Really good food but terrible service, the girl who attended our table always ignored us, acting so rude when we trying to order.

One of the best Ramen soups I had in Kiev and Moscow. The strong tonkotsu broth they use here was almost like one used in real Japanese places. But if you ask me , it was still a bit far from being ideal - not that creamy and thick enough. But I was too happy to find the first properly cooked soft-boiled egg.Also, it was a bit disappointing they didnt have menma even as an extra option - is it that hard to get in Ukraine?Japanese rolls on the other hand werent that great - a tasteless salmon and the soy sauce was too sweet.

If you have diabetes or hypertension just order Гьодза

The best ramen in this city!Adding Singapore sauce to broth makes it simply perfect!

Taste isn’t totally wrong compared to Tokyo one. But as for Tsuke Men, soup is too thick. In Japan it is never that thick. Soup need to be added. And the noodle is way toooooo soft. I’ll come back but ask for harder noodle next time.

The sushi was below average. We tried ramen and their lunch special. Nothing special.

The manager was very rude, she wasnt even responding to me, when I got up to go to her she looked back and said ill come to you.I spent 20 minutes waiting for someone to attend to us, the menu isnt in english and no one speaks English.So good luck getting your order right.The manager is the one wearing blue.

Nice place, good placement, prices normal for Kyiv. They also have happy hours when the price is lower

The Gyoza is the best, especially the source are tremendously tasty ✨🎉,Fried chicken with noodle are good.The Tukemen is somehow sour in after tastes which its not enjoyable. You should fix it, to make this Musashi better.

Awefull ramen, broth is not rich. Initially, the broth was not hot, rather slightly warm. This was alarming, in the end the ramen was terrible. I do not recommend this institution

The lunch special is very a great deal. The staff is always friendly. Also a digital nomad and remote worker friendly location.

after we took a place waitress came in 15 mins, despite the restaurant is really small and we sat in the middle of it.and my personal disappointment is no hot water in the restroom (most popular city centerwhile weather was about 16 degrees below zero.

It was good. I got myself some pork ramen and fried rice with veggies and it was super tasty. It is super affordable and the waitress was nice.

Great place with good quality dishes and service. I really like the vegetarian noodle soup with coconut milk. Having the mobile app is a plus if you are a regular here.

Ive shared this complaint before but apparently it was not enough to make changes happen. Rice in the sushi rolls is not what it should be. Rolls fall apart when you try to pick them up with chopsticks and its a mess. The last time I ordered sushi here they were so poorly made that I wanted to return them but took pity at my waitress (it was a busy hour). I hope you take a closer look at what you serve to your customers because I really like this place.

Great as always. I in love with Menya Musashi restaurants. If you interested in Japanese cuisine I would suggest this please. Besides great food, there are cozy atmosphere in these restaurants.

Had to wait for 15 minutes in an empty restaurant totally ignored before making a call to this very restaraunt and asking if they had any strike, noodle supplies disruption or whatever, which could explain this situation. Shameful service. If I were not a loyal customer , would leave immediately. On a positive note. The food is good and ramens are the way they should be.

Super delicious japanese food!! Also very close to maidan.The servers speak english ok. The food and especially the prices make everything just amazing!! Try the pork gyoza! I would definitely go back to this restaurant if i was back in the ukraine.

Have been here about 10 times so far. Always satisfying. Discount prices in the afternoon. This was the restaurant where I learned that in Ukrainian restaurants, all beef is referred to as veal. So order the "veal" and enjoy.

If you want to try a ramen, this is the main place to find one. They also serve sushi, rice and noodles. Prices are medium (as for Ukraine). As for everyday lunch, it is a great choice.

There was a time this ramen place served a good ramen noodles in the past about a year ago; summer of 2018. But the food became so inconsistent lately. Some time their broth is too thin, and some time it’s too thick. Wondering if the chef checks the broth. Today it tasted like a rotten kimchi. Being in another country, I have been easy on my critique, but I guess it’s time for them to bring the expert and fix the problem.

Tasty Japanese restaurant. Menya Musashi is located in one minute by a walk from Khreshchatyk metro station.Here you can have one of the best soup in the center of Kyiv. Also you can find other Japanese dishes. There are a lot of expats to have lunch here. Good idea to bring your kids with you.Restaurant provides lunch menu.You do not leave this place hungry (and angry :).

Regularly eating lunch there. Excellent before today. Staring from today the soups are awful. Impossible to eat. Smells real bad and disgusting. When commented to waiter he advised to add soy souse to ramen...

Place is nice. But during lunch time waiting time is up to 30.min instead of 15 as waiter said. Soups are good but noodles were without souce.

Do not order the duck noodles! If youll order that you might find bones in your noodles like I did when it stabbed me in my mouth... my wife ordered sea food noodles and she had shrimps tentacles and the dish wasn’t as tasty as you’d think...when i showed the staff the bone they said ok do you want us to make a new one and that’s it... bottom line stay away

Real ramen and like real Asian serving sizes unlike most Ukrainian places that serve Asian noodle soups that are too small. Sometimes let down by inconsistency (same dish can have more or less soup, saltiness, etc. depending on which day you goand patchy, unsystematic table service

Eye rolling rude waitress and mediocre foodMy husband and I went to this restaurant a week ago. We ordered one vegetarian and one non vegetarian noodle soup and wanted to order gyozas for both of us. It was 8 pieces so I thought they would make it half and half. When I asked the waitress named Анна, if she could make half of them vegetarian she just said “no”. No explanation, no “sorry” to soften the impact of her firm “no”.We ordered two bottled beers. One of them came warm and the other one hadn’t been to the fridge. She opened them without us noticing that they were not cold. We said ok to the warm one but the other one was seriously like cat piss. I noticed with the first sip and asked the waitress to please bring me a new one. If it was a different beer but cold it was ok. She asked me if I drank this beer. I said of course how else would I know? She rolled her eyes and took the beer and came back in ten minutes with the same beer and told me that if I wanted she could put a tap and put the beer in the fridge. This is like one of the best things I have heard in my life. You think this would sound absurd to all the people in the world but apparently this girl Анна thought it was a wonderful solution. I had to explain how this beer wouldn’t be cold in such a short time and sitting around like that would make the gas go away. She was acting like she was the boss and she had to pay for the beer. She discussed about this a lot and her attitude and tone were extremely rude.She brought me a slightly colder beer at the end and a very salty noodle soup. When she asked us how we liked the food I said the soup is very salty. Without hesitation Анна said “maybe it’s you”. (That’s when I thought maybe she put in it half a bottle of soy sauce because the color was pretty dark)I have been to over 30 countries and never have I met such a unique character. Either Анна hates her job or she has a mental problem.To sum up I don’t recommend this restaurant, the food is not good enough to put up with this weird attitude.

Disgusting food!! Too salty or not salty enough, too dry or too cold... Sushi had not salmon, but fat of salmon which was impossible to eat! Personnel are friendly but brought us wet plates. When we tried to change them they brought wet ones again. I love other Menya Musashi restaurants but will never visit this one again.

I would have given 5 stars if my wallet hadnt been stolen there c: The food and service is really great, but Ive asked them twice to look into security cameras and they said that they would call me, but it never happened, so I am a bit sad :c

Really good place and service. Waiters and waitresses are really kind. They have really big menu and dishes are tasty in general. Dont forget to drink Japanese tea :(thanks for good service Anna)

I was interested in this Ramen and gyoza shop in Kiev. It is not so easy in these days to find good ramen shop even in japan despite may shops and new type of ramens introduced here and there. As a ramen lover, I am not fully happy with the noodle and soup of this ramen. The tastes might have adjusted to meet local tongue. But the pork slice, was delicious and nori gives nice flavor. Gyouza filled full with pork meat only but without vegetable ingredients was a surprise for me and too heavy. The sauce came along with the gyoza was not soya sauce, I am still wondering what is it. I expected the ramen and gyoza come together at the once but gyoza came long after ramen served as if it is a desert.

Nice clean place with good quality food.Reasonably priced, fairly good service and standards. One of those places you often go to and never have issues.

Very nice place! Liked it a lot, but with they have more beef or veal options. Also ramen has way too much noodles, but thats just my picky point.Definitely recommend
