Excelent costumer service and good food.

Super friendly staff. The grass fed burger was excellent and the fries super delicious. The key lime pie is a must have. Also had fun playing pool. Truly enjoyed ourselves.

The service was very good. We ate a steak, its include 2 side dishes and it was made perfect (medium). The prices on the menu are not expensive at all, and there is excellent value for the price. We also ate the house salad, it was excellent. I recommend coming and eating this place.

The food took for ever to come out to us and waitress was rude and not to much concerned about us. The food was good but I hated waiting an hore for some ribs.

Food wasn’t bad but the waitress was AWFUL. My bf and I never got refills on our drinks and it was… WATER!!! After we were done and ready for the check the waitress took about 20 mins, maybe more before finally bringing it… all while seeing her standing in the window on her phone.. if you want charged 18% for gratuity for $h!ty service this is the place for you!🙃

Random night on the beach and wanted a cold beer and not in a tourist trap. First time to Normans and I had a great experience. Very few places on the beach offer FREE PARKING. That for me is a BIG a plus right next door to the restaurant. Megan was the bartender that night and she was all smiles, and had some funny one line jokes. She multitasked well as I went on what seem to be a busy Saturday hour. The bar was clean, a few pool tables in the back, I didn’t get to use on this visit but plan too in the near future. I ordered two beers and a Jack Daniels. Megan checked on me a few times and granted I didn’t order food, almost everything I saw leave the kitchen looked very good. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Norman’s. If you get the pleasure of having Megan smiling as your bartender ask her to tell you the joke about the chicken on the balcony!!! Lol

On a Thursday night, no rush no so many people around. But the food and drinks are not so good like at the other sports bar. Wings were smelly. Nachos not loaded like we are used to. I would say average it is.

Spectacular bar with very attentive service. John was our server and they were amazing! Recommend 10/10.

I shared a Bacon & Blue burger with my husband. It was so good I wish I had one all to myself. I also had a side salad. It was a lot better than most places. It came with Greek olives. I cant remember having a burger that good!! Andrea the bartender is amazing!! She was friendly and attentive. I cant wait to visit again soon!!

We were here on a girls trip and Miami a perfect spot to watch a sports game or even just for a bite. Tv everywhere so you can see the games anywhere you sit, best part about it all is the customer service! Our food was out faster than we could finish our drinks and our waitress Yaileń was absolutely fabulous. So kinda and made sure all of our accommodations were satisfied, and prices are very reasonable 10/10 recommend!

The service was amazing, the food came out of the kitchen so fast! My server Yailen was the absolute BEST! She was so kind, and took very great care of us! 10/10 recommend when in Miami!

From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a very bright smile and only received great smiles and friendly hellos the food was out very fast and our server Yailen was amazing ask for her when you go for sure!

I don’t know if it was me, but the wings and the burger I ordered were flavorless. The food was served cold. The blue cheese looked like milk mixed with water. BUT THE WAITRESS “IVANA” was great.

I just want to start off by saying I really dont complain much, but If I could give Normans Tavern 0 stars, I would.The worst staff Ive ever experienced. Placing an order was nearly impossible. The bartender never helped us not one time. I had to stand up, chase her down, and plead with her to take my order. I finally manage to catch her attention and ask her to take my order, and she tells me, "ok, one moment" and then proceeded to ignore me the entire rest of my time there. She was talking to everyone but me, texting on her phone in front of me while I stood there patiently waiting for her to simply TAKE MY ORDER which never ended up happening. The Waiters wouldnt help me either until I practically begged them to. I had to wander around the restaurant just to speak to a staff member. When the server brought out our food he incorrectly brought it to every table except mine and just stood there looking very upset, so I raised my arm and asked him if maybe the plate he was holding was for me. It was, and He got visibly frustrated with me when I said that and rolled his eyes at me, Im honestly still not sure why this upset HIM.I had to ask 12 times just for water.I never got any silverware with my food. It was a nightmare getting somebodys attention to ask for a fork.Halfway through my meal they decided to turn on these poorly placed strobe lights that were clearly getting into surrounding peoples eyes, bothering them, and blinding me until I couldnt see straight. If someone there was epileptic they would have had a seizure. It was like having a Lazer beam shining in my eyes non stop, and I couldnt even pretend to put up with it, it was really disturbing. I had to ask 3 different staff members to turn it off. They all looked me in the eyes, listened to my request, and then they each proceeded to do nothing about it until the 3rd person was asked, but this third man that finally turned off the nasty strobe light gave me crazy attitude. He basically yelled at me for being a little bit upset along with everyone around me.Truly the worst restaurant experience Ive had in a long time.

attention is one of the best things here, they are always friendly and willing to make you feel good. The food is also delicious, especially this chocolate one. We would go back there.

Normans is the place to be to have a beer with friends after work or a day at the beach. The entire staff is hardworking, quick, and most importantly, friendly. The place is clean and the music is great. Pool table included. Shoutout to the mustache man thats always willing to help and makes sure everyone has a good time. and Ivana that is so nice while taking our order. She is very hardworking too. My friends and I love coming here all the time. Oh and their food is absolutely delicious. hits the spot every time. - a happy regular

Good food. Service could be faster. We ordered 2 of the same drink at the same time and I was finished with my drink before my wife ever got hers.

I would normally have given Normans 5 stars, but last night we dined inside since it was extremely windy inside, and the music was so loud everyone in the building was forced to scream at each other.Ive noticed this trend in restaurants reaching for "hipster" status, and its just unnecessary in addition to being unpleasant.I would go to a night club if i wanted ear shattering atmosphere.

The manager lied that the pool table didn’t work so we couldn’t play. The beer is great but they SAY THEY ARE a POOL bar and then they do that. I don’t like being lied to. Worst manager ever. See the picture it’s unplugged. And what are the odds that both tables don’t work together.Otherwise the staff is amazing, the manager sucksssss!!!!

Decided to give this a try based on the raving reviews. Only reason why I’m giving it 2 starts and not 1, is because the server was nice and the food quality is isn’t her fault.Food was brought out within 10minutes of ordering, so it was either already cooked and sitting out for reheating, or it was bought frozen and defrosted for quick cooking. Either way, food quality 0/10.The tables outside were unclean and sticky. when I sat down my pants stayed stuck. If that’s how gross the seating is, I’d be afraid to check the kitchen. 🤢

We stopped by Normans Tavern today and sat outside because of the beautiful weather. The serving staff there is so very nice! Our server, Michael, was very attentive and knows the menu very well. The food that we ordered was delicious! We both had Skirt Steak with Churrasco sauce, mashed potatoes, salad, and an order of Rice and Beans. We added Pinot Noir to our dinner. The steaks came out perfectly as we ordered, which was medium. All the sides were absolutely great! I couldnt believe we were at a Tavern. I dont mean that in a bad way either - its actually a compliment! I know that some taverns have the best food and this is one of them! In addition, we ordered the Key Lime pie, which had a crispy crust. It was great!! We plan to go back soon. The place is well laid out, clean and tidy, quick service, and a friendly staff. We didnt go inside because of Covid. We found parking easily just a few steps away. Its casual and right in the heart of things.

Awesome Breakfast. We drive 45 mins to eat here. Outside dining was full. Food is a small menu but everything is great.

From the moment we approached the hostess to the time we departed the restaurant it was a beautiful experience. We were met with friendly smiles and treated as if we were royalty. And they did that for each guest that arrived. The meal we ordered was absolutely delicious. Seasoned to perfection and plated beautifully. My wife and I truly enjoyed our date night out. Thanks.

Its incredible but today I came to normans and its 11:45 and the place is completely empty, there is no atmosphere and the jukebox is off, this looks like a funeral.

I had the Mahi Mahi fish tacos and they were very good and their white peach sangria is perfect. I also had the grilled calamari. Not bad... a bit too salty for my taste though. What I didnt like was that I ordered the salmon and specifically asked if it was farm raised or wild caught. The hostess left and then came back and told me to my face that it was wild caught; little did she know that I could tell the moment they brought it out. Soon as they brought it out I knew that I wasnt eating it because it was farm raised. I let it sit there while I finished my salad and then kindly asked them to take it back. I really didnt like that so thats why they get two stars. I probably wont go back to them when I visit Miami Beach again for this specific reason. Do better and dont lie to the patrons.

French toast pretty Good. But you cant call a green sauce with chips and egg on top a Mexican Chilaquiles! Service its good.

Yasser, the waiter was very attentive from start to finish. Not only is the food very Fast. But the manager Luiz came by to check on us and hear our great feedback. Love this place go too night spot thanks Norman you got a friend in me.

Delicious food. Ate there 2 days in a row. Best avocado toast with salmon. Luiz provided excellent service along with the rest of the staff.

Excellent service and food! The waitresses greet you and we sat outdoors. I ordered the brisket and eggs. The meat was tender and juicy. Sidewalk patio was clean and covid protocols were being followed.

Nice place to have a lunch near the beach. From Monday till Thursday (from 12:00 to 4:00very good lunch promotion (for example: beaf meat 9 dollars, salad 5 dollars). Tasty cocktails, good service 👍👌

I drive by here often, but never had the time to come before. So when a prospect recommended it, I jumped at the chance.From the outside, it looks like a traditional American pub and it does not disappoint!Well stocked bar, pool tables, high tops all around, outdoor seating, and a bunch of TVs on your favorite sports.Even better than that is the cool staff. Theyre helpful without being intrusive and are so friendly that it immediately lightens your mood.As soon as I saw it on the menu, I had to have the Brisket Sandwich. It came with fries and pickles on the side and a topping of special cole slaw sauce. The mix of the slaw and BBQ sauce was sweet, tangy, and satisfying.I look forward to my next visit. 🍷🥃🥩

Good price for the área en Miami Beach. Good fried chicken & fries, awesome Honey mustard, but the salad was a little heavy in the dressing. Overall, a good place for Eating american pub food, nothing too pretentious

The ribs, fries, tacos and quesadillas were tasty, the portions were large, prices were fair. The conch fritters were very good. Well seasoned, piping hot and with a nice pink dipping sauce. The dining area is small and packed with many tables and chairs. The food is like the typical bar and grill, chicken wings and televisions tuned to sports channels, however there are pool tables. Seems like a nice place for local working folks to gather after work to socialize, down beer and to watch a game on one of the several screens throughout the place. There’s outdoor and indoor seating. From 6pm-6am, there’s parking available at the small plaza next door and a few paid parking spots out front. On the west side of the Publix Supermarket two doors down, is free parking. The wait staff, Jeff, Juan-Carlo and Irini are friendly, accommodating and are bi-lingual, therefore allow me to practice my espanol. Would only eat here again if I were already in the neighborhood.

The food itself was pretty good but we had to ask for silverware, we were never offered drink refills, and we got our appetizer after the main course.

The reason Im giving 3 stars may seem petty, but I think its vital business practice, especially in the 21st century to keep online business tools 1000% updated: their menu says 10 chicken wings $9.95 but they charged me $11.99 (without tax and other costs). This is misleading and sloppy. I know its 2 bucks...in this case, but its the principle that matters. See attached pics of my receipt and screenshots of their online menu. The wings were great tho!

If youre looking for a nice place with a good price, Welcome home! My friends and I go there often and the food is always amazing. Great customer service with a friendly staff to say the least. You have several TVs hung around the restaurant with different games going at once. So have your pick! They also have a nice sitting area outside which you can utilize to enjoy the cool weather or the hot summer days. Bathrooms are located in the back and they also have to pool tables that you can utilize as well. The bar is wide and has plenty of room for sitting and theres plenty of room for anyone that has a wheelchair. I highly recommend this place and the food here is amazing, yes i said it twice!

I really like this tavern. I have been there many times. The food is delicious. Bunch of fried food. Steaks, burgers, sandwiches, salads..nothing too pretentious. Couple vegetarian options as well. Very good drinks too. Friendly service. There is outdoor and indoor seating. Street parking available. Great place to hang out.

Sat outside with cool breeze and people watching made for a great light dinner. The Shrimp Market for $15.99 comes in different flavors Blackened Cajun Shrimp was great. Grouper fingers and steak bits are shareable plates as well. Chairs could be a bit more comfortable, but maybe thats the case with outside seating. Great costumer service.
