Noble Bistro Oakville in Oakville

Poor customer service. Insecure chef came out yelling back at the complaint of raw salmon. Left without finishing dinner and was charged in full. Unacceptable.

I am very disappointed with our experience at Noble Bistro. We were a party of 8. The service was slow, half of us got our meals and other half waited, and by the time it came, others were done eating. The steak was thin and small and not very hot (nothing like eating a warm steak). The hot appetizers came on the table barely warm… one of the meals was forgotten completely. The kitchen sent out some Tacos to make up for the screw up, which was thoughtful, but when the meal did come, which was the salmon dish, it was missing the tiger shrimp and was extreme undercooked. We were all very upset and when we did complain, it wasn’t received well. Instead of just apologizing and moving on, the cook took it very personally and escalated the issue beyond any acceptable level. Nothing like I have ever seen. It was a disaster of night. Will not be going back.

We celebrated a family birthday party in the restaurant’s private room recently (for 20 ppl).Great, large & intimate room with dedicated staff, bar, washrooms, direct access from outside (down a staircase& inside, sound system, large TV, Wifi access, coat room & ceiling party lights! All you need for a great private event!!!The staff was extremely accommodating, friendly, helpful, organized and generally amazing!!! We were allowed to go in a few hours earlier to decorate.Food & drinks were delicious & beautifully served!I would highly recommend it!!!

Excellent food overall. Will be back for sure. The paella was amazing, and the sea bass was melt in your mouth. Be patient for Service. Everyone is struggling at the moment. The food will delight you.

Had a reservation for 8pm, restaurant was supposed to close at 10pm. Due to a major car accident on the highway, arrived at 8:20 and was told by the host that the chef decided to close the restaurant early as "it wasnt worth the money to keep it open until 10." Had to leave and find another restaurant.

We hoped for a decent seafood dinner, but it appeared all food was deep fried, too much marinated and small portions. Not recommended if you are looking for a seafood restaurant. On request of the restaurant, to clarify what we ordered: seafood antipasto (small portion, too spicy, overcooked), paella (worst paella we have tried, not fresh, fried rice a bit of seafood), lobster bisque ( too thin texture etc). All my family had upset stomach after the dinner.

Good service and environment. The soup was ok and boderline curry style spice levels. The paella was over cooked and over spiced. Better to say its not available then to serve borderline spoiled food spicing it up. Me and my wife felt effects and my son had a stomach ache and couldnt fall a sleep for an hour. All the best.

Food was delicious! The truffle pasta was incredible, the snow crabs were sweet and meaty, and the Watermelon salad is a must!!!

Lobster bisque was great, and was only $10. It was a great value and the service was great, friendly staff and great food. Would recommend.

The service was good, but food is not and overpriced, Im not impressed with the lobster bisque, it couldve been hotter and thicker. Both my wife and I had sick stomach after the meal.

Staff are friendly and polite. Hostess greeted us promptly and acknowledged us. Our server was great, we did not feel rushed. All of the dishes we ordered were amazing! We love seafood and nothing saddens us more when majority of restaurants we’ve been to serve seafood with a funky smell and taste.Noble bistro aced the way they prepared their seafood!! Everything tasted fresh and dishes were well seasoned. Kudos to the whole team for preparing and serving a great meal for my family!!

It’s good, the cook on all the seafood was absolute perfection which is difficult to find in many restaurants. There’s a few reasons I wouldn’t give this a 5 are the the following:1. The lobster linguine had a shell of the claw, tail and leg. I presume this was to make it mimic the effect you would get with claw meat or a whole tail, but I could have done without. Rule of thumb, if it’s not edible reconsider putting it on the plate. HOWEVER, this dish is amazing and not to be overlooked at all.2. The age demographic. As young individuals it what frustrating to listen to all the complaints and issues the older tables kept having and it made up genuinely feel bad for the staff. If you’re old and prone to complaining please don’t come here and ruin the experience for everyone else. Learn some flexibility and compassion.3. The service was on the slower end but if you’re not starving that shouldn’t be an issue.Overall, Noble is a great seafood spot in Oakville and that alone should draw you to come here.

My family and I visited Nobles for the first time today to celebrate Mothers Day. The staff was very pleasant and the resturant was clean and cozy.The food was way overpriced and our meal was just mediocre. Nothing special about this restaurant why I would recommend it or why I would return for another visit. Sorry I was not impress.

Good seafood restaurant. The food was fresh and tasty. Service was good too. Considered the size of each dish, the price was a little bit high. Am I going back? Eh... Maybe.

First time we went it was decent so we decided to go back after we got an email about their Valentine’s set menu. Nice presentation but food was just average this time around. My husband’s lobster tail tasted off after I tried his and mine for comparison. Maybe just an off day for them.

Ordered Lobster Bisque (if more creamy and adding a bit of Lobster meat in, then would be great), and Lobster Linguine for the main course (the bread is very crispy and the sauce is just right). Overall, very good restaurant with nice representation and friendly staff with nice service as well. (food: 4.5 stars / service: 5 stars)

We had made reservation after reading the great reviews which we drove two hours to get to for a night out. We ordered a decent appetizer of avocado bread and oysters. For 12 oysters we received hardly any mignonette but that is not the issue. The most upsetting part of this experience was with my main dish. I ordered the seafood platter the most expensive meal on the menu. It was said to come with vegetables as a side and a large amount of seafood. The plate was underwhelming but I saved the large crab claw and crab leg for last which sat on three pieces of spinach (the vegetable side dish). When I opened the crab leg it was sludge, not white meat but gooey sludge. I took one bite and knew it was under-cooked. All of the crab meat I did not eat, an $80 plate.I told the waiter who looked at the pile of crab and said nothing to me in return. He just took the plate and dismissed me. Didnt ask if I wanted something else, didnt ask if he could do anything, nothing.Terrible service. Paid our bill and left. You would think when you are paying those type of prices the service would be up to par. Will not be returning.

Very nice place, good food and pleasant service. I’ve planned to come for a period of time, and finally walked in and luckily got a table in patio in late evening. I noticed the plastic curtains for indoor tables which feel safe and distance with neighbor table. I have recommended to my friend.

Absolutely amazing seafood. Price slightly higher than the average restaurants, but definitely worth it.Had their seabass, seafood platter, lobster pasta and bisque. The grilled calamari and scallops were cooked to perfection, not something easy to find. The stars are 100% contributed to the food quality.Service, staff, environment would have brought this down to a 3/4 stars, but Ill try not to pull down the rating during this hard time.

Had been in Oakville for a few days and was really waiting for an opportunity to make it in for dinner. Did not disappoint, the service was very friendly and attentive with good recommendations.Its nice to find such a positive place, especially when I had looked forward to the menu.The scallops and grilled shrimp were bang on. Presentation wonderful and the king crab was phenomenal.Worth the price. Very grateful for the meal.

Professional food, friendly staff, nice patio... The service is a bit too slow

The food is always top notch. Good quality but more of a taster than an actual meal. The patio is right next to the gasoline emitting vehicles passing by. Im also upset they raised the prices for Fathers Day. The server on the other end, was slacking. Forgot parts of my order and I have a feeling he didnt ring in the food on time because our reservation was for 7 and the food didnt come out till after 8. And they want to charge 25$ each person if you dont show up for the reservation? When we were waiting for our bill he was chatting with the kitchen staff. For such an expensive restaurant the server needs to be up to par. He didnt even introduce himself. He was the taller red faced dude. I visited 7pm on Fathers Day. Ive worked in this industry and I think he needs to be properly trained. I just expected more for a bill over 350.

Ordered take away, and was blown away by the quality and flavours. Tried a few specials as well as the paella. Would highly recommend the blackened scallops with mango salsa if available. It is so fresh, with bright flavours and it’s light. Perfect for warm weather. Can’t wait to be able to eat at restaurants again - we’ll be the first in line for any patio seating!

This is by far one of my favourite restaurants. The service is wonderful and the food is delicious! We will definitely be eating here again. *chefs kiss*

I got the soft shell crab as my appetizer, snow crabs legs for my main, and the molten chocolate lava cake for my dessert! The food was amazing, I have never ate seafood that tasted that good! Great food and service.

If you are looking for quality in both the food and service, this is the place to go! I have dined in for the first time here about 3 weeks ago. The food is delicious and staff are very friendly and polite. I enjoyed it so much, that I went back again for my Mothers birthday. I highly recommend this restaurant. My husband and I ate at Noble for the first time last weekend. Right from the start our waiter was not friendly at all. I ordered the chicken but he brought me salmon then didnt even apologize. We had to wait another 20 mins for my chicken and our waiter never once came to check up on us. Had he been apologetic and offered us some bread or noticed that our wine bottle was turned upside down, we would have forgiven him. My husband and I are both very understanding to the tough times everyone is going through. Having said that, we left a 25% tip (not for the serverfor the cooks as our meal was absolutely excellent. My chicken was the best Ive had in a very long time and my husband found his sea bass delicious. We will certainly return. We will just asked for another server.

Food was amazing! Absolutely no complaints. Had the grilled calamari, the cesar salad, oysters and shared a lobster linguine. They all were delicious and just wish there was more calamari!

First time dining at Noble Bistro and I was not disappointed. Opted for getting a variety of appetizers rather than a main course and everything was excellent. The mussels in white wine sauce were incredible and the grilled calamari was so flavorful and perfectly grilled. The appetizers come in three different serving sizes which is a great option so you dont have to commit to one appetizer particularly if you want to try an assortment.Throughout my whole experience dining inside, I felt very safe. The staff were wonderful, the restaurant was very clean and there are tasteful looking plastic barriers between each table that did not affect the overall look of the restaurant. In fact, it was nice to have a "private" section where you arent sitting on top of your neighbour and hearing their conversation. I would recommend Noble Bistro to everyone and will be definitely going back again.

For a couple hours I was able to go back to a time where we felt safe to enjoy ourselves and our meals without the stresses of our new lives. The screens they have between tables not only serve a purpose but were built to look like they belong.The food was exquisite and the service was fantastic. The rainbow trout and prawn dinner I chose was an off menu special that night and oh boy am I glad I got it.Highly rated and highly recommend for your outing

We went for my mother’s birthday and it was amazing! The seafood antipasto was a great start to explore all the seafood variety. My mother had the lobster linguine and I had the salmon which were both delicious! They also had a surprise cake for my mothers birthday, very sweet. Would come again and highly recommend!

Had a wonderful dinner. The restaurant is pristinely clean, set up very safely for these crazy times were living, and most importantly the food is AMAZING. Did I mention the incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff? A wine was suggested to us that went perfectly with the devine calamari and soft shell crab appetizers as well as the lobster pasta I had. Everyone there creates a calm and cool atmosphere and are genuinely kind. Couldnt have asked for a better experience for an impromptu weekday night dinner. Already booked a reservation to go again.

Love love loved dinner here! An impromptu decision with no reservation, and they very graciously accommodated us. For dinner, we had grilled calamari as an appetizer, king crab legs with the sauce directly from heaven as a main, and Creme brûlée for dessert. The entire experience was lovely. Both the hostess and server Cliff were very personable. Highly recommend.

What an amazing experience. From the hospitality to the delicious meal, this was a classy place for a date. The presentation of the seafood platter was like nothing Ive ever seen, and Ive lived on both sides of the Pacific at coastal cities for years. I was particularly impressed by the delicateness of the scallops, which will have me coming back for more on the next round. We came just in time for the reopening and the excellent service under new conditions continued without skipping a beat. Bravo, Noble Bistro.

Absolutely delicious meal. Chef Adam is a genius. Starting off with the beer salad, although simple in its presentation, the development and layers of flavour were beautiful. Moving onto the Cod accompanied with carrot purée and beans just melted in my mouth. Ending the meal with the sticky toffee pudding ended just how the meal started - delicious ! Thanks to the amazing servers Tim and Cliff for making the overall experience just as amazing as the food.

We went for the taste of Oakville dinner and it was amazing. I had the tuna tartare which was so flavourful. I chose the duck for the entree. Ive never had duck before and will definitely choose this again as it was delicious! The servers were knowledgeable and attentive. Kudos to the chef and his staff at Noble Bistro for a great experience!

Sunday noon, 5-6 tables，not full，only one waitor and one chef in the restaunant. But quality of food and service was still as good as normal, suprised!

Noble Bistro in Oakville is a lovely higher end resturant but not stuffy. Clean and modern decor with a welcome atmosphere. Waiting staff are well trained and pleasant. You will enjoy this restaurant if you are not the rushed impatient type. And it is well worth the little wait. Food is good but not great. The desert was very good... They also have outdoor patio that is more casual.

Great ambience and service. Theres a good variety in the menu, and the food quality was good value for the price.

Great experience. Fantastic food, good service, clean, nice ambiance (music and lighting). I think they have completely different seasonal menus though. Our favorite dishes from our visit in the summer werent listed when we came back in the winter.

This place offers a truly phenomenal food experience - nothing short of purely fantastic food. Their chefs are not just good, they are excellent, able to cater to any dietary need and even whip up incredible vegan dishes from scratch. I have been back 7 times in the past 4 months and I have never been disappointed. Combine the culinary excellence with great service and an impressive wine list and you simply cannot go wrong - it is 5 star quality food that just delivers on everything you hoped for. It is on the pricey end, but this matched my expectations for the quality of the food. Lunch however, is incredibly reasonable with the last two bills costing me 40 and 50 dollars respectively. I could not recommend more to go there.
