Noodle Zone/ Thai Go-Pho' in Richland
Description
Privilege
The owners are such good people too bad they hire the people they have working for them are rude and not good workers
MoreFirst time grabbing to-go here and will definitely be the last. I ordered Tom kha gai and pad tai which came with white rice. The soup smelled and tasted like it was made with rancid coconut milk, so I had to toss it. And even the white rice smelled like it was sour. ( I didnt know that was even possible. Thankfully the pad tai was decent so it wasnt a total waste of almost $30.
MoreThe chicken terriaki was amazing. Was a huge serving of course I brought home leftovers.
MoreMy kids was sick, wanted wonton soup. The place I usually go was closed. A quart of wonton soup was $12! Literally twice the price of everyone else. Never again!!
MoreI appreciated the manager/owner sharing the reason why their price a little higher than Thai restaurant in Richland for fresh Spring Rolls. Wrappers alone increased by $3.00! Nice quantity and this peanut sauce had a hint of spiciness, very nice. Thank you!
Moregood sevrise ,good food 。Manager is very nice。i like manaher😊
It was amazing me an my nephew had the teriyaki chicken and tofu steamed tom kai gai soup and it was definitely enough to share between the two of us thanks you for the Thai experience
MoreThis place needs better staff. If you don’t like your job, then leave and go somewhere else instead of hanging up 3 times on a customer who is asking about an order. The guy who answered the phone was Hispanic. Luckily I know the owner, so I will talk to her.
MoreFood was not great, grease all over the kitchen and menu, needs a real clean up
I love there chicken teriyaki. And the honeydew with tapioca
I had chicken teriyaki half rice half noodles with mushrooms and veggies plus fresh tofu rolls and Boba drink. It was okay, not the best of Thai Ive had in tri cities. I definitely wouldnt pay nearly $30 again. The food was plentiful but not really with much flavor.PS: the dining area as a whole was sticky and unclean.
MoreYummy pho and their pad Thai is always good! Love the delivery being quick and they have really good boba
MoreThis place is so good. It’s become my go-to lunch spot when I’m in the area! Huge portions and delicious food. I’m especially a fan of the teriyaki, and the boba tea! Yum! It’s prepared fresh, so you’ll wait 10 minutes or so after you order - or just call ahead and it’s ready when you get there. The staff is friendly and efficient.
MoreOne of my absolute favorite restaurants in all of the Tri-Cities. My family has been going to this place 10 + years.Super friendly staff.
MoreGood stuff. Teriyaki chicken with noodles. I dont care for the teriyaki sauce its very see through. I like the thick tasty stuff like yoshidas. But it was good for the money.
MoreTerrible service. Two of our 6 main dishes were messed up even though it was clarified multiple times over the phone what they were supposed to be. The veggie rice had chicken in it, even though we stressed multiple times NO MEAT only veggies. The other dish came with chicken and shrimp and was only supposed to have shrimp. This was for a birthday dinner and the vegetarian at the party wasnt able to eat anything because of the mess up. We live to far away too go back and get it replaced in time. I called to let them know of the mistake and was met with terrible customer service. No apology at all, it didnt even seem like he was actually listening. I was told I could get the dishes replaced for free next time I come in but it seemed like he was just trying to get me off the phone. After saying that the guy hung up. He didnt say sorry for the inconvenience or even have a nice day. Just hung up.
MoreI get chicken Pho to go. Efficient nice cashier. Fresh basil, Yum!. Nicely flavored broth.
MoreBest Pho in Tri-Cities. Best Pad Thai in Tri-Cities.Ive only had bad service here once over literal dozens and dozens of times that Ive eaten here. The staff are wonderful.
MoreVery nice staff, decent pad Thai but the #3 (out of 5was not that spicy, if you like your face to sweat Id go with 4 or 5. Wife had chicken teriyaki and it was good. Large portions. Lunch was 25.00, a bit high but we had leftovers for another meal.
MoreGreat food and customer service! We had the thai iced tea, Pad Kee Mao, sweet and sour chicken, teriyaki yakisoba and green curry. It was all great. Pad kee Mao was my favorite! This restaurant is family run and they are all so very sweet! Will definitely go again!
MoreBest green curry in the USA!!!! The lady is so nive she gave me extra rice!!!! Thank you!!!!
MoreIf you have not tried noodles on and you like a little bit of just different stuff this place makes things to order so I wish I took a picture of my chicken teriyaki but they gave me a helping for four people I swear. It had so much flavor and yumminess to it. This is a bubble tea that I ordered and ordered pineapple and it was so good.
MoreSo weve been ordering food from typho go for 3 years and always loved it even through the covid stuff we help support them constantly by ordering takeout called tonight and they said that we had to come into order we have always ordered take out through them probably wont go back you lost a loyal customer
MoreWent in for the first time today and it was amazing. Got a coconut and taro boba and they were the best boba Ive had in a long time. The tapioca pearls arent soggy or too sweet. Well priced for the size. Definitely coming back.
MoreWas on hold for 10 minutes and the girl who had me on hold kept taking orders for people. She even acknowledged that I was on the phone waiting. My luck every time I call. Hire people who actually enjoy working with customers. Horrible customer service.
MorePossibly one of the poorest customer service. The girl in the front has an attitude resembling a cranky teenager. The phone doesn’t work, so don’t think about calling ahead. Food is very good, but the whole experience is honestly degraded as the first person that you interact with is so incredibly rude.
MoreSurprise! The noodles are delicious! Also the portions are huge on their teriyaki. I struggled to finish it and I am known for my awe inspiring, slightly disturbing, ability to put away food. Definitely recommend giving this a try.
MoreSo good. Everytime I get something new its amazing.Cant go wrong going here. And their Boba teas are super good.Prices are super reasonable, And portions are more thanfilling! Thats a big incentive for me to continue to go back, large portion sizes!
MoreI love thier food. The emerald garlic chicken and honey chicken are the best.
Super nice staff, consistent quality.I wish the pho had less clove flavor but im getting used to it (after a yearand I also wish they made fried tofu pillows as an appetizer. But, theyre fast, easy to call and order from and portions are generous.
MoreIve eaten at almost every Thai place in the Tri-Cities and this is easily the most delicious.
MoreLove friendly, family owned and ethnically authentic businesses! And their hard work doesnt go unnoticed and taste superb. Best boba tea I know of !
MoreEvery time I come to Noodle Zone the girls cashiering are extremely rude..I walked in today just to buy a bubble tea and whatever her name is and I don’t even care to know what it is rudely told me that I needed to get in line..when I did get in line..Next time you flap your mouth pay attention. It’s not necessary to gossip about it to the following customer in Spanish..Customers are what are keeping you employed. So, Mem and John make sure your employees have better customer service..
MoreFood was great. Had the chicken and shrimp combo and bubble tea. Im giving it two stars because the customer service was absolutely horrible. The cashier is not friendly at all. No smile, monotone voice. She even put my bubble tea on different counter than my food and there was a long line blocking both counters, so I had to walk around them all. Wouldve been easier if she put my drink and food together like most restaurants do. She was friendlier to her co workers than me. As soon as she took my order, her voice completely changed. I work at a restaurant and if my attitude was like hers, we would get a million complaints.
MoreGreat place. Always remembers my lunch party. I love that personal attention. Food has always been tasty and hits the spot.Tables are cheap and not comfortable, front door swings open brings in the cold and makes it uncomfortable in there. Right now my go-to place for phó and curry.
MoreI had my reservations about going in based off of previous reviews. But the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was greeted and asked if I had been helped multiple times. They were very attentive. I ended up ordering a mango bubble tea. The bubble tea was delicious! I would go back again.
MoreI cant vouch for their entrees, but the appetizers were far from authentic thai or vietnamese or whatever asian fare they claim to be.Dont order the shrimp tempura. They were placed in the styrofoam container right out of the fryer and had melted to the packaging. The breading was more suitable to chicken strips. No tempura sauce provided; I just got a packet of soy sauce. The salad rolls were not prepared like 99.9% of Pho restaurants Ive ever visited. There was lettuce and shrimp. Nothing finely or uniformly chopped; it should have been served in a bowl as a salad as it fell apart well before finishing it. And the peanut sauce was like hot.....goop.
MoreDecent food. I ordered the Showering Rama, but despite both the menu board and the picture menu showing bok choy, I was served broccoli and the staff argued with me that I was wrong...Peanut sauce served with it was cold. Our food orders came out one in a to go box, one called out from the front, and one brought to the table.Sweet and sour order had "five" little pineapple pieces...so few she forgot about them until she found one.
MoreHorrible, horrible, horrible customer service! I called in a order on 4/14/19 and the girl said 20 minutes. So I go and get pick up my order and waited there for 25 minutes! I was so mad! Then they said they didn’t have any rice after that long wait time. When I got home our food was terrible! The honey chicken and noodles were drenched in sauce and was not edible. It was horrible! We called and complained then they gave us another order of honey chicken and said to come on 4/16/19. My husband called today to order and they said please hold. He was on the phone for 10 minutes and heard the employees just talking and laughing while he just waited on the phone. He was not happy. We used to like this place but after these experiences, they have lost our business
MoreVery good food! They cook your food right there! You get more then you need to eat but thats ok more for later. The flavor is great! I dont think there is anything on the menu thats not good to try!
MoreBad customer service! I think the food is great and the owners are kind and hard working!! But let me tell you i Went after a long walk with my family and the cashier was rude!! Sad i came walking for this and left empty handed. People who dont greet their cutomers, dont smile, and tell you to wait in a rude manner shouldnt even work there. When the owners are there everything runs good or that nice skinny cashier that has been there for years, wish she was there that day, or that i remembered her name. Well they were not there. I really hope that the owners take into consideration that these new people they hire dont like there jobs because if they did people like us would not want to be leaving a bad review. Hope next time the service is better.
MoreI went there with my family, and enjoyed pho. One of my daughters is hard to please, and she didnt like her food. The waitress replaced her food with another plate, and my daughter liked the second one! Great customer service in addition to great tasting food!
MoreI went in when things were slow, ordered the hot and sour soup. Very delicious and was pleasantly surprised by the addition of tomato in the broth (dont know if its typical, but Ive never had it with tomato before). Fairly priced and the service was pretty good.
MoreGreat food worst customer service!. Went in to order on 11/27 @ 7pm and the young lady at the register was not very friendly. She had hickeys on her neck, was chewing gum no smile and all i got when i walked up was "yeah?" But didnt look at me so i was not sure if she was addressing as Proceeded to take my order, asked " what else?" With a flat tone..wouldnt look at me directly when speaking as she was also talking to the cook behind her and telling him "i am not even mad chill " so I had to ask for her to repeat her question, honestly? i agreed with the cook, she looked mad. Did no repeat order and handed me the receipt to sign with a response " Sign"...Nothing pleasant about it. Definitely did not deserve a tip, but I did walk out with a sour experience on customer service, knowing co worker business or issues and knowing the color of her gum.... Being in the customer service/hospitality industry for a while now, i would of failed her on the spot on any audit/secret shopper...definitely needs some training or at least be friendly and smile!
MoreI had the chicken Pad Thai last week on a weekday for lunch and it was really good. Chicken tasted fresh and the plate looked presentable but I went this weekend on a Sunday at 7 in the evening and it had absolutely no flavor and chicken was gross. Tasted old and like they just gave me crumbs of chicken, was really disappointed😏
MorePLEASE keep the place clean looking up the roof is scary the vents are dirty the air is flowing with dirt. the kitchen is dirty everything such as the glass condiments are very greasy. First impressions count. Having a clean restaurant is important it needs a renovation or at least sanitize those tables and old sticky greasy chairs! Have the time to clean this place if you care for your customers because the food is good but were the food is made is bad.
MoreChicken teriyaki as others have said was a huge portion but entirely bland. Greasy, fatty chicken should at least have good flavor but this tasted like it had been boiled. The fresh spring rolls are decent. The largest spring rolls I’ve ever seen. Huge portion doesn’t equal huge flavor though. I have heard that the pad Thai is solid so I will give it one more shot.
MoreThis place is always a great stop for Thai comfort food. Its usually quiet and cool a D has excellent food. Its a bit pricey but very much worth it for the portion sizes and flavor.
MoreBest Pho Ive had in a long time. And the best bubble tea!
Had gone there before for pad Thai noodles. Got a nice plate and it was good. This second visit, I got a to-go box slopped in and they didnt get my spring rolls. Wasnt that busy either. Some of the food was under cooked. I am not going back.
