Just okay for buying something quick.

Lots of fine stores in this location. Plenty of parking. Plenty of places to snack or dine.

Always can find good shopping deals and lots of family friendly restaurants for all occasions

Not the best place to shop nowadays area really has gone down over the years looks & is unsafe in this area they have completely turned north riverside mall into a low budget mall too bad too used to be a nice mall

Went to Chillis. Very good service & waitress was EXCELLENT, green hair and all. Food was very good for the price..to early for a drink..maybe next time. Brittney ( a manager?I beleve she said.. was very tentative to our needs as well..keep up the good work ladies..

Love to shop here. I know the mall has a bad reputation, but the variety of stores are great.

Lots of good places to go to with plenty of parking

Covid compliant, allows in-store shopping, great location, decent prices, great selection.

We just went for one thing and end up buying like 15 items all on sale good sales

It was not busy the day we went. Parking and service was quick and easy.

I only go before noon...and only when necessary...it started to become a urban hangout?! Who wants to shop with security and North Riverside police just hanging out waiting for something to happen, havent been in 3 yrs.I go

They lost their anchor stores, Sears, Nordstrom, JC Penney and Carson Pierre Scott. We could use this space for a hospital. Go so it before it closes. Police training? Bowling Alley?

Cool sketchy overcrowded dont get gas at the food for less, it may be cheap but when filling my tank it didnt register skimpy gas

Outstanding food and service! Best Crabcake Benedicts outside of New Orleans.

Found some cute boys sandals at a great price! Customer service was also good. Staff was friendly.

Always be secure of your surroundings and things at all times. Never feel safe coming in here.

Came to BestBuy, easy to reach, plenty of parking, kind staff and always stocked with tech goodies! Recommended!

Its a big place with all the shoes you need. Its a bit pricey but there worth it.

Everything looks kind of dated. I did not find anything to buy.

Im here at least twice a week. I always find what I need. However, the parking lot needs work...a lot of work. Secondly, this plaza has been looted during the riots of 2020. Beefing up security during tough times is a suggestion. We dont want to lose any of these important businesses here.

They have decent stores. Good places to go look around to get out of the house for a bit.

Need better ways for people with disabilities to get to the basement area. Theres alot of walking required to get to certain areas. Elevators are needed for every area for convenience of those who have issues walking or who maybe wheelchair bound

I like this mall the movie theater is nice I go mostly because is cheap on weekdays and is clean not to busy stores are the same as others malls

North Riverside Plaza is awesome. They have Kohls, Burlington and Best Buy in their lineup. Enjoy your shopping and stop in and pat a few furry friends at the Pet Smart. I love this place.

Hobby Lobby is my happy place! So many farmhouse items. I could stay in there for hours!

I visited Yia Yias restaurant. They have the best lemon rice soup, and the food is good. Our favorite waitress Angie is the best and her service is impeccable.

I went to Burlington and picked me out some very comfortable and nicely priced undergarments to wear under my dresses.

It was great got some stuff to eat and did a little shopping there great place affordable

Standard mall layout. Got plenty of seating and amenities. Bathrooms are alright, wished they got cleaned more frequently. There’s a bunch of cool stores and stuff to check out. I recommend going to round one and having fun. Though there are many people to solicit you so careful where you rest.

This could and use to be a good mall. But theres always mob groups meeting up here starting fights mostly the weekend. These groups actually send out messages over social media to meet here. its almost a regular thing doing the Summer.👍👍👍👎👎

Great mall I found the only pair of headphones left in Best buy for gaming I was really pleased amazing staff as well👍🏽I will be coming back to shop here soon 🙂

Convenient parking. Great variety of stores. Able to return some Amazon items in Kohls and walk over to pick up cat did without moving my car. Even able to recycle batteries and electronics at Best Buy all in one trip!

Great mall Food court has a great selection of fast food restaurants They do enforce the teen rule that they have to be accompanied by someone over 18 years of sge

It is so incredibly difficult to navigate through this mall. Something that is nearby youd think would take no time to reach ends up taking an extra ten minutes because of all the barriers and unmarked paths not even Google maps could help you navigate through this mall. The planning for this mall is ridiculous

I went to chilis and the food was delicious and so was my margarita. The mall is boring now like there is nothing in there anymore. They took alot of stores out of there and because of that its not a fun place to be anymore.

Get what you need quick or hang and look around. Plenty of places to spend your hard earned money. Or not. Whatever the reason - whether its for something specific or just to get out the house and window shop, lots of things to buy or put on your wish list for later.

Its worth coming here when the whole menu was available. It has the best of the menu thats is popular but it would disappoint some for the reduced menu. I like the skillet variety which is down to three dishes. Still they are doing the best considering foot traffic is pretty low throughout the rest of the day than the morning meal.

Good place. Like most malls they are trying to stay relevant. They have good food. A good line up of stores. Movie theaters. Bowling and games. And an example of a incredible shrinking Sears store. I believe that it will get so small that it will eventually disappear.

Been going here for years. Stopped at the Panda and Burlington Coat Factory. Not sure why Google tagged me in the general vicinity and not the two exact locations.
