Nongnooch Tropical Botanical Garden Main Entrance - Tourist attraction in Si Racha, Thailand
Beautiful place located at the outskirts of Pattaya. You can reach this place by tour bus or taxi. It is a beautiful botanical garden with wide variety of plants. We booked tickets through klooknto enter this place. This place is quite big and you need to book bus ride to cover this place . Bus stop at important locations and give around 2o minutes for you to visit the entire place. Snacks and food are affordable here. You need 3 -5 hours in this place. They have vast Bonsai collection. This place is a feast to your eyes. Must visit for nature lovers.
Enjoyed it alot. Pretty big place so get on your comfortable shoes because you will do alot of walking. The price for the admission is a bit high.
A beautiful Park with awesome scenery where we can enjoy the atmosphere with friends and family. It is really good for sightseeing, they also have animal attractions, like elephant shows and also multinational cultural shows in live performance, this place is really nice.
Loads of walking and lovely spend the time sight seeing, you can alway get guided tour well worth a visit
No offend, the whole setup is not convenient for visitor. Actually the whole place is not that big. If u take their inter transport, you may aware it drives through private farms which actually makes you feel fresh & big place. They may drive some road repeatedly. The worst is the map. I personally feel they purposely made it until u can’t navigate. It’s amazing. But frankly speaking, if I have time, I don’t mind to sit some windy place while sipping black coffee there.. another thing, I just don’t like taming animal for show & making money. I don’t understand how human being see them as very smart & intelligent creature. Just imagine how they are trained behind the show. Anyway, that’s my 2 cents.
Nice weekend getaway place for families and especially families with many small kids.Very big park with lot of investments being made towards everything you can see touch etc, that are appealing to eyes and can spend one full day with family and friends.Kids and children will enjoy the place a lot.Restaurants and washrooms are in place.
Nong Nooch Tropical Botanical Garden, located in Pattaya, is a lovely and well-kept garden. There are numerous scenes to view and save just a few clicks. Without a doubt, it is a prominent tourist attraction in the country, and I believe it is a fantastic site in Pattaya to visit with family. There are appealing shows available, and it is a lot of fun. I really enjoyed elephant shows. Elephants are well-trained and can play basketball, football, and paint, among other things. It was quite intriguing. There were also additional performances by different artists that showed the beauty and culture of Thailand. That show is also worthwhile to see.The garden is situated on more than 500 acres of land, and the property also includes two restaurants, a small zoo, a hotel with a pool, and rental homes in the Thai style.Restaurants serve tasty and delicious food, and as an Indian, Im really happy with all the Indian food they have provided, It does made me feel like I was in my home land. Additionally, there were dancers and musician played as the food was being served. They performed dance in indian songs and they were dressed in Indian garb. These must be really appreciated.
Tickets prices varies, during covit is cheaper. Not accessible if you dont drive.Dont count on Grab car if you intent return back to the pattaya city, i think it is highly impossible to book a Grab car. HUGE parking lot which can accommodate few hundreds of cars. Recommended to book a tour on a tram within the compound as the tram will bring you places not accessible by foot. Feed elephants if that is your kind of thing. My favorite is all the fancy cars on display. This place is more of a one time visit and forget kind of tourist attraction.5 stars 🌟 given as it is a beautiful place.
Beautiful place! Loved it! Although a lot of walking around is needed and it is easy to get lost around if you are not good with maps or directions. There are some shops but we didnt find any vegetarian options so dont know about that!
One amongst the top 10 beautiful gardens on earth. Such a lovely place. Yet to be fully developed. Though you need to walk a little longer, worth walking and viewing all the beautiful sights.
It was amazing the collection of trees around the world and beautifully arranged and displayed. Amazing indeed for trees lover and appreciate the beauty of nature .
Ahh what can I say about this place... Is it a garden? Well yeah but I think this is closer to a dinosaur park. For me the floral part was a bit underwhelming, but the almost life size statue of dinosaur was surely impressive. There is so many dinosaur here and definitely a place to bring your kid if they like dinosaur.
Wonderful garden to visit and spend time here. A whole day needs to be planned to visit this garden. Its better to get a vehicle to visit the entire garden.if we wish to walk we cant cover the whole garden. Food stalls are available inside. In addition to the garden visit they organize a thai culture show in a big and beautiful indoor arena was awesome. After this show the elephant show was planned. Can witness the wonderful play of Cute and big elephants. I felt the elephant was well treated. That needs to be appreciated one.Dont encourage the driver or guide to book tickets at the venue.I used klook to book entry tickets and I paid rs 3530 Indian rupees for 2 adults and a kid ( includes all the shows, bus ticket but not buffet. If we purchase tickets at entry it will goes around Rs.5500/-. So utilize this app for tickets.
Amazing world, once entered, forget everything else...need atleast 5 to 6 hours. When in Pattaya, must visit. Cactus, bonsai, gardens, cars, dinosaur garden, temple, etc...etc... Lots of things to see and enjoy
Real interesting place to visit. The only place I know where you can see cactus village with life sized dinosaurs, even the brontosaurus !.... and 2 garages full of amazing cars, trucks and other automotive hardware.Well worth the visit and reasonably priced too
Beautiful garden. Well maintained. They have excellent shows. Its a good one day thing to do in pattaya. We took a ride/ car to go to all the points. As its too big to walk around its better to take a ride. Not too expensive and worth a try if you are okay with a little walking. There’s cultural show, different countries cultural dancing n all and there’s elephants show.
A good place to visit for kids. The park has dinosaur theme area and other animals sculptures also. They have guided tour shuttle bus services but its in Thai language. So not so attractive for foreigners. Can take good pictures.
This place doesnt make any sence to me. Its a topical garden and every where there are statues of dinosaurus animals, giant insect etc. They seemed to be placed at random and dont really seem to make up any logica theme. Then at one point there is a place with classical cars and other vehikels and to fit the inlogical structure, in that same place there is a kitty centre where you can pet cats and donate money to buy them food. This place makes no sence and then the entrance prices arent cheap either. As a foreigner i had to pay 500 baht to enter, this price wasnt worth it...
Not actually a garden its a dinosaur theme park. The artificial dinosaurs are really distracting and some even have sounds. Why would someone want to enjoy walking through the garden with dinosaur sounds. Would rate 0 if I could.
If you are tired of beaches in Pattaya, this is a Must-go garden visit for a half-day. Not crowded during the post-covid period so its pretty chill to walk around and take photos. The whole garden is clean and well maintained, except for a bit smelly around the elephant zone.Highly suggest buying the ticket for in-garden shuttle bus (150 THB/person), freely hop on hop off, which can bring you around the restricted area (shuttle bus access only), and especially save your energy under the 35 degrees!
Have Promotion Juli, pay 300 bath for 2 person for entry ( no showstake a walk for more than 4hours to enjoy the this tropical paradise in Thailand.A must see when you stay Pattaya.
Well-deserved one of the Top Ten Gardens in the World. Must visit and bucket-list to Pattaya, Thailand. Entrance fee 500 thai baht per adult for tourists (2 tier pricing for Thais and Foreigners / Tourists).
One of the best places to visit near Pattaya when you go with your family.Beautiful gardens all over the place. A very huge parking. Tickets required.Elephants are there who perform and get clicked in different poses.Canteen present.Sight seeing bus present and is must to see the entire garden. There is a great car display which are superb cars.Must take a picture of map for best navigation in the park as is very bigGreat place for family day
The village is really beautiful! There are various types of gardens there like cactus garden and pottery garden. Facilities like washrooms, drinking water and food places are there everywhere.
Initially the 500 baht entry fee seemed a bit steep. However, entering in and seeing the high standards they have maintained makes it well worth it. The money goes towards staff who keeps the garden tidy, beautiful, and photo worthy. The painted animal figures are in excellent condition and do not look worn from the sun.Inside has a food court that is priced for locals.Very affordable. There is a sight seeing bus for 200baht per person that last for 40 minutes.Only downfall was they offer elephant riding which is unethical. Didnt take photos of it.
Very large. Lots of plants and things to see. There are many differnt areas which offer different feels.Recommend: buy a bus ticket to go around the garden. Otherwise, you will not be able to walk to all of them! You can see elephants and parrots there. The elephants can pose with you for the photos. There are cafes and restarants inside. I recommend Belinee as it offer a variety of drinks and bakeries. They also sell trees and pots in front, with reasonable prices.Must bring a hat/ an umbrealla. As its very sunny and heaty.
A Very Good place for the day tour. They will provide you Tuktuk type Vehicle from there their is lot of greenery plants. And many type of green grass land plants. Artificial animals , and beautiful garden. Most exciting things is the elephant show. The elephant there is very talented they play with you. They know how to interact with tourist. Overall its good place to spend times with your loved one and with family. Must visit place. We traveled in the full group it was fun moments. Very peaceful place.
Well maintained and lot of Wonderful plants. Very greenish. It has a lot of things to explore so take time to explore.Visit the theatre show the play is very excellent 👌
Allow a good part of your day to explore this beautiful Oasis.500 acres of amazing gardens, animalsI highly highly recommend this place and you will not be disappointed.
One of the best garden of world, you can eat there, and if you want to roaming properly you need atleast one day. If you visit Bangkok, then this is the must visit place.
If you come to Pattaya family trip, you can enjoy it by spending half a day It takes about 2 hours to watch elephant shows and take a circular shuttle, but if you want to relax and enjoy it, lets visit with some time.Because its so hotHowever, if you are running out of time, pay 200 baht and if you take the shuttle, dont get off in the middle and sit until the end.And if you have kids, you have to get off.As soon as you get off, you have to work hard for the kids Its such a beautiful place to see
Must visited place when come to Thailand. Top ten most beautiful garden in the world. Overall is great, Large parking, easy to buy ticket,Facilities is great in resonable price and Staff is absolutely great all parts, Prepare your phone memory and Battery. You will take a lot of photos and videos when you come first time :)
Excellent place for kids . They can enjoy Elephant show and Card display.Large Dinosaurs statues and other animals statues are there . Good place for one day tour with Kids.
Well… much reviewed place so I won’t bore you with things you can read elsewhere.. I’m here to tell you that there is a cat petting area!!!!!! OMG.. go view all the nice exhibits then at the car showroom come and enjoy the fluffiness of the cats 😊
If you never been there, it is quite nice to visit. Gardens are all well managed. It is quite hot though but there is a bus tour where it takes you around different parts of the garden and you can hop on hop off - 150baht extra per person. Or you can very well walk, theres an over head walk way around the park. Food is not that expensive compared to other touristy places but food is only eat-able, dont expect anything great. Elephant show is a must - an unseen even for Thais.
Yes, you have decreased your entrance fee but increased many extra fees. For example, your elephant with some ‘good heart ‘ staff uses a tourist device to take photos and ask pay money(before there didnt tell you )and another one they only have an elephant who asks them to do some show and ask for a fee. This is no reason why your elephant is so alone and uses a chain to restrict him. I think the could pandemic let your profit down, but be treat to your animal. If someone wants to visit there I wish you buy some banana to elephant eat instead of paying some fee to whom good heart but ask you pay.
Nice day trip from pattaya. But don‘t expect many plants or explanations about them. There are more life-size figurines of dinosaurs and every other animal than plants. 100 penguins are standing next to hundred kangaroos and snow owls. Only a small area contains ald trees, beautiful plants and a lake. The entrance fee is quite pricy (500 Bahtand you need to pay much more to get on a bus to bring you to the nursery. You can feed elephants in chains and some mini deers laying on the concrete.
This place is part Disney, part Jurassic park and part botanical gardens. Wonderful place to spend an afternoon. Its about 600 acres so plan on spending a good amount of time to see everything. You have different ticket choices that give you different privileges; to see shows, ride the bus, etc, so do some research before you get there. They usually have some kind of specials but be sure to read the fine print. Thoroughly enjoyable.
This is the most extraordinary place, perhaps one of the top ten modern wonders of Thailand and rated the 9th best Botanic Tropical Garden in the World by Wanderlust. The "Garden in the Sky" housed within two enormous indoor halls and best seen from the Skywalk is just amazing. The 500 acre site is a combination of Jurassic Dinosaur Park and Tropical Gardens, its certainly worth the Foreigner 500 Baht entry fee.But there was one disturbing aspect to my visit which I must urge all Thai or Foreign visitors not to patronise. Please, it is NOT ethical to keep elephants chained to railings for the publics entertainment/amusement. If the owners read this review, I urge them to adopt the Ethical Standards of the Elephany Sanctuaries created initially by Lek in Northern Thailand. It is a disgrace to see Elephants treated in this way, and I hope anyone reading this review will support my stance in demading an end to such cruel practices. It was clear to me that some of these animals were in distress. Owners, its time to adopt a better ethical standard.
The garden is really nice! It is so fun just walking around and looking at everything. The sad things is that they still have elefants with tight chains. Would give it 5 starts if the remove all the animals from the park.
If you are in Pattaya area, make sure to plan to visit this place. It’s 500 acre tropical garden with lot of artwork, temples, statues and gardens. There are a lot of elephants where you can ride and also take pictures with them.
Foreigner ticket 500thb, Thai 300thb with now promotion 50thb diacount or 2 Thai 1 free 1. Not sure upto when the promtoion will end but peoplw who vaccined 3 dosed are welcome for FREE ENTRANCE. The parking space is big also the garden is very big to finished walking up everthing in a day. The most Impression here is about how they maintain all those plants they still look fresh and lively 👍👍👍👍👍
Thus place is blessing for garden lover. Its very huge garden. Best one for photography lover. We visited this place in 2018. It was unforgettable experience.
a very beautiful tropical garden, especially the cactus area, the topiary, the italian and french gardens: a botanists delight. and more fun than expected with the dinosaurs all around you. entertainment guaranteed for everyone. i dont necessarily recommend the buffet and I totally disapprove the treatment of the elephants there .
Very interesting and unexpected experience. The gardens were very well landscaped with various dinosaurs positioned in the different themed gardens. area is HUGE. Not too crowded. Feels a bit like Jurassic park and did not expect this, looking from the outsideOffers a tour on a bus for a fee, which is beneficial for people who cant or dont want to walk much. Has restaurants and food court, though food isnt that great. Provides wheelchair for rent. Plenty of parking space provided.
Parking: It is not crowded. Not too many people during CoVid. Easy access to park in.Place: It is very beautiful, nice, and amazing. I went here before. Some areas were under construction. But now the place is full of life and nature. I will come here again in December when everything is green. If you want to find a garden or somewhere to look at flowers, this is the perfect place, especially for tourists. This place is one of the top 4 gardens in the world. As an American, I will come here every time for my visit. There are millions of trees and flowers to see. For the whole day, it might take 3 to 4 hours to walk and see the whole thing.
Costs 500 Baht to enter and note that its a very big garden. There are lots of food and drink options even during covid times. It can get hot and note that there are not many taxis or grab cars in the area due to its rural location.
Words do not capture the intricate level of meticulous detail that is involved in the design, upkeep and maintenance of this Garden. Every step you take, and everywhere you look appears to have been designed to stimulate all your individual visual and auditory senses (with classic music like Patsy Cline, Frank Sinatra, overhead, takes you back in time). Even more special, if you have loved ones that enjoy dinosaurs, this is indeed a place to visit... Im not an expert, but they seem to display all the dinosaurs known to man!! ที่ยอดเยี่ยมครับ
I usually avoid what I call tourist traps, but on this occasion friends told me it was free entry if you were double Vaccinated. I am glad that I did. I had 3 hours enjoying the gardens and hot houses with the vast array of plants. OK some of the Dinosaurs and other animals are a bit Kitsch, but the detail od the workmanship is very good, and the gardens are spread out, so if you are willing to walk and explore its great fun. There are hop on hop off buses so its easier to get around. and plenty of food and drink stops to take your money. A very good day out for a family. Get their early because it looks like it has car parks for 20,000 cars.
It was adventurous and I cant believe its wide and huge garden. I like this place I was enjoyed when I went there. A lot of area you can take a picture and its nice arrangements of the flowers..
