I had a big bag as luggage, and when I picked it up it one of the sides was broken. It was a clean cut, it could be cut with a cutter. I didnt have anything precious inside, so maybe thats why nothing was taken from it. They said that the bag fell from the plane, but its impossible for the bag to break like that. Im dissapointed.
