Noodle Box in Gawler

Great food lovely staff, I ordered the nasi goreng and the kt; it was excellent. The group of girls are lovely, the service was friendly and extremely fast. Very happy!!

Noodle Box advertising $5 small boxes. Yeh right.. until you get in the store and find out you have a choice of 2 very standard boxes. Not full choice. Good ploy to get you into their store.

Ordered on Uber eats ended up getting the wrong sizes, two of the boxes were just noodles and sauce?? Not to mention when I called to let them know the first girl on the phone muttered under her breath “for gods sake” - yeah I heard you. And then went silent for a long time. The next girl told me she would call her boss and then ring me back. It has since been two days. Absolutely do not recommend staff are rude and customer service is LACKING - ISSUE AFTER ISSUE ONCE AGAIN

Love it,punctual service, drinks are costly,clean, hygienic conditions always fresh, the 2 Vietnamese cooks are absolutely gorgeous, funny very heartwarming and thats someone I want to cook for me ,because Im very fussy 🤣 see you again soon girls ,from lady on pink bicycle 😋

Ordered a Laksa which I can only determine was a soup of black bean flavouring mixed was such a shame. In all honestly this was the worse Laksa I’ve ever had in my life and that’s because it was not a Laksa

Just had 3 satay chicken meals delivered, the onion in them is tough and chewy not edible 🥺

Low priority given to walk in customers. Higher priority given to menulog orders. 40 min wait for our food. Only 1 cook too.

Rather dissatisfied with meals $16.00 per x 3 meals ordered. Find they full of noodles hardly anything else a totally ripped off...

The noodles here were terrible. We ended up binning $60 worth of noodles and cooking 2 minute mi goreng noodles instead. They were a lot better and a lot cheaper.

Ordered chicken skewers with satay sauce. Was a bit dry needed more sauce.Ordered chicken green curry, very bland needs more sauce and flavour. Disappointed

Got a satay rice, and its absolutely drenched in sauce, first look I thought it was soup

Definitely not worth coming here, all 3 meals were not good, chicken in all 3 tasted blan and felt like rubber, my satay did not taste like satay.Dont know if chef is no good or if quality of food isnt there.

Was told to "f off" by a rude and abusive employee. Management did not care. Avoid this store like the plague. Their customer service is awful

The food was okay, but the service was not great. Went in and order and waited over 45 minutes for my order. I had to go up twice to the counter and ask how long would my order be, each time they said just waiting on the sides to be cooked (Dim Sims and Spring Rolls). When I got home my noodles were only warm and I live less than 5 minutes away. Disappointed in the service.

I made an order from this place on doordash the pork in the satay rice was rotten the rice was gluggy if I could give this place 0 stars I would I suggest no one goes to this place doordash wouldnt even refund me for the Rotten and food now I believe this store owes me money $27.45

Really unfortunate that the "Create your own" is now just protein and veg or just veg - I would probably be able to just say "I want this, less this and less that" its just too much of a pain for fast food; it was the best thing about this place so I just headed next door - no point heading back after work for the run around.

I do not recommend getting food here. The fried rice was AGAIN dry and bland. The noodles in my other dish were stuck together and this is nto the first time.. But it will be the last!Edit. I know what fried rice is supposed to look like and taste like and yours is not it! Stop making excuses and fix the problems!

The staff have the most DISGUSTING attitude ever especially that overweight blonde lady, the others are too lazy to smile or greet customers politely but this one just blatantly treats every customer so disrespectfully and even YELLS at them and looks like shes never been educated about hygiene and cleanliness. My advice to the owner would be to teach his staff what customer service actually looks like if he doesnt want to lose customers. I know for a fact that my friends and I are never coming back here again.

Wouldnt even give 1 star if I didnt have to. My dinner is inedible. The dim sims were only half cooked through. Barely warm.My Mee goreng was disgusting. Just tasted like uncooked curry powder and Far too much. Have been going to the Salisbury one for years with no complaint.

The staff are not very friendly, couldnt even spare me a bag for my food, so burnt my hand. Not happy.

Some staff members were friendly, and some were very run off their feet and slightly abrupt. My order was late by 25 minutes, but the entire order was correct and had everything organised even the drinks.The food was very good tonight which hasnt always been my experience here.An extra staff member may eliminate the chaotic fluster these staff were under.

Service is terrible, food is ok. Wait time is ridiculous as they seem to prioritise online orders (Menulog/uber eatspeaking of online orders they are quite rude with how they speak with the delivery drivers.

Love this place! I’m Asian so I know real well the asian flavour. Normally order through Uber eat, cause it’s quick.While waiting for food to deliver, (I ordered Kway teow by the way), I read all the reviews up here and actually have a good laugh at all the bad reviews, pretty bias and BS guys :))To all the staff at Noodles Box, especially chef, good work guys, the food was amazing, service is great, keep up the good work ❤️👍🏻

The food is always great and the staff at Munno Para are friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that you removed the build a box self ordering computer and i find i always forget an ingredient trying to order directly. Please bring the system back as this is what made me start coming to Noodle Box all those long years ago :-)

We bought a Chicken and prawn noodles with sweetchili but, chicken taste soo disgusting in the noodles and we asked the old short asian lady to swap them with prawns and she was soo rude and couldnt serve us with our request. 6pm 30-04-2019

Noodle in a box. Amazing.!Very friendly staff and great tasting food. Eat in or take -away.Clean dining area inside and out. A bit pricey but you do get a big serving.I love the Singapore noodles with chicken, its delicious.!

Usually quick service, friendly staff - food very tasty. Enjoy these feeds 2 - 3 x a month as something a bit different

Rude staff. Dont order through menu log app either it will take over 1 an and half hours to be delivered 2 minutes away. Also got burnt rice. However the gawler store is much better so we go there instead.

Some of the food on the menu is ok, however some staff are polite and there is a couple staff members that are not. Ordered food through the app “eat now” when I went to arrive the food was ready which is great however when I walked into the store I was very polite and said hi and the woman behind the counter asked online? And I said yes and she just pointed rudely to the end of the counter and and turned her back. No thank you, no hello, simply put no customer service, made me feel very uncomfortable. So if you want average food and poor service this is the store for you!

Very disappointed it took ten minutes to get through to place an order let alone the woman taking the order could not get my details right, perhaps they should have someone with a good understanding of english managing the phone orders, heres hopeing the food is better than the phone service.

Worst meal we have ever had from there took nearly 2 hours for delivery food arrived warm not even hot should of just settle for 2 min noodles very disappointing

Ordered Sweet & Sour pork with steamed rice & the Hot & Spicy Noodles through the Eat Now app. The noodles were bland & the sweet & sour pork was dry, no flavour & the rice was burnt!! Never ordering from here again. Unimpressed!!
