Counter-serve chain offering international noodle & pasta dishes from mac 'n' cheese to pad Thai.
Good food, good service, good experience. We got our food in a timely manner and it was great! Although we didnt eat at the table we sat at (did takeout), the table was clean and clear of debris. I plan to go back soon!
the food has been more than satisfactory with very prompt service.
One of my fav restaurants.
Love their mac and cheese. 2nd best in the coty.
This is always my go to place to eat with friends when they visit. There are great gluten free options and the wait staff is always kind
I always have great experiences here but the people who worked the evening shift tonight were amazing! They were so nice and welcoming and I asked for extra mushrooms and the person in the kitchen accidently read it as no mushrooms..which was fine it happens, and they were willing to remake it but I was fine just getting the side of it lol. They even cooked it with the Japanese pan sauce that I got which I was greatful for because I wasnt expecting them to do all of that. They definitely go above and beyond with their work ethics and the food and service was the best in my opinion!
Surprisingly very good. I went into the establishment with low expectations, and came out with full stomach and money in my pocket
The tortallini did not have enough sauce. The buttered noodles looked like they had been reheated in a microwave and put in the container. I gave it a three because the cashier service.
Extremely overpriced and bad food. Charged $4-5 extra for chicken when it is advertised as part of the price of the entree. $18 for mac and cheese with a very small piece of chicken on it (maybe 2 bites for $5 upchargeand a drink. HARD NOODLES. Never returning here.
Decent place for carryout or dine - in. I wish their website was easier to navigate since it seems there is a club discount but if you are just passing through like we were its not helpful and makes it more cumbersome to just find basic info on the restaurant.
The noodles were just ok. However it should have been better for the price.
Second favorite place to eat. Everyone is friendly food is delicious.
This location is my new favorite. I like how well the employees are doing to care for we customers. Food came out quickly and was hot and showed quality.
My first time - I ordered 4 dishes to take out. They didnt have the right noodles for one of the dishes, which wasnt a big deal as they didnt include that dish. I guess they decided to make a substitution without asking. What I brought home was a horrid combination of sweet, spicy, and oily. And that was the good part. 🤢
Service was great and our food was carry out - once we got home 45 min later our food was still warm and fresh and our proportions were significantly pleasing! I had left overs which has never happened when Ive eaten there before! Altho we did carry out we did use the restrooms and observe the cleanliness of those and the restaurant and it was a stocked and clean facility. Its easily becoming one of my most fave places to eat! I love the pesto cavatapi!! I get it without the crusted parmesian chicken but my s/o gets extra in his dish! And the Mac and cheese as a side- its delicious also!❤️
Its a shame that in-house dining has to unpack their order like its to-go. Otherwise? The staff was pleasant and food good as expected.
Good food. Portions seemed smaller. Served in plastic take out container. At one time they served in a 🍜 bowl.
I have went here for years, but the quality has been declining recently. Particularly the protein seems to be lower quality. I would not recommend this location.
Has the Korean bbq beef noodles. I drove about 30 minutes before eating. It was kinda dry, but i feel like that was on me for not eating it right away. The flavor was really good though
Great experience here! My friend and I brought in 4 hangry 🤣 kids 2,3,4 and 6! They got the food out fresh and fast! The awesome guy at the counter even said he had kids and completely understood! Thank you for great food and service!
they were out of my snoodle doodle cookies or whatever its called and they gave me a free bowl card and rice krispy for free 😭❤️ i love you
I never seen this business in Palm Springs but I was craving noodles. I got their Korean Spicy Beef noodles and immediately fell in love. The spices deliciously bought out the beefs full flavor and left me in awe and happy I took a chance eating at a new place.
Way over priced small portions of food. The taste of the food was not that good either. This was my first time eating at Noodles & Company. I found Fazolis food was much better. Fazolis pricing was much more fair. This was a first time at being to either place.
My granddaughter ordered lomein orange noodles and I had a ceaser salad. Both were very good.
Umbrellas are naver open on nice days, we had to ask someone to help after trying to open it ourselves. Tables are not vary clean inside or outside. Service it good and the food is always great!
James Rosenthal, just a reminder that if they still charged the credit card, that is wire fraud and a federal offense. Make sure they know the name on the card so they have a chance to make it right. You may want to contact them. If they still charge the card, call their county attorney and he will see to it the noodle company makes it right.
We had a pick up order. Ordered a kids meal Mac and cheese but there wasnt much cheese on it, mostly plain noodles. They also forgot to add our second side but I should have made sure my husband knew what all should have been included since he picked the food up. The bbq pork Mac was really good and my daughter really liked her spaghetti.
Joined a friend for lunch and it was OK. I appreciate the low cal options they offer. I tried the cauliflower rigatoni and I have to say Ill probably go back to the zucchini noodles next time. The cauliflower rigatoni tasted fine, but definitely had an al dente mouthfeel, bordering on chewy, which I am not a fan of. One person in my party requested no mushrooms in their dish and repeated the request when confirming the order but got mushrooms anyway. The staff was good about re-doing the dish when asked. The potstickers and tomato soup were delish!
Love it..but prices are little high for pasta and 2 small ( smaller than what they were a few years agochicken..and light on anything that goes on the pasta..I always have to pay extra for sauces..or vegetables that I have added because they are very sparce for the amount of pasta
The family and I just ate dinner here. Simply Delicious! Prices werent that bad, we got plenty of food, and was able to eat inside(they follow covid restrictions wear your maskkudos to tonights crew.
They was ok and had heard a bunch of good things. But they wasnt wasnt wanting to cut down my big toenail which more than one swan has done in the past which thank goodness that they did because I wouldnt have let them finish and I would have went somewhere else but they succeeded and I am happy with the results...
Nice Options 😄, friendly helpful staff and CLEAN. Great choices, we had Japanese pan noodles with steak and the barbecued macaroni and cheese!!! Both excellent and I recommend. Nice spacing during pandemic.
pretty much every time we go here we get the korean bbq meatballs-- their mac n cheese could use a bit more cheese so i hear but the japanese pan noodles are a great choice! the sauce with the potstickers is very versatile as well, and their bowls are weirdly nice?? keep those tbh. and they deliver!!
Noodles and Co is very good for my tummy. Prices are good and portions are big
Just returned, couldnt figure out how to leave a new review. Felt compelled to leave another review due to the fact that the wonderful service I received from Adrian. Despite me only coming here about 5 times a year (due to living in another cityAdrian remembered My name, and always has a great smile and something positive to say. I really appreciate that after a long, hard day. Thank you, Adrian. This place and all their customers are lucky to have you here.My daughter loves this place. Quick, friendly service and delicious food.
Love the penne rosa but I substitute the regular noodles for the cauliflower alternative and its delicious. Tofu is always cooked right and the sauce is amazing. Restaurant staff was friendly and did a great job keeping tables cleaned off.
They were out of meatballs for spaghetti and meatballs. They also ran out of actual forks so had to use plastic. Took a long time to bring us our food. It took at least 30 minutes to get our food. Daughter got kids meal and i had to ask twice because they forgot the side. Son got a side of wisconsin mac and cheese noodles not fully cooked and cheese on top not even melted. I had steak strogenoff and it was really good. Wife had ceasar salad and it was also very good.
The Noodles location did a great job and prepared tasty food. My friend had the Wisconsin Mac n Cheese while I had the same but with BBW sauce and pork. The establishment was clean and staff were friendly; the reason for the 4 stars is because I had to end up redoing my online pick up order because the system was not working properly and thus was late in having my lunch. Otherwise, it was a great experience.
I went to the Muncie store last night and was shocked at how much the place has been let go. The worst part was the food, not fresh, microwaved, undercooked. They’ve replaced Ciabatta bread with frozen cheese bread. My iced tea was gray & cloudy. New ownership? New management? Somethings wrong. Super gross. I threw everything I ordered away.
The hilarious guy working register went above and beyond to help me choose a vegan dish. He was engaging and accommodating. He even delivered us some silverware when I didnt pick any up myself. As far as the food goes, I loved the flavor but I wished there were more vegetables.
It was ok. Not the best noodles out there but not bad for a quick bite. The meatballs were excellent and the gyoza or fried dumplings were tasty.
First time ever eating here. I would say overall it was a good experience! I had the spicy peanut chicken with zucchini noodles! Very pleased with the fact that I told Terrance it was my first time eating there he later brought my food and told me they have a satisfaction guarantee if you dont like the food theyll make you something else or get your money back. He even came back and checked on me to see how I liked the food. I did enjoy the food!!!
This was my first visit here. The buffalo chicken with the four cheese macaroni was great! I cant wait to have an opportunity to drive someone else there again so I can try a bite of their food since I generally dont eat out, but I love trying new restaurants. Its the taxi tax that I get the first bite.
I had an easy in-and-out experience with Noodles a little over a week ago. Every time I have gone there the food has been tasty and colorful (depending on what I chose). I would definitely say that Noodles is a great place to bring anyone of any appetite. So far, I have had a few different entrees I would recommend to anyone going, but we did just try the Korean BBQ Meatballs which were exceptional! 10/10 would recommend.
I love Noodles and frequent different locations. This particular restaurant seems very stingy on ingredients. This is the second time Ive had this experience. I ordered an add on of pork and received one large forkful with my very small helping of noodles! Still tasted good though.
I love the Japanese Pan Noodles but half the time I order it tho they dont put any freaking sauce on it! Thats one of the main parts!! My wife gets the same but with extra sauce on the side and every time theres no sauce on the noodles. Just put the sauce on the noodles unless someone orders it without sauce!!! This even happens when I go inside and order. Nobody wants to wait while its cooked again. Happened today when everyone from work ordered. Mine was the only one without sauce. My lord.
Loction is good and convenient but not attractive in the middle of a parking lot. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable on food choices. It would have been 5 stars however the past two times I have visited the restaurant has been out of many items. (four types of noodles, most of the soda, tomatoes, sauce to name a fewThey did make up for it with free drinks.
The food was delicious as usual, people were friendly. One star was removed because the interior feels tired and a bit grimy... I know its not a brand new store or anything, but its definitely showing signs of use and maybe even ill care.
As a fast food pasta place, they do a great job. The staff are top notch. The food is cooked well, but I feel the ingredients are a little too processed. Breaded chicken is about 1/4 inch thick and stiff as a board. Steak seems low quality. This isnt a failure of their ability to cook but more of a failure to our buy quality ingredients as a chain.
I have had exceptional service here at this Noodles & Company. The pasta is fresh, the flavors are exceptional, and the drink machine is out of this world. Who knew that Raspberry Diet Coke would taste so good? Next time you come to this Noodles & Company, pick up one of their rice crispy treats too -- you wont regret it.
