifiably as the food was of a high quality and tasted great. Burger had different flavours you could pick out, and didn’t just taste like “burger”. The dipping sauce with the side of fries was very nice and unique.Washroom is shared with several places in the building and is not great.

I have been here several times and this place never disappoints! Super friendly staff, great atmosphere, quick service and, most importantly, great food! My only complaint is that there are too many delicious menu options and its hard to choose just one!

It has been a while since I have had a really good Vegan food. Bread here is so awesome that we were craving for more.. after finishing lunch. Try Mashroom Ravioli for sure ..

We got the vegan nachos, nourish bowl, and ravioli. I was full on the nachos. The ravioli we loved, plenty of mushrooms.The Establishment brewing company co-valley Hi IPA was delicious.The staff is lovely. They gave my dog water and some pets! Loved it here.

Ive only ever had the Caesars here, but they are the best Caesars ever! Theyve got a selection of ones to choose from, our bartender was very friendly and suprised us with a few different ones. They are very pricy though so dont plan on getting drunk on them, ha!

Best food in Banff and probably the best food we had during our 3 weeks Canada trip. We‘ve been there 4 days in a row and tried different dishes - all amazing! Service staff was super attentive and friendly. Seating outside is very nice. It gets very busy during rush hour (1pm/7pm), hence recommend to come early or late. Keep going!

Nourish has a lovely outdoor seating area with views of the mountains. We really enjoyed our tomato soup of the day and the poutine. Were not big on poutine but found this one great because of the various toppings and the flavourful gravy. Wed definitely recommend this restaurant, especially if youre vegetarian.

After a long day of hiking in Lake Louise, I was very hungry and we stopped in around 5:30 PM and had no wait time. I ordered the King Kong noodles with tofu and it was DELICIOUSSS!!! The portion was pretty big and I was left completely satisfied and full. Our waiter also was super nice, attentive, friendly and cool. I sat on the patio and had a beautiful view of the mountains as well. I could not recommend it enough! :)

I ordered the broccoli tempura, kimchi burger with fries, and a root beer. Everything was very good and I absolutely loved being able to pick from anything, which is something I can’t experience often because I’m vegetarian. There are so many options it’s hard choosing something. Waiters were extremely friendly and good natured. I had an amazing experience here.

This place was opened past 9pm so went to check it out.Ordered a falafel salad and the kimchi burgers with harissa fries. The falafel salad was delicious and very hearty - only thing I would change is that the broken up falafel balls be warmed up so that theres a nice contrast with the rest of the salas. The kimchi patty was also very flavorful and crispy which contrasted against the bun with sauces. Would recommend getting this for sure!As far as desserts go they ran out of the blueberry cheesecake and everything else except ice cream near closing time - just heads up.

Food, service, and vibe were amazing here. I have never had so many vegan options in one place! I highly recommend getting the house-made sodas. They were super tasty. I got the veggie gyoza, mushroom ravioli, and nutella cheesecake and it was all amazing. My only qualm is that it is quite expensive, but the quality definitely matches. The cheesecake was not too sweet which I am so glad for! It was also incredibly creamy. I went with my non-veg friend and she also enjoyed her meal. Highly recommend!

Walked in the other day and they told us all the tables inside where reserved but we could sit on the patio but was cooling down and we had a toddler with us, so the bar was the only option. There was a table behind us that was empty the entire time and I had my very pregnant friend with me and she was very uncomfortable on the bar stool. Order the kids mac and cheese and was very concerned when it came out as the "pasta" was not macaroni and if you know kids they dont like Strang things, lucky she did eat it and liked it. All the food was good otherwise.

Its always a treat when I stay in Banff to nourish myself at Nourish. The beet juice was the best way to start the meal. Followed by incredible broccoli tempura (gluten freeand the bear burger which was super tasty. Way too much food for just me but definitely the best way to enter into a food coma.

We didn’t realize it was a vegetarian restaurant until we arrived. Tried the nachos on Sunday special the server recommended a side of guacamole which was a game changer! The topping weren’t overwhelming (even though there’s a lotand it was filling. Also tried the mushroom soup which was also amazing. Would eat here again next time we visit Banff

Amazing vegan food! Service was also amazing from the moment we walked in. We had the hummus trio dish which was so flavourful and interesting, the King Kong noodles which was sooo delicious and it had a great texture of various ingredients. But to top it off, the cheese-less Nutella cake was TO DIE FOR… it was so creamy and chocolatey that I couldn’t believe it was vegan! Will come back for sure and will recommend this place to all our friends who are travelling to Banff!

My 3rd visit. Thrilled to find my non-vegetarian friends marvelled over our latest sampling of the kimchi burger, gyoza and tempura - the sauces that come with all dishes were unique and delicious! We love the kombucha too.

Awesome vegan food! The staff was accommodating and found us a seat even though they were crazy busy! A must see.

My heart and tummy are so happy after having a scrumptious brunch here! They were low on staff because of the long weekend but the lady served us so well - and she customized my smoothie, which was just PERFECT in conjunction with the power bowl. Super happy and would highly recommend for everyone to grab a bite here!

I have never been so happy to find a vegetarian restaurant that can accommodate vegan and gluten with still most of the menu available to me!! It was so incredible we order most of the menu the first time and went back a second time and put an even bigger dent in the menu, 3rd trip will be the charm to try everything on the menu!! The atmosphere is next level and even the prices reflect numerology, peace and prosperity. It is my favorite restaurant of all time with everything having been delicious.

The poutine with vegan cheese (made from cashewswas phenomenal! As someone with many intolerances, this place was a fantastic find. And the food was absolutely incredible.

It was a very nice place to eat! Staff was sweet to us and asked about our allergies. Eventough we were not vegetarian I would definitely advise this place.

This vegetarian restaurant in Banff is a hidden gem. Their entire menu looks delicious, and they can make any dish vegan! The wild mushroom ravioli and broccoli tempura are amazing. The portions are huge and very filling. Love it, Ill definitely be back!

One of the more interesting culinary experiences Ive had lately. The nachos are one of the oddest/fun dishes Ive ever had. The Mac and squeeze though, dang. It was amazing! I could eat it every day. Worth checking out.

Have been a few times here and still love the food. Enjoyed this time the blueberry cheesecake and as breakfast the jungle pancake. Both gluten-free. The only thing I don’t like is the coffee.

We were in Banff for a week and ate here 4 times! We loved this place. The cocktails are incredible. The staff are lovely. We had fun conversations. The food is amazing. Definitely try the nachos. This place is a real gem.

Fantastic. Great veggie and vegan options. First time Ive had chickpea omlette and was very impressed. They made a solid caesar. Friendly staff.

Everything is amazing and we ate here three times within two days 😂 Really thankful they have vegan Caesars to go with their amazing brunch menu!

I’ve been traveling through Banff for years on solo snowboard and paddle board trips and nourish bistro makes me feel right at home . I had the King Kong noodle bowl with some bread on the side and the back from revy cocktail ( it was delicious and One of the most unique cocktails I’ve had and I work in the industry Tyler and Sam were very knowledgeable, friendly and fun! They didn’t rush me even though I was the last person in the restaurant and they were doing their closing duties . I appreciate them making me feel like part of the nourish family . I’ve been going to this restaurant for many years and I can’t wait to go back …… 10/5 stars if I could !

Everytime we come to Banff we stop and eat here. It is a fabulous place to eat. Service is always great. The vegan nachos and vegan poutine are absolutely stellar! We have had everything on the menu and I cant say anything bad about a single thing. Highly reccomend this eatery, it is very well run and delicious.

Not only was this some of the best plant-based food we’ve ever had, but the best service too. Caleb was awesome - super friendly and was able to recommend drinks and food that blew our minds. We had the beetroot bruschetta, dumplings and nachos. Who would have thought.. that fruit on nachos is AMAZING. Everyone will enjoy this place, vegan or not. Gluten-free options too. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Amazing service and even more amazing food! Super refreshing in the heat, even if youre not vegan or vegetarian you wont regret trying this place out. We had the Falafel Salad, the Beat Bruschetta and the Gyoza, all beautifully seasoned and prepared! Cant want to be back!

Hand crafted vegan cheese and gnocchi was decadent. A perfect match for the raw salad. The broccoli tempura was gluten Free, the whole meal was gluten free as a matter of fact. Will return here for sure.

Amazing service and food!The staff at nourish were very friendly and accommodating with Bluey (puppy picturedand even gave him some water when we sat down.The food was so good, my sister who is not vegetarian/vegan loved the burger, iced coffee, ravioli and the tempura broccoli.My sister hates mushrooms and ravioli and she loved the vegan ravioli from this restaurant!Food pictured was too good to wait and eat, so we did our best to capture what we hadn’t eaten yet.
