I really like to visit the history museums
Szép épület, gyönyörű szökőkutas parkkal. Mindenképp megéri arra sétálni. Belül nem voltam.
Amazing place
Nice food across fountain square
Əla idi, bu cür maraqları olan insanlarla birgə getməyi məsləhət görürəm.

Be sure to use the help for details
the front of the building with the statues is just amazing
Cool
One of the must visit place if you have interest in history. It is advisable to take a guide for better experience. The guides are very knowledgeable.
Price for locals is 5 manat, for students is 2 manat, for foreigner is 10 manat. All in all,its more about local literature,it can be interesting if you read about it. I liked exposition about poets . Stuff was so nice, they explained me everything, just pity that its prohibited take photo there
This place is just at the edge of nizami street , near McDonalds
Even with just a slight interest for literature and poetry, this museum is a must if you visit Baku. The guide manages to paint a good picture of the history of the country from a literary perspective. That combined with the historic building the museum occupies, is well worth the several hours spent.
5 euros four the ticket. It took me 10 minutes to understand where the entrance was.The entrance was not that impressive, so I decided to skip the visit and save 5 euros
Great!

Fantastic place.
A very nice museum and a must-visit. You will get a tour guide explaining everything in your own language, if available. We got a very nice lady explaining everything to us in Farsi. You are not allowed to take pictures inside.
Great museum. For history lovers a must.
Good place
Good People

Amazing and historical
(Translated by Google)Museum of Azerbaijani Literature named after Nizami Ganjavi - the building was built in 1860. It was supposed to become a caravanserai, but in the end it served as a meeting place for the Public Assembly. In 1930, it was decided to reconstruct the building and create a literary museum in honor of the 800th anniversary of the poet Nizami Ganjavi. The museum was opened - May 14, 1945.

Hi Bilal are you still there bro?
Great place for literature & history lovers..
Honoring the great poets of the land.
A great tribute to Great PERSIAN poet & writerI do believe he never wrote a single line or verse in Turkish and as a teacher of history my sources of information which are global and very credible, tell me that Nizami was in fact Persian and only wrote in PersianI asked a guide about this and I do believe he swore at me in his language
Good
Beautiful exterior. We entered through the wrong door initially, were then redirected. After walking through a metal detector manned by a guard preoccupied with his phone, the coat check stopped us, as that is where we were to buy our tickets. I asked for our tickets in Russian, they had told us they cost 7 monat each. After handing over a 20 note, they asked for our nationality. We had told them we are American, at which point they had upcharged us 10 monat each. After unhappily agreeing to the price, they had asked us to cover our shoes with plastic booties, surrender our hand bags, as well as given instructions on our mobile phone usage. I became annoyed by the upsale then being ordered around on petty matters before seeing anything, so I asked for a refund, to which they obliged. I had heard wonderful things about Azeri literature and hoped to learn more at this museum. Nothing more than a curiosity for my education. Unfortunately, I was greeted with an upcharge and a string of commands at the door.
Very nice Islamic art & literature
